Very clear to the point! One of the best lecturers on this platform!
The car animation in this lecture makes this lecture the best by far!
Really full of knowledge, nd well explained . Bookish content is too hard to understand but thanks to u for making my good understanding for this topic
Great professor and methodology. It helped me a lot to understand topics that were, in the past, very difficult for me to understand
I really liked lecture materiales like editing of video and pdfs. But I think if I didn’t know the lesson before. I wouldnt learn here first time. Because ?t’s like a summary. It’s such a good way to remember the lesson. But for first time not that much. I think its matter of style.
Short, simple and concise lectures! It’s perfect! The short quizzes at the end of each video are helpful too!
Short, simple and concise lectures! It’s perfect! The short quizzes at the end of each video are helpful too!
I would recommend this lecture to all my coursemates, both videos on biotransformation are really helpful!
Overall this course was ok. There was lots of confusion regarding the stages and no clarification, and I thought the organization was also poor. For example, 4 year olds are stated to have the ability to read “stories” and then after, 5 year olds are claimed to be able to tell “simple stories”. There’s also instances where the slide changes and I’m unsure which stage is what milestone and it’s not clarified within the video. The lack of differentiation bothered me. Thank you for this course.
Lecturio has been an invaluable resource throughout my medical course. I chose this rating because of the platform's comprehensive and well-structured content, which significantly enhanced my understanding and retention of complex medical concepts. What I liked: 1. High-Quality Video Lectures: The video lectures are delivered by experienced professionals who break down difficult topics into manageable and understandable segments. The visual aids and detailed explanations have been incredibly helpful. 2. Quiz Questions and Explanations: After each video, there are quiz questions that test my knowledge and ensure I have grasped the material. The detailed explanations for each answer have helped clarify any doubts. 3.Mobile App: The mobile app has been a game-changer, enabling me to study on the go. Whether I’m commuting or taking a break, I can always fit in some study time. 4. Comprehensive Coverage: Lecturio covers a vast range of topics essential for medical education, from basic sciences to clinical subjects, ensuring a well-rounded preparation for exams and practical applications. I would highly recommend Lecturio to any medical student who is looking for a reliable and thorough study aid. It is particularly beneficial for those preparing for exams like the USMLE, as it provides targeted content and practice questions that align with the exam format. Additionally, healthcare professionals seeking to refresh their knowledge would also find Lecturio extremely useful. Overall, Lecturio has been instrumental in my medical education, providing the tools and resources necessary for success in this demanding field.
I have enjoyed this program. I have the utmost respect for all professionals presenting complex subject matter. The series presented by Dr. Stone is far too casual, with little to no emphasis on critical terms or pertinent information during her lecture. The previous lectures I viewed for the adult health portion of my studies were organized, paced, and more formal. I do not feel prepared for the growth and development portion of my upcoming exams. I am looking for alternate growth and development resources.
Thank you for covering pharmacokinetics and clinical aspects of positive inotropes in heart failure management.
Comentario: El video me fascinó, en especial la sección donde explican la farmacología cardiovascular de forma tan clara y precisa. ¡Excelente trabajo!
the lesson is properly given, but requires a previous base, which must be checked back in books, even that is a useful video and the content is clear enough .
Wow. It's like this lecture material was taken directly out of my ATI book. I would love to have more medications be reviewed, not just the most important!
I am looking for a better learning explanation. I am looking at teaching communications. Cognitive, psychomotor, and affective. I scanned the page in my book and this was the lecture?? How do we identify learning needs?
Loved the course! I would have liked to see more focus on commonly used antibiotics in primary care and more examples on types of commonly treated illnesses. Thank you
This is my type of explanation. I definitely won't forget.
Dr. Stone's discussion and points she makes is explained in such a simple manner that is useful for the purposes that I need.
Very helpful lectures in explaining and also giving a map flow at start about numerous HTN meds.
The gibberish that falls out this retards mouth. WIsconsin, what, what?
Good lecture and well lectured. Very good. I learned something and am glad.
Professor Jared is a great teacher, he remains so calm and collected while explaining physics that really reassure us in our struggles with the subject. Highly recommend.
I enjoy Prof. Tarry's energetic lecturing style and also how he gives out practical examples to facilitate learning. Way to go prof!
I'm so glad that am starting to learn physics with professor Jared, he's excellent. I used to use youtube and the organic chemistry tutor or khan academy to prepare for the Mcat, but professor Jared is at another level.
Very informative and concise. Speaker is clearly knowledgeable and able to explain the subject matter thoroughly.
Huge thank you, dr. Raj! You managed to explain everything very clearly and with a bit of humour that allowed me to go through this 18 minutes lesson very very easy!!!
Professor Jared is clearly a genius. Thanks for explaining so well and giving so many detailed examples for helps ur retain the information better. I thought I was lost because I've always struggled in physics, but so happy now seeing my small progress. thank you
I've taken Physics I and II before in college, and now am studying for the Mcat and really like how professor Jared breaks down these hard concepts into easy to understand morsels. Particularly in this lesson, he puts a new "spin" into quantum numbers leading to an easier explanation. Thanks!
this guy makes me insane, why does he talk like that? Every lecture I find him on I look elsewhere for the information
Las explicaciones son simples pero completas, es fàcil de entender
It is complete, so useful! Thank you so much, greetings
All information is carefully thought out and clear! As a student who is starting to learn about behavioral science, these lectures are perfect for me!
Dr. Raj is so funny! How did you know that I like vondoo? I will never forget extravascular hemolysis lol. Thank you for a great lecture!
Dr. Tarry was able to summarize a really complex concept in a shot video with simple, clear and concise language, well done.
Nice lecture, as always Tarry is clear and direct to the topic. In general the video accomplish the task of giving the bases to further psychological knowledge.
Nice lecture, Tarry is really clear when communicating ideas and it seems he knows a lot
I liked the inclusion of how to put in eye drops in children!
very good short and detailed. I like how instructor was able to break down the concept into simple words and use simple examples to convey the main points of the lesson
Clear explanation, and also the professor answers the questions clearly and fast in the forum !
I was able to learn a lot of things about alcohol human behaviour, and so on. Also the lecturer toke his time to explain into details
Great explanation and observed most of the key points I was unable to
so easy to understand ! thank you so much it was such a difficult topic to understand at first
Dr. Raj is amazing and funny too! Love the lectures and illustrations. Thank you!
Love it! Very comprehensive and nice explained. She is just outstanding teacher!
Wonderfull lesson from humourous and extremely intelligent doc . Pleased to learn from him
It helped me a lot to understand this topic better
Es excelente. Explica todo muy bien y te muestra lo necesario
very informative and helpful and will definitely use for my exams
this nutshell should have been broken up per section like in most other studies. it was information over load, and difficult to follow without mixing up.
I think she gives the information in a very dispersed way, in some parts it is very redundant and does not highlight important information that could be key in exams.
no explanation, his attitude was "we're just reviewing this, you should know it already"
Covered everything that's needed in a way that is easy to understand Enjoyed the practical examples and how it relates to clinical practice.
It is a nice course and very informative. The lecturer is very good and goes smoothly from topic to topic.
Dr. Shukle is incredibly well spoken and makes a broad, daunting course more enjoyable and easy to understand.
Really good and concise. You will really learn a lot.
Dr. Raj's style of teaching has made me really really dislike pathology. I wish you'd consider updating his pathology videos and filming them with a different professor. There are many other users like myself that do not find him beneficial at all.
Clear, concise & substantial explanation of Prof Lawes. It made me understand the topic better!
At first I didn't understand what the ED50 meant but I see the comment below. You made it so easy to understand. Thank you so much
Great series with great details on the NUMEROUS drugs of the CNS. Memorable and easy to add to a study regimen.
Newer drug great to see some information on it. Excellent lecture series as a whole
CNS Pharmacology is a hard and confuse matter but Dr. Shukle presents it clearly and for good comprehention. I tecognize is necesary to see the videos at least twice, but is the best lecture I have see.
I highly recommend the CNS pharmacology course by Lecturio. It is useful to review the main concepts of the subject.
Love the different fun facts about warriors in Sparta etc...
I watched the videos and I really do enjoyed it , the way it was organized and presented. Thank you team lecturio.
helpful for learning about the differences between antidepressants, and giving insights into MOA, which he makes less intimidating for someone to learn
Thanks for All Lecturio team , really appreciating your effort and these Videos.
no information went into my brain - I may as well used a youtube video.
Excellent direction, subject is completely understood by the end of the lecture
Hard to understand concept and I don’t feel more prepared
This course helped a high school student study for HOSA.
Very good lecture with concepts , helps me to understand . Thanks.
I love these videos! Love Lecturio! These are super helpful! I like that they are shorter, have a quiz, have a staggered review, and review content. They are very helpful for helping me get these concepts so I can do better in school and care better for my patients!
I liked the review questions and the explanations Dr. Raj simplified everything he made it more interesting
high yield material and straight to the point. Recommend these
Easy language Good foundation to build on Time efficient Easy to brush upon
I never understood this until I watched this video, thank you
I feel that I had taken the same course somewhere a long time ago. The material seems familiar to me. I am impressed with how easily I can relate to it. Sincerely, Ronald K. Marshall
Thank you for all you do!!! More people need to leave you positive comments. You are my favorite nursing instructor, Professor!!!
The videos are generally not too long and easy to follow along with the teacher
Dr Raj is hands down the best teacher! He is getting me through medical school as he explains content so well.
Dr. Raj is an excellent teacher, no matter what the topic is.
Clear and concise verry well explained and presented good reources added in video (photos, graphs and also X-ray)
I love Lecturio a lot, i think it is so high yield which is really helpful in exams and in general learning, too 'cause first learn the highs then dive into details! So, really great app!
The video was so nice and educative, directed to the points, no fluffy. I enjoyed every bit of the video
This does not make the topic any easier to understand. I feel like I am missing some videos and yet this is the 4th video in the pediatric series and I watched the other 3. The only lecturer you guys have that makes things easy to understand is Rhonda Laws. Also, it does not work to take the medical videos and throw them into the nursing section.
logical process of behavior change and decision-making using cognitive theory
Dr. Raj has the ability to break down incredibly complex pathophysiologic mechanisms into easy-to-digest pieces!
Good delineation with the vocabulary terms, lymphocyte rich versus predominant.
It would be more helpful if the slides had the comparisons between NHL and HL.
These lectures are great!! They explain everything clearly and concisely!!
I find the lectures very helpful in my revision and informative. The way the information is presented makes it easier to understand compared to previous lectures. It is as if I am hearing the information for the first time.
I learn so much from you. Your explanations are so easy to understand. Amazing!
The topics were easy to understand, well outlined and very informative
It is perfect .. Dr. Brian Alverson has a simple way to deliver informations. The course realy help me to achieve my goals. Thank you
I went through these videos as I was revising for. My pediatrics rotation exams and it really helped me a lot.
The lectures compliment my study books and other materials. I will most likely watch some of them again.
Good lesson cardiovascular médicaments ( nursing) And Thank you very much
The information is organized, highlights what's important. However, I believe that some of the pathways could have been explained a little more. Overall it's very concise and precise
The lecture was apt, the lecturer demonstrated a great understanding of the topic discussed
The material is accessible and very well thought out. Thank you for this resource. Imagine if we can have clinical material as well for Years 3, 4, 5, and 6 that would be awesome!
Jared taught a very difficult subject with simple examples to illustrate the concepts.
I love the way things are broken down into simple, easy to digest segments with knowledge questions and mnemonics to help you remember. I’ve learned more from this than my professor and have hope to actually pass my classes.
I wanted to know about induced current and difference between galvanic and faradic current. it is not included there.
well explained this video was good Dr Paul Moss never mentioned types of HL
Not a fan of misogyny, "nagging wife" isn't cute or professional. I wish i could have selectively not heard that. My eyes rolled so hard they almost evacuated my head.
I understand everything that the doctor says and the class help me so much for my exams
the clinical morphological diagrams are amazing and explained really well BUT in my opinion scenario MCQS should be included in QUIZ
Thoroughly enjoyed the comparison between adult and pediatric respiratory system and it being put into perspective. Very informative on pediatric respiratory system!
Dr Shukle explained the topics in a concise and very informative manner
Straight to the point explained well. I have had a time trying to study physics. this makes stuff way easier
Awesome help for my accelerated program!! Always have a lecture for explanation. I would love more questions ????
This topic is so well explained. I really like the clear and succint style.
Very interesting lecture regarding Neprilysine. Helps understanding this new agent. Thank you.
Dr Shukle is a great teacher. And he’s funny ????
Tetralogy Fallot becomes an easily understandable condition with the lecture of Doctor Brian Alverson. I can now explain tetralogy of Fallot by myself with ease without learning it by heart
I find the information useful and presented in a simple manner. The professor is kind and provides the students with logical explanations and tips on how to memorize things.
I chose this rating because Professor Lawes broke down cancer for me in a way that I could understand without getting bored and I have ADD so that says a lot!!! So glad I purchased Lecturio!!
Love the explanations - it is clear, concise and fast moving. Dr. Shukle is an excellent teacher.
Me gustó la forma en como se explicó el tema, el abordaje fue fácil de comprender y asimilar.
I love how she broke it down and I was able to remember what diuretics were. She made the question not so complicated.
I like it. The information or definition are great. However, an example of the definition would be great to get a clearer understanding. Overall it’s excellent
I am engineer I have studied this long time ago I was also University Professor 7 years I do know how to recognise a good teacher when I see one He is really good
I really like the way she explain. I am learning a lot and I still have to watch more .
The content and the development of the lectures are excellent. Dr. Shukle is a great teacher.
Dr. Ahuja has a great pace and explains things well by using real life examples and simple concepts and throws in humor as well!
Amazing lectures. Only complaint I would have is that some topics are missing but otherwise the explaining is very clear and concise. It is very helpful !
The lecturer explains clearly and calmly. So, it's easy to understand and learn. However, We need to read textbook to understand deeply.
I like this material Professor was very nice Good lectures
Please ask the instructor to do a video on research methodology. This topic is commonly tested by MCAT.
He explain so easy and make it fun to learn ! For me it’s better to watch videoes than read, and I like that I could watch the basics for the midterms before I start read !;)
Simple, well explained and easy to understand. And the video is short. I like it.
I had a great time learning! It was short and very concise lecture series but I haven't able to keep going, I can't afford to pay the premium. Makes me sad because it helped me a lot. :(
Excellent nice little concept explanation on an important topic for USMLE
Everything regarding the topic is covered, I liked it very much.
Wonderful Pharma lecture, clear and easy to understand. Concepts and principle were well elucidated
Courses are well detailed and well taught. And I love the questions being asked between lectures
Exceptional presentation, the professor has highlighted all of the key elements! Thank you so much for the information and smiles!
Nice lecture . Saves time for sleepless nights. Highly recommended for med students
Great lecture. Thanks you for the detailed discussion. I like Rajs lectures- this is one of the best
Thank you a lot for this lecture. It is so clear and organised in a way that makes all of the informations comprehensible and logic !
me gusto mucho. es muy facil de comprender y muy interactivo con el estudiante
Really love the explanations provided and the images. Thank you!
cool and calm, very clear in speech. Gives high yield content and focuses on exam related questions
It's give simple explanation, easy to understand, Pharma is difficult to study but it helps us, thanks for app.
I feel like the lectures are usually not enough and do not coer the necessary metarial.
man, i was so confused about this topic but now I'm clear , I'm very pleased
It was everything I needed. Although I'd suggest that the videos be arranged sequentially that way it is a tad bit easier on the brain.
Your lectures are amazing . Makes so much sense when “why? “ is taken into consideration. Thank you thank you !!!! Well explained!,
Best teacher and amazing way of teaching us the test taking strategies
Rather than giving us mnemonic, I'd rather had him explained. I had to go to Youtube to find out what this means and it took me a lot of time.
The breakdown of such important facts is so useful!! It helps you understand it in such an easy way
I love this Doctor rendition: pleasant voice, rhythm, attitude, accent, everything counts. Highly professional. I love it.
Dr Anderson is a great teacher and helps one build the knowledge platform while showing the needed, key or "take home" points! Thanks! DocWillis.org
In my head "please don't be Dr. Raj, please don't be Dr. Raj, please don't be Dr. Raj". Damn it !!(bangs table).
I have enjoyed how Rhonda explains the mechanisms of action along with the sound affects that help me remember. Lecturio does an amazing job of photos
I really liked all of the pharmacology series on lecturio and I can say that Dr. Shukle makes it that much more entertaining. He’s very informative and always adds his personal experiences with the use of each medication. Absolutely wonderful lecturer. I really appreciate his lectures to a great extent!
The professor was very thorough and at the same time understandable….
He method of teaching makes a lot of sense as he explains it as it relates to the medical practice and his experience.
I was so confused when I read this in my book. Thank you for simplifying this medication process and making it understandable and easy to remember!
Very concise lecture, it is a very good summary and really helps you to understand the topic. May not be exhaustive but you can't cover everything in one video. Thank you very much.
Very good explanation. I thank Lecturio for making this true.
Cool, funny and easy to remember key concepts. Prof Rhonda is a 5-star professor !
Very nice explanation. Just some more lingual subtitles required such as Tamil.
The video was a great help in making me understand easily on the topic of the gas phase. I think it was very educational for the students who struggles to understand well the topic.
This classes are not bad but sometimes are difficult to understand
How you summerise important aspects Concise Informative Like it a lot
I thought the app in the YouTube. So I just want to try it and it is very good
great class. terrible system! i need to keep reloading to watch the full video! omg
excellent, it ws presented in a clear, concise and understandable way, even for beginners or new in the field or as a review
Presentation was really good . Extraordinary presentation needs a flow . It should be like a story . Like a natural history for any disease and more about evolution in case of treatment or intervention . Though the presentation had everything and was easy to understand but still from the student ( my ) point of view it was difficult to assimilate . Over all it was a fantastic lecture .
It makes a very difficult topic manageable. It breaks it down very well with very clear explanations. I love that Dr. Shukle uses a lot of examples to explain the concepts.
I like dr raj lectures , he has clear knowledge about his teaching
I really enjoyed all the videos about tx for lipid disorders! Made me understand easily!
Dr Raj you crack me up, you make medicine fun.
Very simple explanation for a quite not easy topics. I like it very much
high yield info, the overview is excellent and helped me towards the exams.
correctly pronouncing drugs is important especially when people pay for their education.
I never imagined these lectures could be that helpful.I was honestly so bad at pharmacology before but then i could really see a big change. The videos were interesting and since the videos are not lengthy its easier for me to focus on certain topics and go hand in hand with my usmle first add book Really thankful for this platform.
So much informative Learning hard concept super easy ways The professor teaches like too much professionally and its high yield
Absolutely fantastic. I love how engaging the videos are. Dr Tarry is truly gifted
quick explanation of what pure red cell aplasia is would also be great
I feel there could be more content and slides are split. Would be nice if all slides in one pdf for Pharm. To download and revise easily.
This course are good and helpful every medical student .if anyone are complete nutrition course I think she / he achieved lots of skill about nutrition.
the tests are explained to a good detail for having use in clinical practise. Thanks again!
excellent explanation of the electrophoresis in thalassaemias. good diagrams. engaging speaker.
excellent topic covered in right depth and detail. So well taught. thanks
I 'm nontraditional science major but all of these videos are good description and easiest to get understand.
Good explanation of the drugs side effects, also very complete
Great summary and information. This helped me understand concepts better than just reading
I like it. Essential info is delivered nicely. Mrs Lawes is very charming
It was really great and made Sickle cell disease study so nice to me!
Very good information and I’m learning well knowledge which is helpful for my learning
i like it very very very very very. ery very very much
Awesome lecture as always! I've been more into my Paediatrics course right now thanks to Dr. Brian, I can understand really fast and easily the concepts and then review more in depth material like books and articles. I love the notes new feature, the slides in PDF and the articles posted here! I really enjoy going through these topics!
I like the key points of the doctor puts cord that is needed to be remembered I think that these are very helpful I think I’m short acting antagonist and long acting antagonist should be a lecture all on its own I’m finding that I’m being tested more often on those subjects
I wish there was more things that are geared towards the nurse practitioner rather than a general overview of course of cardiology but all the points that he makes a really helpful
I don't think anyone had explained pharmacology in such a way that I understood, the way Dr Shukle did. Best course
Thank you so much for creating such an amazing educational site. I loved it so much that I sent it to several of my nurse practitioner classmates. We all use this site weekly to reinforce graduate level learning on anatomy, physiology and pharmacology. The concepts taught are easy to understand, provide wonderful tips and tricks to remember the information taught and the quizzes are great too. I will definitely be using this site again before taking my boards. Best resource ever!
Nice review, but I would expect at least 2 things: 1) Recommended daily amounts 2) Information of absorption 3) Information on minerals 4) Information on macronutrient intake
Rhonda has a lot to do with the reason I like the videos. She is an excellent teacher. She reinforces the concepts and her mannerism and examples work great for me. It helps me learn the concepts. Other instructors not so great. Some look like they are just reading off the concepts which are terrible for my learning. The overall structure of the course is great. Love the questions afterward. Love that you will be quizzed days later and if you get the answer wrong it takes you straight to the lecture. Overall I am learning a lot!
Precise required information and it is very simple and understanding
Good explanation and some tricks like for beta blockers also helps
Very poorly presented and connected. The lectures dont have any fluidity as a whole , and just slide reading is there. A different lecturer should teach pharmacology
Dr raj is explaining everything very nicely One thing he can do is the to increase the content and depth of topic. and rest is excellent
Great review of what happens with IV fluid replacement therapy.
Everything was ok, so clear and with The most important you have to know
I really liked the explanation for the different types of heart block!
Last few seconds of video doesn't help because there's already an update.
I liked the explanation for the Tetraology of Fallot and that important points were added or emphasized.
Good explanation regarding the different cell lines as a basic knowlegde for the further leukemia types.
This lecture helped me understand the difference from iron defficiency anemia
Dr Ahuja makes the Psych Soc videos fun to watch making it easy to learn. Thank you Dr Ahuja.
Overall great series of the major points and he made it Dr. Raj made it intuitive and memorable.
Very easily explained, great course content. Review videos are easy to access, in case the questions were not answered correctly.
Excellent delivery and breakdown of the information. The examples given helped with the understanding.
Very helpful for my tests and exams. The explanation is excellent!
Very well done and to the point. I like that Dr. Shukle incorporates the major medications he uses (and how it’s used) in his practice. A lot of pharm sources don’t filter the essentials as great as this. Good as a first exposure or as a review.
Lecturio has the amazing ability to recruit professors that are not only knowledgeable but excel at teaching students. I wish I'd discovered the site earlier. One of the biggest problems professors have in medical school is that they often forget that they're teaching people who don't already know the material. It can make what seems to the professor like a straightforward lecture into an unintelligible mess to their students. Dr. Shukle was able to break down pharmacology in a much easier to understand format than my professors. While it may not have all the information people will see on a school test, it provides a solid foundation that I used to go back over my lectures and fill in details (this time having a much better understanding of what they were talking about and consequently getting much more out of it). I can't comment on their lecturio's affect on the USMLE, as I haven't taken that yet. But I do feel much better informed about pharmacology moving forward, and I recommend this series to everyone who felt like I did when listening to their school lectures.
Dr. Shukle addresses this lecture straight to the point, and now I remember everything about these drugs.
Really good explanations on every topic. Makes learning less stressful
I relly like this course, since it gives me a really good idea about a lot of disorders and even examples with which its easier to imagine what the person is going through and what we can do to help them. I can also go through some pretty interesting articles and quizes in which I can test my knowledge and go over the things I learned so I can see what I have to improve and go over again.
sir,you made me understand the reproductive pharmacology in a shorter time.I have never got them this clear so far from books.I recommend this lecture to every medical student before they pratice and prescribe them foziya kashmir
It helped me differentiate between blood disorders. It reinforced information important to know.
I use it a lot because sometimes its difficult to understand everything when they explain to me in the university so it an extra help
Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,GreatzGreat,Great
I like all doctor Tarry's lectures, he delivered them simple and somehow easy to understand well and he added easy to remember examples.
Ms. Ruedebusch really made understanding Pneumonia easy. It was so easy to follow along and I learned so much in a short time. Thank you all for creating this program!!
Only one word for carlo raj is Just amazing Mind blowing
These lectures are concise, have all the necessary information and really explains key points well! Absolutely loving learning from Lecturio videos, especially with the pandemic hindering face to face classes. This extra help is a very needed boost to my studies!
Really good explanation of your speech and vocabulary explanation Thanks!

explanation are a total summary of a chapter and made it easy to understand. love the pictures with explanations because for me as a visual learner, i can connect the dots and understand better
Concise, constructive, curative, conducive, conceptual is how I found this and the other videos related to this.
He makes everything so easy!!!!! Dr. Alverson is one of the reasons I considered submitting to Lecturio. Absolutely brilliant.
He is so amazing Lecturer,, These videos are very useful
This course is concise , practical , high yield , great !! I really like it !!
An excellent course. Simplified most important topics needed for exam.
I really love it.. I just wish it have the indications and timing of the repair.

Very nice lecture. Teaches very well. Makes the concept interesting.
Very complete and easy to understand, focuses on the key points. Thank you

Outstanding teaching stuff and mode. Everything explained clearly. Questions are well exolained. I Like this stuff
Good illustrations included in this lecture. Series is nicely divided.
I greatly appreciate this and general review of hematology. Thank you for simplifying and clarifying it for me.
pathogenesis explanation is detailed and Lecturer is great at helping us to distinguish difference btw the two entities
Very good lecture, where guidelines for each condition are enhanced.
Lecturio helps me solidify my concepts. I am glad I found you.
Dr. Raj is fantastic, this lecture was a great overview. My favorite part was the sound effects!
Rhonda is wonderful! Clear concise and her Animated tips are so helpful, she is very likable and Not only do I really enjoy listening to her speak but I really feel like I am getting a great deal of knowledge!
simplified understanding i used to have difficult understanding Multiple myeloma but grateful to Dr Raj.
This was a funny video. I enjoyed it. Thanks for making the subject easy to digest :-)
good lecture explaining everything about: Anti-HIV Agents: Nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitors (NsRTIs) – Antiviral Drugs
She don't have a clear voice , look like she doesn't trust what she says
It was really an awesome and not only this one but also the previous ones . The explainiation just made it fun and easy or it would have been too difficult for us to just go decode the ncert on own . Thank you to the lecturer and LECTURIO!!!!!
This was most helpful and extremely interesting. Hats off for explaining such a tough topic in an exceptionally innovative and engrossing manner.
thankyou i really understand this subject with these videos lectures.every thing was amazing i practically solved questions
Your video lectures are easily remember long time and encourage the medical knowledge for us . All this content is help to achieving my goals and success . Thank the Lecturio
Great information, concise, and understandable making it relatively easy to follow along. Thank you!
Introduction can be boring and steer you away from a topic. This one, in my opinion does the exact oposite.
While watching this lectures I got the concepts way clearer than in my past semester, I like it is simplified, no need to explain the needless details, just what’s precise. I would recommend this course and already have
the best teacher ever. I wish i had you in every single subject. you make it so simple to understand and connect with student. There's nothing to dislike.
I love The way he teaches! I feel In love with this site and even purchased it for a year bc I’m in nursing school and this breaks it down in a way that is receivable for me
LOVED IT~! The person teaches amazingly and makes it simple!
I like the speed of lectures, though sometimes Dr. Ruedebush speaks quickly and i double check my play rate because it sounds accelerated. Otherwise very good!
Rhoda makes me love the subject. I wish to say that l could listen to her all day
I liked the slides and the questions, and the way each topic is subdivided and elaborated ..
Clear and concise! It linked to my knowledge of addiction and reinforced my understanding. I particularly enjoyed the breakdown of addiction into physical and psychological dependence
Concepts explained in a logical manner great for revision and exam preparations.
Didn’t face any problems in understanding. The questions were clear afterwards.
Definitely enjoyed this lecture. Concepts were concise making it really easy to follow. I enjoyed actually practicing the case study questions as it tested my understanding of the topic
I really understand thanks to you, because you are breaking everything into detail, which is great for someone like me, who still needs to understand the basic concepts in physics!
Rhonda is the best! Great videos with an easy and memorable explanations
Solid lecturer. Very comprehensive, offers encouragement, and has clear delivery.
An excellent smooth and very understandable approach and way of teaching!!! Thank you Sir!
I liked the way Dr. Shukle gives his lectures and he gives encouragement at the end of some videos. Thank you so much Dr. Shukle
I understood the topics really well because Dr Raj is a superb teacher. Although I still failed the exam (because everything was so fast and the coverage is way too hard) I was still able to answer because of this. How I wish that the professors here in my school have the same thought process and teaching strategy as Dr. Raj.
I like how Rhonda explain i wish I have you as a teacher. you are professional.
Brilliant. Once again the view from afar gives a clearer understanding of the whole topic. What I did not understand are the indication for Beta-blockers, Digoxin and Flecainide. Thank you!
I understand the comment of the previous student. However, I think the goal of these lectures is to give the appropriate knowledge to use as a resident. It's not really important to know more details about it. When a patient has a tachycardia, it's important to know if it's physiologic or pathologic and the cause of it. So the lecture helps to determine the physical origin which helps to point to the cause. Thank you!
These are the best explanations regarding bradycardia that I heard of. I would have liked to hear more about other drugs that could cause bradycardia though. That being said, I think that now I cannot forget the different blocks. So thank you very much! Also cool that the case of neonatal bradycardia is talked about.
Excellent lecture as usual. I would have liked an explanation on why the pain is relieved when the patient is leaning forward in pericarditis. I liked the emphasis on the overlap between myocarditis and pericarditis. Thank you!
Excellent lecture, I think it's a group of disease which is not often spoken about.
Excellent lecture as usual. I would have liked to see the epidemiology (and mortality) but the info concerning the ethology and clinical presentation is enough to raise the suspicion of myocarditis in a sick child.
Excellent lecture as usual. I particularly appreciated to have the epidemiology and the clinical differences between the different organisms.
This lecture made once again a complex topic seems a simpler one. I understand the teacher removes as many numbers as possible and I appreciate it. However, I would have like for this chapter a bit more statistics regarding prevalence. Thank you!
I think it's an excellent lecture. However, I do agree with another member, I would have liked to see for these diseases the prevalence number of the diseases. Otherwise I think the relevant information to think about the disease is in the lecture.
I know I'm keeping saying "excellent lectures". That's the way I feel I about them. Thank you!
Excellent lecture as usual. I did not know the frequency in the general population was so high. Thank you!
Excellent lecture as usual. The teacher's high-level perspective and conceptualisation helps a lot for the mental representation and the understanding of the phenomenon.
Great lecture! As usual. This lecture helped me a lot to improve my understanding of the congenital heart problems in general. The explanations on the surgeries are top notch and on the treatment as well. Thank you!
Well done. It was easy to comprehend. This will help me greatly for my exams.
I loved it. I used to hate Cardiology and after Lecturio I have been telling all my colleagues how much I love it now! This is impressive. I love the way the lectures are set up and I have learned so much!
This class was great for me when I was studying the respiratory system physiology.
you break this apart and down perfectly. I understand this medication 10 times better than i did before
It was great. Very informative. I wish I had this 6 months ago.
Great explanation and and entertaining lecturer who makes you understand.
Super good this app lovely to use this surely helps become better dr.
Again I love how she connects the dots and use examples. Not at all boring.
The videos are straight to the point having all the needed information together and examples of how they are used. It’s very helpful for me to see the full connection on how they effect the body internally and how they correct the issue. Example: RAAS, what it is, how it functions and where each medication interferes within that process. That was very helpful to me vs this is this Med, this Med is this class and the side effects are this. The videos takes me through the whole process.
Reviewed in easy way interesting and short section with added questions
The lecture went a little fast for me, but it was OK. The problem I had was that the mobile app would interrupt the lecture with quizzes on the material before the instructor taught it. Is this intentional? I found it very frustrating.
Entire topic of Anemia has been explained very well.... The teacher is amazing
Excellent lecture as usual. It makes a complicated topic much easier. Thanks!
Excellent lecture as usual. Complex topic made easy, thanks a lot!
Excellent lecture, good overview of the different CHD, thank you very much!
Excellent lecture as it opens up the differential diagnosis of cyanosis in a baby.
This lecture series is quite informative and helpful. The instructor is good at breaking down complicated psychology and sociology concepts, especially for those of us with limited neurological sciences, psychology, and sociology background. He is animated and very well informed and good at explaining the concepts and practical applications in clinical and research settings.
This lecture series is quite informative and helpful. It does not rely too much on having students simply memorise the formulas, rather it helps them learn to derive it, understand the relationships between variables, and their application. Do try it; the instructor is well-informed and good teacher.
Excellent explanation, easy to follow and understand. Professor Raj takes a topic so difficult and makes it look easy and fun.
Very good presentation, clear slides but I am a non native english person, Dr Tarry's speaking to fast.
The way Rhonda deliver the content is just awesome! It's simple and easy to understand!
I like the approach of presenting lecturs I recommend all medical student to study and learn from these lectures
Rhonda really has a way of explaining information to help retain and understand the information.
It helps me alot to memorize the things..Thanku so much for such an amazing work ..it was really helpfull for me
The teacher is excellent, straight to the point and very engaging, yet professional. And most importantly, the syllabus follows the MCAT AAMC outline to the T! It takes away the stress of having to worry that you miss a topic. It’s better than Khan Academy P/S in my opinion. And their P/S covers absolutely everything you need for the MCAT. No more, no less! I wish all lecturios MCAT subjects were designed that way. Their P/S is definitely one the best out there for the MCAT!!
The lectures are great. Dr Raj breaks down difficult concepts easy to digest and remember. Every person attempting not just step, but to have a well grounded knowledge and concepts for the rest of your career, I highly recommend Lecturio. If I had only known about Lecturio, I would started along time ago. I also appreciate that Lecturio covers all topics not like just certain topics like other products, the spatial repetition also helps tremendously, whey better than just standard Anki since it is in question format. The info on Lecturio is up to date with the newer research and updates, still keeping the focus of the step exams.
So easy to learn, this classes need more diffusion, thank you.
It has helped me a lot, I love the course, it's so easy to understand and to memorize, thank you Pravin Shukle, hugs from Mexico.
I love the course, it's easy to learn and to understand
High yield facts, great for closed book examinations. Loved the bonus mnemonic! Thank you for your work!
I can't rate five stars to all the classes due to the time, eventually I will. Thank you Dr. Virtual hugs from Mexico.
PJ Schukle has a soft Canadian voice and is easy to listen to. Excellent delivery.
This course was quite information, presented by a professor with a vast knowledge of subject matter and the linguistic ability to express such an understanding coherently and with enthusiasm. As a result, I would feel thoroughly comfortable suggesting this series of Micro-lectures to anyone interested in preparing for the Psychology and Sociology sub-section of the Medical College Admission Test. Furthermore, this resource is very helpful as a basis for understanding Psychology and Sociology - With that said, do not depend on this resource as your only means to education reference for the subsection Psych/Soc on the official MCAT.
The best pharmacology lectures and profesor one can imagine. Maybe needs to go deeper on some things, and dosis would be amazing to have. Also, constant updates and the latest drugs available is something that can be an area of improvement. Other than that, best pharmacology lectures in the world.
It's good learning material considering the nursing perspectives; it's a good review from a medical student's integral practice as well.
LECTURE IS STRAIGHT TO THE POINT FOR THE MCAT WITH EVERYDAY LIFE EXAMPLES
excellent explanation, the images and the treatment will help me a lot
It helps me a lot to study the topic. Well covered! EXCELLENT!
good lectures with adequate details. good lecturer for not native english speakers
I thought the ideas posed in the lecture were well presented and easily understood.
Very clear lecture. I was able to understand and relate the subject in a matter of hours. I recommend this lecture to third and fourth year medical students from Uruguay
I'm a visual learner and Dr Ahuja explains psychology and sociology very clearly and into layman terms. And I absolutely love the fact that the lectures follow the MCAT AAMC outline to the T. This takes out so much anxiety from me. I know that I'm covering everything needed on the MCAT with a highly qualified teacher and excellent production.
More quiz question would be amazing. Slides are very good.
Overall it's good. Need more in depth videos on each drugs in anesthesia
I really happy about knowing this site. When I work in hospital as a nurse , I get a desire more intensive study. This site teach easy way to understand from basic things. Thank you so much. It is so super helpful.
Dr. Shukle Does an excellent job with explaining difficult topic. Easy to follow
Superb delivery makes it easy to understand. High yield content
it has updated information. it has the information which we need to know at an undergraduate level so there is no chance of getting confused and loaded with lots of unnecessary information
I would recommend the Dr. Georgina Cornwall to look more towards the camera.
In Portugal, almost all exams are clinical cases, and it's awesome one we can find problems like this lecture and detail explanation on the answers. Great lecture
Good lecturer, peaceful demeanor and speaking. Can teach his knowledge.
I really learned the topic, I like how Dr. Raj has that ability to transmit all the information
The AV blocks were explained so clearly. I have never understood the differences between the three types before. thank you
I am a new Nursing student and with Lecturio I am learning a lot of new topics and getting a good foundation for my program. Especially in this Covid crisis, Lecturio is God sent. Thank you
The lectures as it is are very good however I wish they are more in detail and drug specific
Professor is very clear, and questions are accurate. I am learning lots of basic stuff about antibiotics
I loved these lectures!! Very informative and easy to understand. Great
Thanks Dr. Pravin Shukle Clear, Concise and Enthusiastic which is just infectious. I never really enjoy doing questions , but I really enjoyed those creative questions like the one with the attending asking the nervous intern first line drug. Also your lectures are very re-watchable. Dr. PK makes the basics very simple and highlights the drugs you need to know and what isn't so important which is soo helpful in pharmacology. Also he is Canadian +++ Thanks
Dear Dr. Pravin Shukle this may sound like a love letter but some how got my heart racing in this lecture about how optimistic you are about the future of medicine. Truly Inspirational
The way Dr. Lawes explain the information to me help it all stick in my brain. I can now explain that same information to my peers in my own words.
Dear Pravin Shukle, Thank you and thanks to Lecturio. I am writting from Turkey. Accorrding to the sistem here after 6years of medical school training we take an exam(TUS) in order to be able to continue specialization in diferent branch of medicine. Most of the questions in that exam were about points you emphasized on your lecture.
Interesting and enjoyable ! I would suggest practical model how to calculate the doses of methadone to taper the cocaine withdrawal effect !
Cases are always needed especially after a tough topic like Pharmacology which you make easy but to help nail it down these cases a the cherry on the cake . Thanks Dr Pravin Shukle
Thanks for the lecture, but I have a question regarding gram + bacterias, isn't Neisseria Gonorrhea the flora that causes gonorrhea ? to my knowledge it's a diplococcus and it's gram-negative, does it means that penicillins are also like similar in action just like cephalosporins especially the third generational ones?
I like how Dr. Shukle delivered his lecture. I'm a medical student and this lecture is very useful. I'd probably finish the whole course today. Godspeed!
This is a great overview of CYP and PGP issues. Drug biotransformation is a very complex topic and this is an excellent primer on some key issues. I hope to see more like this.
throught the course I like the way of teaching. Rhonda lawes is just enjoying while teaching this makes easy learning
I like the Indian style- I trained in India very good 3 different lecturers and all good
That's great course and it's very simple one thanks alot
Fue muy didáctico y entendible, recomendaria a todos mis compañeros para su repaso
thanks to this video i now have a much clearer understanding of TOF much thank you dr alverson
Well explained this topic that is sometimes very difficult to understand.
I took my first semester of physics 10 years ago. I had been doing practice problems but I found that I wasn't actually getting the core concepts, but rather just plugging numbers into equations that I memorized but did not quite understand. This course helped me fill in fundamental knowledge gaps.
Great way of teaching and easy to remember superbly organised lecture series.
I think it lacks important things and that it's too basic.
Very Informative, Easy to understand, A good secret weapon to not just ace your tests.... But to also know it.
Learning with Lecturio is very easy for me because it is simplified, organized and medically relevant. Thumbs up.
Very pleasant pace of lecture and clear explanation. Also love the quick and personal response on the questions on the forum. Really makes me feel like I am in the lecture hall itself.
The concepts are very well explained and the illustrations are on point. It's pleasing to learn difficult concept made easy through high quality videos and great explanation.
very interesting lectures , lots of information, summarized , therefore easy to remember and to be applied in practice
this course wasn't helpful and conceptual, I worked hard myself to clear that concepts in fact sorry to say these lectures puzzled my concepts
This introduction is simple and dense. Very good for both beginning and summarizing the whole subject of the course.
sorry to say it is really not well explained or concept clearing kindly modify lecture
Great slides, organised and with the exact information needed. As a genuinely good professor, he exaplains everything and makes it comprehensible and easy to remember. He speaks clear and slowly which helps foreign students who don't have english as their mother tongue.
Very clean and understandable lecture with charts and perfect voice of the lecture
Lecturio is the best ever, now it has been months that i am using Lecturio , i am very satisfied
She explains good and the material is authentic. It is helping me alot, since I was hospitalised in my recent classes.
Ok. Very good excellent benefits i love it so much it is so good
Dr. Ahuja clearly illustrates the defining characteristics of schizophrenia and psychotic disorders, as this lecture translates the DSM-V material into a brief review of key points.
im a med student, but I love watching your videos. you make everything easy to understand and fun to learn.
Great lecture! Dr Raj explained the materials with simplicity! Thanks so much.
She delivers a fun way to remember important facts. It was very engaging and informative.
Very interesting Excellent tutorial and tutor Logical and understandable approach
All of the courses that I have watched/done with Lecturio have been very good.
Straight to the point and high yield info. Dr Alverson does a great job throughout the lectures.
Amazing graphics and the content. Dr. Shukle is outstanding! Everything was clear
I like it because, It helps me to catch up the different aspects of Nursing, as I am basically with neonates and kids .I know I couldn't go through the entire session, but I will do it.I have recommended this to my colleagues .
Simple approach for a complex topic which shows the presenter’s depth of knowledge
Very good though sometimes too colloquial or informal in style of delivery and emphasizing test material too much.
Quick n essentials...thanx alot...????????see u in other lectures ....it is very nice that you back bone with firstaid
Condensed, to the point, good explanations. Would highly recommend. Good for MCAT review
I have never seen lecture like this before. It is broken down step by steps and following along the lecture is not difficult, the way the professor asks question does helps me to memorize better and understand the material well. I will recommend to the students who are the same cohort with me. I will continue to use this source till complete nursing school. DR. Rhonda lecture is the best!!!
Very clear explanations. Thank you guys for your educational efforts. You make studying enjoyable.
Sometimes I can't understand very well what he's saying, but in general terms it's fine, and the information is so useful. Like it, Dr. Carlo raj is very good.
It’s got high yield information for my exams and my clinical practice.
I liked the delivery of the material by Rhonda. She is a brilliant lecturer.
Very helpful, easy to pick up high yield information. Thank you for the course! Loved it. Very clear and Rhonda makes it easy to remember! Thank you very much!
Thank you so much because you're calm and you only talk about what we really should know, what is important and it's very clear. You talk slowly et calmly so it's very not stressful and it gives me motivation to learn more about pharmacology !
I like his lectures because Dr. Pravin Shukle explains everything in a great way, very clear explanations and he has a wonderful command in English.
I have learned a lot through her lectures, I love her lectures, she explains things very well.
Best class in protein synthesis inhibitors I have ever watched. Thank you!
Hello Doctor! I love listening your lessons, you truly inspired me. Good luck and HUGE THANK YOU!
Khan Academy shows the path it takes for a message to be received which is missing from this video (i.e. the target characteristics first determine whether the message or source is evaluated). "The central route is used when the message recipient has the motivation as well as the ability to think about the message and its topic" "The peripheral route is used when the message recipient has little or no interest in the subject and/or has a lesser ability to process the message." Both should be on the same slide introducing the concepts of central/peripheral routes. "The theory states that when people observe a model performing a behavior and the consequences of that behavior, they remember the sequence of events and use this information to guide subsequent behaviors" Should be the definition of SCT. Much clearer.
very good, I liked the professionalism of Dr. Shukle and the key points delivered. high yield for memorization and text applications
Thanks for the hand trick. Amazing way to remember it helped me
It 's very comprehensive . It's easy to assimilated and to memorize.
Good illustrations and diagrams. Short and simple explanation of difficult topics
It really helped me to understand this chapter in my book
This is an excellent overview of Performance Improvement related to Nursing.
Very complicated topic that it's not explain with enough clarity
I have greatly enjoyed watching Dr. Shukle’s lectures. They are short but with tons of info that makes the subject so much easier to understand. It cleared up so many things for me. Thank you Dr. Shukle!
Sir explained every vedio in detail and how to manage the patient effectively
Its a good overview of cariovascularr pharmacology but it could be more detailed
Very helpful, the content and mechanisms are clearly explained. It is very pertinent to everyday practice.
The professor is very informative, and his lectures are not boring!
Great lectures! I hope much of I learn here will be on my exam too.
Me gusta que tiene la información necesaria es fácil de entender.
I gave a 5 reason because Physics has been a challenging course to me , especially magnetism. the way the concepts were broken down gave me a deeper understanding and i can now start to understand what i learned as an undergraduate. Keep it up.
This MCA course was great to watch because it covered topics in enough detail to truly understand the concepts without going into the super details that can sometimes make the topics more confusing than they have to be.
I has troubles understanding it in school. Thankfully I understood from Dr. Shukle:)
Loved that it was concise and very well explained, it summarized the key points of malaria and gave great examples.
This was very clear and simple and extremely helpful thank you
thank you! your lecture is super, very useful, easy to remember
thank you so much! it is interesting and easy to remember.
The name of the lecture was very contradicting to the material given. In addition, I felt that the explanation as everywhere there was no proper structure of things.
Helped clarify my understanding and simplified concepts without affecting quality of content.
Good for concise explanation! I hope further deep content ! Overall content with it
I love she helps you understand how everything works and relates
All the masses are added up of objects, divided by it!!!
Explains the different types of drugs and mechanism of action staight to the point, the lecturer is a very good physician. But the guidlines differ from country to country, besides some information is contradictory and missing. Like he did not mention Labetalol as alpha and beta antagonist, he explains that the first drug of choice is ARBs in isolated systemic hypertension while in some previous quiz the answer was diuretics.
I think these videos are good enough for us to learn.
I gave 5 starts to this lecture because it covered almost everything I had on my tests and practial daily routine. Thank you!
I Like Tarry's lecture. They are straight to the point and very easy to understand. He does a good job with his explanations
You guys are really good, believe me.you are doing a great job.May God bless you.
Precisely the info i need for my exam. Excellent review and references
The professor has enough knowledge and explained fantastic. He stresses on important matters.
It's always useful to see a good review of hard subjects like this.

Great teacher and Lecturio is a good course to prepare your medical exam . Love lit
The best! super helpful very well explained, easy to comprehend
?wesome lectures, everything I need to prepare for the exams and use in my clinical practice!
He is very good teacher and his explanation about Pharmacology is excellent. I will follow you Doc for all your advice. Thanks to be part of my USMLE preparation exam
I found him to be one of the better lecturers at Lecturio. Easy to follow, fluidly makes sense of the material, which drastically helps me learn.
The lectures are concise, straight to the point, and yes, fun. The quizzes also make it easier to focus, as well as help memorise important material. As with other lectures, it would be nice if USMLE style questions were embedded in the lectures for better integration of the topics covered.
I loved it it had the essentials I needed to understand my class.i haven't encountered any challenges yet.
I like Dr Raj , he does his best to inforce the important material for students the only that bother me sometime with dr Raj is sometime , he is all over the place and its hard to follow him, but i understand that he try to connect things but over all dr raj is great , i been watching his lectures since i bought lecterio
Dr. Pravin explains everything in a very simple way. I really enjoy his lectures!
I found this lecture illuminating. I think adding an image might help to clarify the solubility issue: AH can diffuse through lipid bilayer, but is less soluble in water, so would become "trapped" in urine, and the inverse for bases: B form being soluble in lipids, but not in water. Thank you for the great lecture!
The best professor ever! I really enjoy listening and watching all her lectures.
Love his lectures so much, he is super funny and explains perfectly
The best instructor ever! Rhonda Lawes has really made me learn how to critically think. I wish she was my nursing professor throughout nursing school. She's just amazing and was destined to teach nursing
The topics get into my mind in the first go
I enjoy Dr. Alverson’s teaching style. Easy to comprehend. I have watched it several times through NP school. I am trying to find the “hand method of remembering the cyanotic heart defects, but can’t fine the video again. One of my favorite professors here. Thank you!!
Good lectures, clear and easy to follow. Thank you, Dr. Shukle.
Surprisingly interesting and short course. Ms. Cornwall is fun to learn from.
o?hjönlnlnlknl j lal llll jlljj j?o?n ojio?j o?n?o? ?n?n jn?ln no
Short and interesting course. Binged it in one sitting. Ms. Cornwall is a pleasant lecturer.
The Best Antimicrobial Pharmacology ever seen. IT is explained so well. I love IT.
I am not far enough into it yet to be able to comment properly. So far, though, very good. The articles supplement the talks very well.
He systematically developed the concepts, making it easy to understand.
I liked it because I learned some keypoints in less time .It usually would have took 3-4 days for me to get all the points but LECTURIO and PRAVIN SHUKLE made it easiler for me . But in my point of veiw there should be more detail about the mode of action and mechanism of drug . I can and will recommend lecturio to my friends and even to pharm D friends.
I love her lectures ! Relevant for the USMLE and fun ! Recommended !
Concise, easy to understand and relevant for the USMLE Step 1. Very good ! A+++
Concise and relevant for the USMLE Step 1! Easy to understand !
The lectures are precise and clear and very helpful filling in some of the gaps in my course.
Thank you so much, that was great and well explained.
Dr. Shukle, I really struggled in applying the information from this lecture to the quiz. You have been great otherwise!
the doctor really simplified the whole thing...i'll find this much easier to remember
I really love this man he is a professional really, i like every topic that he explains.
Understood everything and i feel like i gained prediction ability, thank you Dr. Raj
I use Altius for my MCAT course book, but learn better with watching videos. You guys line up pretty well with their content and it makes it easy to follow! I also love the examples that make it relatable.
Amazing explanation by Dr Pravin, it was very helpful for me during my Exams
Another great lecture. Review. Concise. Very easy to grasp. Thank you!
Great information. Love her teaching style. Perfect. Thank you so much!
Love it! Makes memorizing easy. Fun instructor! Very knowledgeable. Great. Great lecturer
I like his lectures and his pleasant voice. The content is presented very cleanly and structured. Little jokes, e.g., about hospital administrators, make it even more likeable. Even with only traces of math, he gives the feeling of understanding, which is a fantastic characteristic of excellent educators. For me, an engineer for biomedical systems, the course is beneficial.
Clear and very specific information for my tests the articles were perfect Thanks a lot
Very clear and concise. Explains diagrams and processes extremely well.
Rhonda makes Pharmacology easy to comprehend. Her explanations are clear and funny.
Very clear explanation. Relating the topic to her own experience is a bonus. She instills empathy in her lecture
Straight to the point with enough explanation and integration of real medical cases.
Dr Raj is one of the best lecturers in Lecturio, I really like the way he explains everything and his sense of humour
there are more areas involved in language control, and different types of aphasia.
As a first year medical student i can understand very clearly , Mr. Raj is really good.
The lecture was very well explained with very practical examples
Very nice course, I learnt a lot about how these meds works. Dr have a good and easy way to explain it
i love every dr. gaj lecture he gets into details - repeat many times - joyful
thank you so mush it was helpful thank you so mush it was helpful
It makes very easy to understand a topic that I has been for me to grasp
Ut is so helpful especially for my studies. I give you guys 5 star.
Great break down of each of the different cardiac conditions and how to differentiate between them!
I love the way Dr. Raj teaches, very concise and interesting.
Dr. Raj does an excellent job in providing memory tools as well as making the review funny.
Great explained classes, they are short and cover all subjects
I loved the questions attached with this lecture, very appropriate and I feel more confident in this area now.
I easily understood the topics which i found difficult in class. Dr. Shukle did not only give examples of prototypical drugs for each class but he also explained how they function by giving scenarios which are easy to remember.
simplified and easily explained; easy to understand. thank you very much
great, it was well explained, high yield info and quick review of main things that comes to real practicing . there was a part that was not explained well in one of lectures ( a solution to a problem ) which annoyed me. i recommend watching these lectures at least 2 times, before and then after going through your main text book as an early year med student.
It's precise and made easy to understand It brings out the management of care concepts and principles at it simplest form
first thank you Dr. shukle for this lectures. amazing lectures great explanation . it covers all important topics for ANS
Engaging. Good clinical correlation from his own experience in practice. Good explanation of physiology and tie in with pathology.
easy simple and clear lecture was by dr pavin Shukel
good lecture, helped to refresh my knowledge.thank you very much
Considerate and well performed explanations, look forward for more good outcomes. Thank you doctor.
Brief and clear introduction, which to get you prepared for the details Great summary to come back for a fast review and memorizing
Concise and very clinically related. Wish that heavy metals poising were discussed too, with their antidotes
Dr. shukle is a pharmacology god to me . His lectures have saved me . I can finally say that I love pharma . His lectures are on point .
Things are set in a context and clinically related Easy and straightforward.
Great lecture to understand such a difficult subject, Thank you Dr.Raj
super easy to follow along and good clinical examples make it easier to remember the drugs
very good course, easy to follow and understand, to the point. However, technically, I would like to suggest that all relevant topics be available, even if explain in other topics such as catecholamines, and androgens...... even if they are just to be copied, just for the purpose of making the course complete and no need to go, somehow, outside a particular course.
very confusing explaination. he didnt exaplin the concept properly such that we can grasp it. pls try to explain the concept properly
You are doing a great job teaching me about all of this stuff white youre help i will devinitly gratuad collage.
As expected. concise, easy to follow, to the point. However, more about biologics was needed: uses, dosages, routes of admin. side effects Again, Corticosteroids (oral, topical: eg. betamethasone, predmisolone, triamcinolone.......) are missing
nice course, almost complete and informative. Liked the practice and case studies very much. they make you better put things in a context. i would love to have more of them. Plus, would love to help out in finding a mnemonic and strategies memorizing relevant characteristics and specifications to drugs
very good course, to the point.. I would like to have more practice questions though, more tricky ones with multiple scenarios.
Took me time but like your teaching style! Thank you
how the idea is introduced and how it flow easily , i would like more examples solved by him for generally each rule
slow and broken .... lectures must be energetic n lively and 1 hour long at least
Great speaker. I enjoyed the calculations even though the formulas could be used using a scientific program would be easier rather than using ^2 for example!
Lecturio is Awesome! I am not a student but all the material I have been through so far is of HIGH quality! My best investment ever!
The course is concise, to the point, good source for a fast review. But more details do not hurt too
the lecture help me with pharmacology sturdy and am not tired of replaying it
Excellent. I had no problem answering the folkow up questions. I've read about most of these concepts during a biochemistry course I followed earlier, which probably made it easier for me to understand interpretation of the curves in this video. Gives a good overview, so thanks! Sincerely, A Danish medical student
good explanation of the real reason behind the fluid's trends.
I had troubles understanding this topic in years!!!!! Dr. Raj could explain it to me in minutes! Thank you so much! You are doing such a great work for your students!
I feel like I'm in good hands with Dr. Raj! I especially like how he comes back to a point multiple times to emphasize it/make it stick.
Great lectures and easy to understand. Thank you Dr. Shukle
enjoyed the lecture, I would love one on the legalities of pharm and the laws for prescribing
I love how simple the concepts sound in these videos. I can watch these videos before my university lectures, without any other form of previewing, and feel adequately prepared.
Good Lecture, the curves were well explained. Wish they talked about Chirality a little bit:)
I really love these course! Great work breaking it down and offering the quiz it really helps!
This actually was an amazing lecture. Made me understand a lot of issues around Gentamycin.
Easy to follow along. Dr. Raj is clear and concise
very clear and visual, good speed, nice images and accessible vocabulary
As a lecturer myself in another field you make something that is difficult easy to understand for learning transfer = A+ delivery thank you
Beautiful calm lecture style delivery and explains concepts simply - thank you
my native language isn't english so i helped me reAding subtitles, but in this lecture, subtitles are not according to the speech. Please try to fix it. this is not the first time :( however the doctor explains very well , five starts for the doctor. one start to the tech support
Very knowledgeable and soothing voice. Helps with remembering things more efficiently
Love you sir amazing is really good way of teaching..
Very nice lectures! Focuses on the need-to-know things that have clinical relevance.
I used to think Dr. Raj was far and away the greatest medical educator alive. I didn't even watch anyone else. I used Lecturio just for Dr. Raj's videos. Dr. Raj is funnier, and perhaps more memorable. However, Dr. Shulke presents the same level of clear, concise explanations, the kind that only come from the mind of a master who has internalized the material to the point of making it look easy. I love the part where Dr. Shulke boldly calls prednisone a clumsy tool for incompetent practioners. That is with me forever. I feel bad for my classmates struggling through our professors' awkward lectures. .
Dr Shukle explains all subjects with a lot of knowledge, and very easy to understand. Thank you, Lili B.
The edition of the video is very confused, I Didn´t know if the correct answer was A or C.
Engaging with good use of humor, well structured, generally his videos are excellent
too short vert underutilized lacks content..how to see longer videos
A brief but v helpful quiz in re-freshing the concepts...it helps in our routine practices as well...
Clear lectures delivered at a good pace, and the questions that test your clinical reasoning skills with the content are incredibly useful.
Great lecture. Absolutely the best for boards, Keep up the great work
His way of talking is bit confusing as some of the words are not clear it will be better if he talks little slow and clear
You can tell she doesn't know what she is talking about. She is just reading something in front of her. I don't reccomend her. No enthusiasm at all.
it's good in short. pharmacology is a complicated subject, but his lecture makes these huge topics helpful.
Dr. Ahuja does a great job of concisely presenting information in a tone that is upbeat and engaging.
Funny, engaging, and surely Dr. Raj gets the concepts going!
I love this course so much! It's really simple plus the way Jared explains it make it so much easier to understand and it kinda makes you wanna listen to him actually
Temarios muy importantes. Videos con explicasiones que ayuda mucho para aprender sobre el campi de la medicina.
Excellent course. Jared is a great teacher and made the concepts easy to understand.
PHYSICS IS FUN. HE TEACHES REALLY IN A PHENOMENAL MANNER / IM LOVING IT
All lectures are brief and to the point . The lecturer uses examples to help reinforce important points about the drugs. He uses humour to keep the lecture interesting and engaging. I would recommend this to everyone as their go -to pharmacology tutorial course.
Great attitude and non-verbal languages. You make those vitamins more easier to understand. I appreciate it. Thank you and keep going.
Superb !!! An Elaborate amount of the knowledge about physics is provided beautifully and consistently !!! Jared Rovny is best lecturer I have ever seen in my life !!!
CLEAR AND CONCISE, WELL EXPLAINED.GOOD DIAGRAMS. VERY INTERESTING LECTURE.
It was a nice lecture but, IT-guys, can you please add the stuff to speed up a video. Thanks.
Great lectures. Simple to understand. Well taught. Keep up. Thank you. :-)
Excellent content, very well explained and really a help to my studies.
One of the best Lecturers on lecturio hands down. Defined one of the best explanations I’ve gotten on this topic
I like your lectures Dr, they are all very well explained thus allows us to pick up the concept quite easily! Thanks
I believe when someone truly knows and love what it does is able to simplify things and teach in a away easy to understand. Thank you
This material was delivered brilliantly by the course lecturer. I have really enjoyed the nutrition lectures by Dr Cornwell and look forward to future lectures by this lady.
because its helping me review my basics as well as adding into my information, and it goes hand in hand with my USMLE step 1
I love your lectures, you are such a talented proffesor. Great work.
nice job! I also learn new knowledge from the profound and comprehensive lecture.
Î really appreciate the Lectures, this whole Website helps a lot. But it´s annoying that the Professor always says " repeat it 3 times fast " , Theres no point in doing that , if nobody could understand him in the first place . If you cant properly spell it out /pronounce it one time, it´s no use to repeat it fast.
Simple way to understand the RAAS system and the meds associated with it.
Awesome lecture! Dr. Raj keeps the content interesting which helps keep you engaged!
The only reason why I am giving this course a "not bad" is because the quiz questions do not have a step-by-step answer. They just give you answers which makes it difficult to understand if you did it correctly. If you don't know how to approach the question, you do not have any guidance.
You know what?... I am impressed. I just may sign up for this after my 24hr trial. I really solidified a couple of things just with these few introductory free videos.
Lectures are mind blowing i feel so good that i cant even say a big thankyou to lecturio and team and iam so blessed that iam a part of lecturio
Simple and straightforward and short and sweet which is good.
Bupropion is a dopamine reuptake inhibitor with some seetotenegic activity. It is also one of the most potent CYP2D6 inhibitors of the antidepressants. The previous antidepressant review lecture also had a mistake in which it was stated that “venlafaxine is used for smoking cessation” which is incorrect
I like your course, its not bad, sorry for the late review
Just want to say that this lecturer is gold. He speaks clearly, does not refer to items not present on the slide (thus confusing the learner), and excellent at teaching. Really enjoying all your lectures Dr. Shukle.
Reccomend it it s very helpful i joyed warching it thank you very much
No words to describe how good are all the lectures performed by Carlo Raj. High yield, entertaining, interactive, concise.
It's one of the most useful skills. Memory is a major part of our lives in medical school.
Dr. Shukle has a great tone and lays emphasis on what's considered high yield for exam. I like examination oriented lecturers who constantly open your eyes to those things that are frequently tested.
really helpful to get the basics, but not enough for the exam
Great lecturer very knowledgeable of subject matter at an admirable pace. Needed this in depth type of lecture in med sch. Good job
lecture has been nicely explained . i like the little humor in lecture .
Dr. Ahuja provides great examples to easily understand the topics for recall later on.
I liked his class. The Lecurer breaks the material down in a way that is easy to undersand. This course is a god send. I have to take this course being an FNP student in graduate school. The quizes are remarkedly like our exams in Advanced Pharmacology. I like how the quizes pop up in the middle of the lecture, it helps you process the material. I plan on taking all the advanced pharmacology course offered and tthe price cant be beat. You are learning valuable material like you would in a college course only it is a lot less money. The knowledge I am learing from this course is invaluable to me and is helping my confidence before I take my advanced pharmacology course for colleg credit. I will follow up with a review when I actually pass the class. I already know it is helping me. Thank you for making this availble to the public. I wish I could get college credit for this. I would say I love the course, But I am not a big fan of pharmacolgy in general as it is a very challenging course for me.
it's clear and on point. Good job by Carlo Raj, MD
Concise and laser focus on the high yield facts. Lectures are interspersed with witty humor which does not stray from the subject matter. Refreshing.
Great explanation and funny references, it will be easy to remember.
I find that I get used to her style, I wish that all the courses be taught by her
The topics discussed were on diabetes and adrenal pharmacology. Nothing on thyroid, calcium pharmacology. This is therefore not a full review. What was discussed however was excellent and exactly what you need to know!
Concise and very high yield. I love the clinical illustrations provided.
IITS GOOD NICE. PLESE MENTION IT IS FOR WHICH CLASS
it is evident Dr. Raj is in love with medicine; this type of love is infective
I extremely enjoyed this lecture. He is very clear about what he is stating, and he states it in a very comprehensive manner, which is extremely crucial if you have yet to have medical talk down pat. I learned a lot, and I do have learning disabilities, so it can be hard at times. But this isn't one of those times! Love love love it! Much appreciated!
Thank you Dr Raj, it was a very good lecture and your humor was keeping me interested in the topic.
lecture slides are well organized and he is always clear
The content was great exactly what you need to know. However the lectures didn’t appear in order and the first three lectures were mixed up.
Rating : Five stars for the excellent, detailed explanations required for a student to understand the core concept of the topic. Likes/Dislikes : The ridiculously hilarious humour helped me retain a lot of information regarding the topics. More like UNforgettable. There's nothing i dislike about the course. Recommendation : Definitely to my classmates, especially those struggling to grasp concepts in Medicine.
thank your Dr. shukle, great lecture series , i wish to see anticancer medications !!
very good lecture, concise and high yield. very helpful for the boards
Am been top of class always when ít comes pharmacology
I chose this coz am able to memorise. Facts about the sedatives and hypnotics
This lecture series is phenomenal. He presents the material in a clear, concise, and quick manner. In my opinion, I like watching his course as an introduction, read a pharma book such as Brenner, do a qbank such as Lippincott´s Q&A, and then watch the series one more time through in order to solidify each drug topic. I would highly recommend for any medical student, or for anyone wanting to get a jump start on pharma. It has made learning and understanding pharma a lot easier (especially when your school´s pharma lecturer is not the greatest ;) ).
There are some mistakes. SERT is not a serotonin receptor. And Bupropion is not a SERT inhibitor.
Video learning really helps me understand concepts better especially with an instructor.
Not much relevant information for the exam: too many details. It is like reading the book, not a lecture. Very complicated and not interesting.
I liked it a lot, because the teacher explained one by one from the basic concept. Hence, I felt I could learn all the knowledge on the pathology and physiology at the same time.
the most I like it of this course is the rapid review that you can do in a short period of time, the doctor is very clear and emphasized in some aspects that are important for the exam.
I am in NP school and I used lecturio as supplementation material while studying for my pharmacology midterm. I scored the highest in the class, set the curve and ended up with a 100%! Thank you!
The lecture made this concept so easy to comprehend and it is just straight to the point. Thank you Dr.Ahuja
Excellent explanations, with visual attraction, simplified subjects and easy to understand
The slides and the lector overview we super nice form them only I was able to grasp the content of nutrition. I also liked the metabolic importance of the vitamins and the metabolic processing of alcohol. I really wanna recommend this to my lector of nutrition and those few peers who don't know about lecturio.
Confusing, difficult to understand (too many synonymous names)- its difficult to comprehend what its meant with orthodromic etc.
This course has really helped me cover all the physics that I skipped in high school and now had to know in medical school. Quite clear and very high yield.
I studied the lectures for NBME Microbiology as a supplement to the other material. It was very helpful and I strongly recommend these lectures by Dr. Shukle.
una buena explicación con datos infaltables y resumen bien dado. Ademas las preguntas al final sirven demasiado para poder poner a prueba el aprendizaje del receptor
When I use bookmark page 235 FA 2018 Not bring the lecture I peefer to use bookmark
it was very helpful and engrosing for me and it is explained in a nice and simple way.
Very good lecutures !!! They are a little bit basic but I like them!!
He is very good excellent clearly understand the lecture pharmacology aesthetic
I liked the way the lecturer presented , easy and clear and not too long :)
So informative and well edited video , The Lecturer is excellent indeed .
I like this course very much. It is explaned good and easy to understand (witch is inportant to me because english is not my native language). Clinical examples are very good and help me to remember how drugs work. I recomend this course to all medical student.
physical activity , smoking cessation, unhealthy diet ,obesity, overweight, alcohol, change behavior
Great way to wrap up the series. Initially, I fell into a couple of the "traps" Jared mentioned. Now, I will keep this video in mind on test day. Thanks!
I've never heard someone explain pKa and drug mechanism so simply before.
Best and comprehensive information. Best way to learn and revise
I better understand CML. This was a very high yield lecture that was very well presented!
It is well presented and informative. I like that it is concise and emphasizes on what we really need to know.
The videos are very clear, well explained and not too long. You can question yourself all the way along
These videos get in the point, summarize what are the important things to know in each topic for the test, and help me not to be saturated with all the information in the book.
The "pacman" thingy is a stick forever in my brain. Thank you! I like how you presented and simplified incretins and DPP4Is
They lacture is very clear and understandable emphasis on important points
its a wonderful course with good explanation on how to go about each step from the tutor
Best pharmacology classes! Love the questions in between the lecture!
Incomplete information. I'm fascinated with the fact-based approach to the biochemistry of the human body. I like learning about the role that nutrition plays in disease prevention and the overall affects on human health. However, this course appears to still support the outdated views on proper nutrition and nutrition-related disease prevention. I feel that physicians do not get sufficient quality education on nutrition and that corporate interests still play too much of a role in both nutrition studies and nutritional recommendations. Today's healthcare system is more of a "disease care" system, and this profit-centered business approach, specifically with Pharmaceuticals, is doing little good, and in fact, doing a disservice to the overall welfare of the American people.
La doctora Cornwall presenta la información de manera concreta y comprensible. Te permite adquirir fundamentos básicos de nutrición, suficientes para tener un buen desempeño en los exámenes.
thorough and interesting, I really enjoyed the explanation and it felt these lectures were complete
I think the lecturer did a really good job of explaining everything well and making it easy to understand. He is responsive of students' questions which I appreciate. I'd love to see something more about drugs used in osteoporosis though, as this is also what will be included in the exams. Also there are some mistakes here and there that have been mentioned by students more than a year ago that have gone unfixed.
I really wanted to give it 5 stars specially because of the question pertaining to Fick' s law that was included, however the fact that Sir didn' t mention that all forms of diffusion are passive and the word Diffusion itself means being randomised made me give this 4 stars only.
Excellent Narration with good slides and quiz questions in between the lectures to rekindle recapitulation and retention. There is however good scope for improvement as one needed to resort to the slides and scratch the brain to better understand the concepts.
Excellent course.Deals with the microcytic anemia starting from basics then pathology, clinical and investigations.Very useful and practical connections
This is a very well planned out lecture on some well developed material. The doctor explained it well and even broke some of it down into a pneumonic. Very clever and well done!
The teacher is super clear and efficient when it comes to explaining fundamental Force concepts.
Just what is needed for the clinics and exam Bare minimum leads to better retention and the results.
I am a Pharmacist and preparing for my exams in US. I have really find this app useful and lectures are easy comprehensive and in best way. Thanks for arranging best professors.
Lecturio is one of the BEST online medical education website providing authentic resources for a FULL spectrum of medical specialties. The lecturers at Lecturo have full command on their subjects and make it very easy to understand even the difficult and complicated issues. Dr. Maqsood Ali MBBS, MRCGP, DTCD, FCCP
Thank you so much for you effort, I couldn't imagine that one day i would start to like psycology
As l am postgraduate I found that the info was familiar .. I think if you made other uncommon subjects avalible free .. I could be covinced that I could benefit from supscribing in order to review my knowladge and prepare for my exams.
Very good lecture, a great teacher and a good sense of humor !
helpful lec thumps up for me is better than the ophthalmo lecs by the same doc
very nice lecture and good tips. i should follow you earlier
Very good lecture! It flows nicely, and really helps you understand the process. It makes learning easy and interesting
It is was precise and clear lecture of anemias.. Thank you so much Dr. Raj!
information that is presented is presented in a clear manner and is easily read.
Very easy to understand, high yield points and such a great teacher. Congrats ! =D
Very concise and informative Perfect explanation well appreciated Can’t wait to review rest of hematology
Literally the way that I was hoping that my medical school would present it. Logical, succinct, linear, and perfect. No overcrowded slides with low yield minutia presented in an unorganized manner from well meaning but overexcited PhD's. Just the good stuff, just what's relevant and what you absolutely have to know in the order that you have to know it. Perfect.
well structured and planned on teaching the course. Would recommend to others.
I would like to have explanations to the different question's answers.
This is an extremely basic review. Unbelievably, after referring to DSM 5, many of the diagnoses presented were DSM IVR, and are not in the DSM 5. About half of the lectures referred to MCAT preparation. There were grammatical/typographical errors in several of the questions. In the schizophrenia lecture the word “dissociating” is used when “discriminating” is meant (“… having trouble dissociating between reality and delusions or hallucinations”).
Hi ! You explain very well it's very understandable! Thank you very much !
Great and straightforward lecture For short period of time. Thank you very much
i expected more of endocrine pharmacology, thyroid, pituitary, hypothalamus , parathyroid, etc. i liked the updated medications on diabetes and Adrenal gland. Thanks alot
Very simply explained. He made a concept that I had been struggling with seem very simple. He explained better than my physics instructor who seems to have given up on teaching a subject that is very interesting.
The best lecture and teacher. I like it very much. Grettings.
It was so well presented. The difficult made so simple and clear. Its like a wow factor I must say. Excellent skill.
VERY high quality lecture. GREAT professor. Clear and concise. Awesome
Awesome presentation. It is very explicit and concise. Even the books cannot explain it so well.
great lecture. Very easy to understand with examples! very informative
I enjoyed this lecture because it was interesting and came with great examples. The questions really make you think this was fun.
Need area of study in ref to Family a nurse a Practitioner for state exam
The best lecture I ever heard.I liked everything about it. I would recommend this to all students studying Physics.
Jared has concise and clear approach to the subject of physics. A good teacher is very important to understand concepts of physics.
Good review !!! many tools to help you to master the basics about Pharm.Thank you Dr Shukle and Lecturio
its very helpful and informative many students can prepare for exam throught it
Concise. Informative. Engaging:) Lecture was formatted to the layperson and easy to follow.
I really understand the topics the way he explains them. Very good educator
Can you please consider including the doses and half life's of *all* the drugs
Dr Raj is aaawessome!! He keeps me on my toes and I love it. His lectures reduced my studying time drastically and I’m more effective.
He did an excellent job in explaining the major classes of drugs. He missed a few drugs that were listed in the First Aid 2017 book.
Easy to understand and just what I need to pass my exams!
The simplified approach has made learning and understanding so easy....He is such a great teacher with a deep understanding of his subject area....
Good interactive questions. Explantions good, but sometimes not basic enough for this difficult topic
I love your lectures!! I'm studying the topic neurophysiology from the physiology subject (medicine), but it's everything much better explained here than just physiology. I understood everything perfectly!
I loved how you dissected the topic so clearly, making clear distinctions between the different classes of drugs, how they work, where they work, why we use them and who needs them. GREAT lecture.
Simple and easy to understand. Dr. Raj explains it well & gives pointers for remembering.
best teacher eveeer! He makes it so easy! I want him as a teacher in my University! in peru!
Very interesting. Maybe ratio of aminoacid tryptophan metabolized to niacin and niacin consumed with food is good to mention. B6 can be pyridoxine or pyridoxal?
Lecturer seems like he is reading off slides. Content is presented with minimal assistance to learner in actually understanding it. Not enough use of memory aids. Need a better pharmacology lecturer. Love your cards guy!
5 STARS TO DR SHUKLE Because 1. He speaks clear American English. 2. Lectures are very visual, concise and substantial. 3. He behaves and dresses very professionally. 5. You learn a lot in little time with quizzes between lectures. 6. It's so much fun and easy.
perfect !! i really liked the intro, but there is still some problem with questions..
the lecture could be better it was hard to understand all the curves.. and the answer for the question was not so clear
Dr. Shukle is amazing. His lecture is so clear and "pin points" what we need to know. Thanks for your help !
i am very happy for listining this lecture ..good conclusion for asthma pharmacology
I am not a pre-med or medical student; physical therapy instead. So far in the first hour of viewing this site I am impressed. Hopefully it will help me achieve my goals. This lecture was outstanding too! I really enjoy the association style teaching Dr. Tarry uses.
This physic trainer is very good, he made it easy
i think the topics of the lecture is not easy and it has a lot of new terms those need to be clarified more clearly
Dr. Raj is really funny and makes the lecture engaging. His thought process is very logical, and it helps me really remember some of these more complicated concepts.
I really like this course. He is very good and pedagogic.
Too vague; I got the same basic information/presentation out of lecture. I was hoping for more clarification in these videos on topics like dose-response curves.
I liked this video because this one is short and informative
Clear big picture Very useful connection with other relating subjects If it is possible to clarify the relations with other subjects using summery slides it would be perfect Going back and forth to connect subjects and to the general topic is an excellent work
Dr Raj puts things in a very concise and easy to understand manner which links physiology to clinical findings. Love it
Since I've been using lecturio for pharmacology everything started to make sense. I was very worried I would never be able to understand and know all the aspects of differt drugs, because no one explained them to me as good as professor Shuckle. I like it very much because after a clear clasification of drugs and explaining each one, doctor Shuckle introduses personal experience( pericarditis treated with aspirin) which made me remember some things better. I like very much that at every course there are questions! You really saved my career as a doctor with this site and these courses. High quality content! Thank you very much for the support and also I appreciate lecturio asks us to give feedback and takes time to read it. Thank you dr. Shuckle for putting the information in a way that we as students can understand it better. I'm very happy!
He is very good at explaining. I like that he gives examples
hello Lecturio Im from Philippines Im so happy that I came to find this very knowledgeable site where I can learn sruffs related to my course which is Pharmacy.
sunt destul de multumit de aceste cursuri , totusi , se poate si mai bine
Practical information with more recently news, presented very clear. Brief anf profesional descripsion of action anti - coagulation drugs
Concise, easy to understand, well prepared slides. Good pace on the lectures and easy to follow
Great lecture topic. Great setup to the course. This kind of math stuff (and its application) is key in Physics (and Gen Chem). My actual class would have been so much easier and more insightful if I was better versed in this stuff!
like it very much thank you Pravin Shukle for this course
I really appreciate the course. It's short and precise. I highly recommend it to medical students
This sir is really freakin cool! He's got the concepts clear in his lectures. Love you sir :)
Funny. Gives you the "meat" of the concept. Not long winded. Very knowledgeable.
I loved the lecture so much! But sir, isn't there something called as fifth generation cephalosporins? And please please pleaaaase add more questions to each chapter. Only 3 questions per chapter is not enough. Please consider this sir.
Very clear and concise material!!! easy to understand and remember with great association with the clinical part.Really helpful for everyone who didn't want to waste their time with boring teacher in the classroom.
This review was extremely concise. Strictly what you need to know! Good Job!
Great info on the d/dx for warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia and spherocytosis hereditary. This came up in a qbank for me today
Very clear video of Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia (AIHA): Comparison of Direct and Indirect Coombs' Test
very good.it is one of the best video of cardiology.
Everything is clearly explained by the lecturer. In case of student´s questions, the lecturer gives a detailed answer. Thank you!
tnx sir for this nice video..help me lotttttt.tnx again.
very clear, easy to understand, slides (pictures and tables) are very helpful to memorize the content
This lecture has taught me more maths than I learned in one entire year at school. Thank you!
Dr. Cornwall is really quite good. She mispeaks occasionally, but overall is credible and fun to listen to.
Literally shortened my 1hr lecture into 10 mins and covered everything I need!
Very informative and simplistic in delivery. I eagerly look forward to the questions from this subject during the exams.
Clinically relevant and with enough detail. Lecturer keeps your attention throughout the whole video lectures. Very pleased.
i understood the concepts right away. A great way of explaining from Doctor Shukle. Thank you
Very useful, he explained the topic in such a simple manner.
good good good pronunciation good good good pronunciation good good good pronunciation
This is the best teacher i have understood the most. I loved everything really. I would recommend my fellow classmates
Presentation nice and to the point. Each lecture is clear and relevant to today's syllabus.
Thorough, organized, not only important for exams but also very much applicable on daily basis in patient care.
Important and relevant information delivered in a very organized fashion. Very useful information for exams and clinics.
Feels clinically important! And Dr.Raj seems so passionate about his subjects, and he makes all his lectures fun and interesting.
LOL That adenosine mental image will NEVER leave me ajajajajajaja
Highly professional and of course rewarding lectures. Fast pacing and supplementary material make me learning efficient. Really appreciate them. Many thanks.
The most logical, clinically/exam relevant, compact, yet complete information you are going to get for cardio pharm. He explains in a way that is relevant to the pathophys. Very grateful!
I LOVED THE LECTURE I WILL RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS HOPE TO SEE MANY MORE OF THIS KIND VIDEOS
Good teacher and has a calm voice, makes him a good speaker.
I don't like this teacher!! ( I think most of the students have the same opinion)
Tried to review the most important parts of pharmacology form here before the exam, great and concise lectures!
veryyyyyyy informative thanks lots!! it was very intersting i learnt so much
this is very useful for me t understand the topics in a simple manner
The lectures were great. It clearly explains the information and the pictures/presentation went well with him. It was easy to follow along not to fast were you get lost but not to slow were you are falling asleep
I'm learning lots from the pharmacology lectures. However, they would be even better if they were to include mention of typical dosing regimens. Thanks!
Nice speed and good lecture notes. Our uni doesn't cover toxicology well and this course was perfect for revision.
Covers B vitamins and Fat soluble. Pretty good. Lacks Certain vitamins: Zinc, Fe etc. Loved the nAKED mnemonic!
It is perfect, not only this video but the entire lesson. However, I think my internet is a little bit slow which made the playing of the video not continuous. But it is amazing.
I'm enjoying Lecturio, the videos and follow up questions are ideal way to learn, the speakers excellent. I've spent many hours on You Tube hoping to fine something like this. I also saw Lecturio, is on You Tube and have subscribed yesterday having watched the Nutrition video and Biochemistry, also bought some eBooks that was mentioned in biography that I'm sure I will also enjoy. Thank you!
The lecturer is really good in explaining the concepts and has really great clarity. It feels so good to listen to him and understand the underlying pharmacological principles
The slides are not bad, pretty well detailed, deliver what's important and contain up to date information, However the lecturer makes minor mistakes in some of the videos, e.g, (P.jiroveci in the antimalarials --> P.jiroveci=Pneumocystis and not Plasmodium). I know this sounds trivial, but I believe that Medicine is a field where minor mistakes are least tolerable, some topics like antithyroids I couldn't find in the endocrinology pharmacology. I'm still not regretting subscribing, but I hope that you take this criticism in a positive way to ensure a high quality, which is very important for medical students nowadays, due to the endless number of different resources and the limited time to go through all of them.
This course was very helpful! The examples that were given made it more relatable.
Simple and easy to understand! Covers only what really matters!!!
This is fail about teaching in detail about leukemia . The detailed PBS and Bonemarrow is fewer than expected . More over for the hematology lesson , this is not a concise approach to the leukemia patient . Not enough knowledge to take care of leukemia Patient too . This chapter is far away lower standard than the pulmonology or cardiology chapter .
The video really helped me understand Macrocytic Anemia better and cleared alot of misunderstanding
Dr. Shunkle provides a great explanation of the RAAS. The lecture follows nicely along with my book and studies.
every concept is made very simple and as short as possible
I found almost all the lectures in this class very useful to understand some chapters of my book, and i realized that watching each video before studying from my book and after it helped me a lot to memorize the the most important points. With that being said, this class is not enough if your book or your notes have much more details on the topics, especially regarding the pharmacodynamic. Dr. Shukle is one of my favorite Lecturio teacher, and i really like the way he talks since it's very easy for me to understand even though i'm not from english speaking country.
Very good lecture that covers one of the core principles of the vascular system through math, and gives a headsup for what might come to the exam. I would, though, like to see more than one example solved.
This was a dense, clinically-relevant presentation of material that will very likely be on Step 1. Dr. Raj has a way of presenting that keeps my attention and gives me a sense of primacy that I don't get from other kinds of videos.
This is in my opinion the perfect way of building up lectures: Starting out with introduction to all different groups. Followed by details in all groups and ending with questions, so that you are sure you can use the knowledge you have just gained.
Very well done. Spoke at the correct speed. Very informational.
This was a perfect lecture. Jessica Spellman teaches so well in simple terms. I would really recommend this to my classmates, all healthcare workers who care about their patients and their profession.
Good over view. Lecturer spoke clearly at a descent pace. Clear examples were provided.
Very succinct and clear material. The delivery was great and the organization of the material was easy to follow.
Great job, clear and nice presentation. I found it very helpful for me to understand pediatric.
dry concepts well presented and made easy, did the job
much more questions needed for every video, more then few in the end of every thema
This was the first course I´ve tried on the whole site, and it has given me a very good impression overall! Much obliged!
I Like That's Concept...Just Easier to understand all of medicine
I could understand concepts at such an efficient rate; ideas, demonstrations, and visual presentations were easily interpreted. Absolutely recommend this!
it was extremely helpful and cleared many of my doubts.thanks!
I loved that You explained every part of the clinical and physical examinations and gave examples of why is important and what can you diagnose with that, for me it's always easier to learn if I can connect things.
The lecture itself is good. His pace is slow enough to follow, yet not too slow, and he is extremely clear. Including questions in later lectures would be a great improvement to the course.
Asthma medication ? by Pravin Shukle , Simplified explanation, I love the simple explanation (Y)
very helpfull lectures, ??? ?????? ?? ?? ?????? ????????..???? ???
From what I understand, we advise patients taking Coumdain to AVOID eating vitamin K rich foods because it will counteract the effect of the drug.
Crisp and clear presentation. Easy to follow. Well organized bullet points.
The explanation is clear and details, however I want more animation picture for easy to understand
You make pharmacology so much less intimidating and much easier to understand. Thanks!
Thanks Dr Raj, I really enjoy your lectures. Concise and to the point, highlighting exactly what is in my first aid book. Great review. Thanks so much!
Clearly explained and very engaging. Spoke at a good pace. diagram was a useful demonstration easy to grasp and understand. Brilliant!
The explanation was very clear. This lecture helped me to better understand this area of pharm! Thank you!
Very concise & straight to the point I am glad I stumbled into this creative site.
This presentation is very interesting and very good structured. Congrats.
Very good for review. Covered everything I needed to know for a speedy review.
It gets easier to understand hard topics with these videos
Explains clearly, directly and provides learning tools. In my case it was useful to remember several concepts and understand them well.
not much details. its like a lecture for non medical students.
VERY GOOD EXPLANATIONS USING GOOD PICTURES IN SEVERAL SHORT VIDEOS HAVE MADE THEM EFFECTIVE
Very informative, engaging and interesting. Clean and crisp presentation. Just Love it!
The course is highly organized and given in a concise way. Also, the practice question and the discussion inside the video are very helpful.
Course is very organized, clear and concise. One area of improvement could be adding more questions and topic reviews, but I know that's something you guys are working on. Great service, keep it up.
In this Nutrition course, Dr. Cornwall elaborates some basic nutritional principles that are essential for any student of Human physiology to understand. The way she presents the information is in much greater detail than what I was exposed to in the small Nutrition course held in Medical school. I particularly liked learning about the Mifflin-St. Jeor Formula for calculating Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR); it literally changed the way I look at food!
The program was to elementary in nature and not deep enough. Sections on pregnancy nutrition was very superficial
content is well explained with lots of questions. the material is simple and to the point. the videos are short and the contented taught is to the point
It is amazing. I understood in 10 minutes what I couldn't understand for days. It would have been better if it explains more about the subjects but even though it's good.
Excellent quick review course! Key points are taking into consideration and then supplemented by printable PDF materials. I'm so glad I found this website!
Very simple to learn short videos that keeps your attention focus , love it
The endocrine pathology lectures have helped me to better understand and remember the concept.
I would recommend this course very much. Tarry is a great lecturer. I love the short length of the individual component lectures. It means I can watch one or two during my breaks at work on my iPhone.
I have an exam next Tuesday and this has helped me understand it like nothing else!
I am constantly looking for good videos on youtube that coincide with my med school curriculum. Now that I have Lecturio, I can access videos all in one place. I haven't found a comprehensive resource quite like this one. The lectures seem to follow my curriculum quite well and hit a lot of the same topics. This is great because it only reinforces what I need for success on exams and boards. I am still figuring out how to best use this resource. For now, I am watching the lectures that follow my class work at school! Thank you!
Nice I reviewed the Medications of Cardiovascular in Just 2 hours so that I can back to the text with great background with all these medications
it's awesome that you can pickup quick Info before the exam I love this course
make things straight and easy to remember Thanx Dr. Shukle
I graduated from medical And surgery Collage last May I was really looking for vids or books can review my pharmacology course which i pass it it 4 years back at the beginning of my collage . i found it really useful can cover every things in simple slides without missing any thing . i love it really really love it , it really save my life and time from going here and there to findout which source is good . Thanx Dr. Shukle i really love what you did in those videos i will recommend you for all my friends who graduated or yet in the collage
I have to say out of all the premed courses this has to be my favorite. Dr. Tarry Ahuja does a great job explaining the psychological theories, terms and concepts. His anecdotes keep me coming back. Thanks Doc.
It is a great course with a great teacher! all the amount of information and just the detail that you need for the exam. I am beginning like the pharmacology due to his clinical and very practical approach. the tips for the exam are a plus++
I have plans to start LPN classes next year in January. I feel that it's important to study ahead so that my grade in the score range of 95%. Jessica is an excellent teacher.
I love the teaching thanks.
As someone who studies Pharmacy, this course is fantastic for summarising the key concepts and goes into enough detail to allow for important concepts to be learned. Thanks!
I wish every lecturer was like Dr PJ! His lecture format is brilliant, he integrates questions to check your understanding and explains them thoroughly. He even gives you some 'dirty' approaches to go about answering exam questions. Absolutely in love!
