Quick but thorough review of the content. Appreciate the mnemonic.
Content is ok, but she reads off the slides almost verbatim which is distracting and unhelpful. It would be better if there were fewer words on each slide. I'mn sure this isn't the case, but I get the impression that she doesn't have a solid grasp of the content, hence the slide reading line by line.
I thoroughly enjoy her lectures because she exudes a great deal of energy and articulates complex concepts in a straightforward manner, making it effortless for me to grasp and engage with the material. I am truly grateful for her approach.
Lecturio has been an invaluable resource throughout my medical course. I chose this rating because of the platform's comprehensive and well-structured content, which significantly enhanced my understanding and retention of complex medical concepts. What I liked: 1. High-Quality Video Lectures: The video lectures are delivered by experienced professionals who break down difficult topics into manageable and understandable segments. The visual aids and detailed explanations have been incredibly helpful. 2. Quiz Questions and Explanations: After each video, there are quiz questions that test my knowledge and ensure I have grasped the material. The detailed explanations for each answer have helped clarify any doubts. 3.Mobile App: The mobile app has been a game-changer, enabling me to study on the go. Whether I’m commuting or taking a break, I can always fit in some study time. 4. Comprehensive Coverage: Lecturio covers a vast range of topics essential for medical education, from basic sciences to clinical subjects, ensuring a well-rounded preparation for exams and practical applications. I would highly recommend Lecturio to any medical student who is looking for a reliable and thorough study aid. It is particularly beneficial for those preparing for exams like the USMLE, as it provides targeted content and practice questions that align with the exam format. Additionally, healthcare professionals seeking to refresh their knowledge would also find Lecturio extremely useful. Overall, Lecturio has been instrumental in my medical education, providing the tools and resources necessary for success in this demanding field.

Very nice lectures. Well prepared and presented. Updated to the recent guidelines.
I also don't know why this course is rated poorly. It really helps to give a great overview. The lecturer also answers with great detail to our questions.
Good and fast introduction to pulmonary vascular disease, gives key points to distinguish from other pathologies
Very well done. Detailed. Great set of videos that covers all the information . Concept pages are fantastic. Good set of practice qs after the videos.
me gusto la explicacion y la sintesis que le dio del Dr. Michael. Ademas da buenos puntos y recomendaciones para la practica clinica.
Dr. Sussman’s lecture style is calm and well paced. She is informative w/o the “drinking from a firehose” effect. Her visuals are perfect for “mind maps”. I’m using this program to prep for ABIM renewal. It’s an excellent tool. I would definitely recommend it to a colleague.
Clear diagnostic and management methods for FM. Well organized and easy to reference.
Good process to work through when FM is on the differential
Great review for the previous lectures on FM in the series
Loved the course! I would have liked to see more focus on commonly used antibiotics in primary care and more examples on types of commonly treated illnesses. Thank you
It is a comprehensive introduction, which makes it easier to follow along. I like how he explains every term he mentions. It made it much easier to understand, and I didn't need to google everything he mentioned.
Amazing. Very detailed and clear explanation. Thank you very much!!
They are very informative and helpful to improve medicine knowledge.
I like the series presented by Dr. Fisher. I love his explanation because it help stick material better when you understand why are we doing certain steps. Thank you Dr. Fisher.
Great content. Super easy to follow, to the point and reminds me of lab values/ rationales.
I am a pediatrician 65 years old and I cry because nobody give a reuma class so interesting, good structured and easy to learn. It is a lot of information. I think that if Lecturio does a stadistical prove about how many students learn more depending of the professor. Dr Holt will have an A.
Reumathology is a very difficult matter. Profesor Holt explain it very well and make it esay. Thank you so much

This lecture is neat and well explained, and not least exciting.
its okay and i enjoy and like the lesson it is very helpful but maybe dont be wiered
Thank you so much, Dr Thad. You're very clever in coming up with the 'gnomes' example, which is perfect for quickly understanding Acid-base. Thanks again.
Dr Moss is wonderful. Prof Moss is very knowledgeable and explains complex topics very well.
Me gustó porque fue una forma muy buena de explicar trastornos hematológicos, entendible, fácil y muy entretenida
It represents the form of most prevalent diseases nowadays. It's important for the medical-science.
It’s easy to follow and understand. I like the way it was formatted and presented
Well-explained, well-organized, and easily comprehensible. It covers all the important information in detail, labs, DD, assessment of severity.
Dr. Fisher is very clear on the lectures, this topics are relevant for the med student and are well explored here.
Great lecture. The information is clear and concise. The teacher builds on previous information which makes grasping new concepts easier.
I love the short lectures packed full with information. I can feel my knowledge base improving everyday
Good video, for a important topic. Dr. Fisher has a lot of information to share and its a pleasure to see him explaining so well.
Not a good educator and lecture presenter. A lot going on that is boring and nonstimulating. Easy to get lost, tune out, and loose focus. Not engaging.
The explanations are good and are easier to understand, I love lecturio teachings. The tutors make it a point to give detailed explanations in the easiest forms possible with illustrations where possible. Thank you lecturio or I should thank the tutor specifically for making my learning easier
It is a very important matter. Profesor teached very clearly and simple. Focused in the patient and statistics. Congratulations.
Dr. Joseph Alpert explains clearly what us, students, always miss by ourselves. Really great series of lectures!!!
I loved how he took his time breaking the pathophysiology of the ischemic stroke in a way that I don't need to look up any terminology to understand him better
Thank you! I appreciate how you explain this material. Thank you
Thank you Dr Paul for this practical and entertaining lesson
Good lecture overall. Downloadable slide materials do not contain all slides and need to be updated (I note this issue was raised by another commenter 3 years ago and responded to indicating it was fixed at that time although the issue persists currently), a few mis-spoken moments need either an audio re-record or an on-screen note (3:1 type 1 2nd degree block first described as 3:4, then as 2:1)
For me as for international medical graduate student, it's extremely helpful. Course has included all necessary information and tests' explanations help to catch specific of STEP2.
The ECG lectures, including this Case Session, are excellent. Thank you, Dr Alpert, for sharing your experiences and expertise.
This lesson was very poorly organized and somewhat confusing. The content was exposed in what appears to be an arbitrary order and no logical connection was present. We were burdened with the graphs of multiple epidemiological studies while other elements of the diseases such as clinical presentation and diagnosis were neglected. Nonsurgical therapy is mentioned on the slides but was not explained in the lesson
Excelent class for a complex matter, hiperkalemia is serious and potencially dead problem with the other anormalities of electrolyties is better to search the real cause of EKG anormalities and do not expect that EKG give you the answer
This matter is complex and Profesor Alpert explain easy and friendly. I like his style
thanks to him , ? like to learn more about this topics
Covered the most important parts of DCM in a very short time period. The teaching is top-notch!
ok me gusto mucho esta leccion , gracias por hacer lecturio para estudiar
Great, very significant knowledge. Definitely will recommend to my colleagues
I did not know it was possible to teach so well as Dr. Sussman does. Even though nephrology is my least favorite part of internal medicine, it is so well explained that I actually enjoy learning it. This lecture, like all others, is so masterfully organized and explained that I can easily process the concepts and correlate them with everything else I have learned so far.
Perfect summary! It highlights all the major points to be explored in the matter. Congratulations!
This lecture lacks depth and does not cover the conditions in depth (e.g. physical findings, acute vs chronic pictures, etc). It's under cardiology, so I do not understand why it feels like an introduction only.
You only mentioned valvular defects leading to aortic regurgitation what about the aortic root defects? This lecture lacks so much more knowledge that we must know both for medical school exams and the USMLEs. For instance, where are the physical findings associated AR? The diastolic descrescendo murmur, wide pulse pressure, and S3 heart sound. The specific pulse patterns such as, Corrigan's pulse, water hammer, or pistol shot pulse patterns. How are patients with aortic regurgitation treated and etc? I've been seeing so much lack of consistency with lectures on lecturio recently.
He is such a great lecturer, demonstrating heart murmurs with his own voice better than the actual murmurs we hear through a stethoscope. That was an exaggeration but you get my point. He is fantastic.
Es excelente. Explica todo muy bien y te muestra lo necesario
?nteresting and detailed explanation of the pathology. Good use of images and slides.
When was it mentioned that a ratio of 15:1 is suggestive of tubular injury? I don't think this lecture give enough information to us to specifically call this a ATN. Confusing.
because its very useful lecture and the informations is very clear
What a great and passionate professor. He goes beyond the slides to help you really understand the materials.
Nice, I understand the conference. Good teacher. Interesting clinic case
Very clear and to the point. But gives understanding from a beginning to an ending which builds an overall picture.
Una explicación completa y sencilla, me gustó que dió ejemplos de casos. Se la recomiendo a estudiantes de medicina en etapa clínica y como repaso para profesionales de atención primaria.
it was best and short lecture . asd rre we we gfg aAS SDFS sdsdd dfs
The videos were concise and informative I really enjoyed watching the videos
general informative however concentrated on clinical approach for OSCE and diagnosis may be more useful for the students
this lectures are too basic, too much "we should do this and and we should do that" basically is what i keep hearing in these lectures. I not in high school anymore !! I need substance and more pathology and treatment not 1+1= ?
class has very low value. no practice, poor application to boards. may be if i was going to write a book could be valuable but not for pt. treatment nor use useful for boards.
Very clear. Speaks slouly, very profesional not only as docyor but also as teacher.
The lectures are awsome, very good and focused explanation on topics
I see this is areal rate based on my experience in subscribe in many medical platforms
Good content covered in short time span Summarization could have been better
Quick and very clear overview on the main aspects of schizophrenia
El doctor explica de forma muy clara. Abarco el tema de forma muy completa. Es mas facil aprender asi.
Great explanation, step by step, the course is really wonderful
Interesting data that I din't knew despite reading a lot of endocarditis from other sources.
Really informative and helped me understand ECG better . I have learned a lot and come back to review when needed
A fantastic suite of mini lectures that focus on the essentials. Clear, succinct and to the point, with practice examples.
Brilliant lecture by a Dr. Stephen Holt. Great content and detailed way of explaining it all.
Content is clear and highlights essential concepts, perfect for people learning the basic concepts of the pathologies reviewd
It was really helpful, i like it as it refreshs my knowledge and i suggested Lecturio to my friends. Thanks for effort and Cooperation from all Lecturio team
Short, key videos. They touch important points without being overwhelming
Clarísimo, la explicación es breve, clara y precisa. Me ha gustado mucho.
Clear explanation Easy to catch up Nice to involve short quiz for review
It really perfect, I learn good with prof Alpert . Thanks for case's uns the clear text and language
Very informative. Helpful in provding explaination I can reuse when describing why influenza is harmful to the lungs
Used simple language to explain complex concepts. Presentation is also good.
Very well explained and clinically oriented. Great work; thank you so much.
I understand that medical genetics is a difficult course to review but improvements are definitely needed in the following areas: 1. State and simplify definitions. Too often i need to refer to Google for a more basic explanation. 2. Please stop assuming basic knowledge is still fresh. I haven't study genetics in 7 years and i have forgotten EVERYTHING! So, along the way and with each new concept please give some foundational information.
So interesting ! And simplified as well. I like it very much. And thanks a lot.
Excellence knowledge Lectures are well delivered. I don't dislike anything about this lecturer I will recommend to my colleagues medical students
Dr. Alpert is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything in such an easy way. Everything makes a lot more sense now. Thank you!
Organised in such a great way that is easily understood and saves time.
Es muy directa y está muy bien explicada. Pocos puntos negativos presenta
I am enjoying studying here, the contents are well arranged plus the videos and the questions with well explained answers Maybe about adding up the dosages of drugs plus the page should be staying longer on without internet
Excellent. Speaker they go to the important aspects of the disease they are lecturing on.
Very targeted and practical presentation and UpToDate thanks for that fantastic talk
I loved this lecture...it really consolidated some of my scattered and disorganized 'knowledge'. It was simple but logical and easy to apply to what I already knew. An excellent refresher.
I choose this rating because topics and teacher are excellent. I like this course because it combines basic and clinical information in a balanced way. I recommend this course for everyone related with heart and vascular fields.
Dr Alpert did such an amazing job with this ECG series! I've always had such a difficult time truly understanding this material and he did so well breaking it down to make it easy for me to understand. Thank you so much Dr Alpert! I can tell that you truly love cardiology from watching this series!
Highly recommend, easily understandable, dive into the depth of diseases
Have been enjoying the lecture quite informative and constructive would appreciate it if it would be more explanatory
Lecturio displays a concise presentation of the most relevant aspects of a wide variety of subjects. Videos contain images for illustration and better understanding as well as quiz questions. Lectures are high-yield and seldom need supplementation of information. Fit for USMLE and PLAB, and offers good value for money - there’s so much to like. There’s however, the lack of clarity of images on a paused screen and only about 20% of the content is currently free.
Video lectures were quite informative and helpful . The presentation is clear for the intended audience
The lessons are synthetic, precise and the concepts are easily-absorbed.
This is an excellent presentation, better than what many of us get in school
I think these videos were made for the medical section of Lecturio and then just thrown into the nursing section. She uses some unfamiliar words and more complex concepts and her lectures are just not very engaging. I do not recommend this lecturer.
What on earth is qSOFA? This is nothing I learned in nursing school and you guys throw it in here and don't explain it. You guys cannot just take the videos for medical school and throw them into the nursing section. I am very, very disappointed in all the videos that were not done by Rhonda Laws. This one for sure is not for nursing students.
Not very good at lecturing. I tuned out a couple of times and had to rewind. Rhonda Laws should do all the videos. And the questions for this video were poorly written.
i found it concise and informative that allows me to waste less time going through the textbook.
Fantastic.priceless.I will always recommend this approach for medical students.residents.fellows.
Literally worst professor ever, she seems so desoriented and feels like she haven't even prepared the class
ME PARECIÒ QUE CONETNIA LO FUNDAMENTAL, BIEN EXPLICADO Y CON IMAGENES EN GENERAL NITIDAS
Great!!! Super understandable. Precise and straight to the point. Doctor Alpert is great
Good Lecturer, professional appearance, good selection of high yield topics, combined with simple but important explanations on key physiopathological issues. Great experience.
I like the breakdown and explanation of the case. I especially like the discussion of the management which wasn't covered in other lectures.
Excelent explication! I really like the explication because it has all the hiperkalemia trastorns explained perfectly!
It´s a really good video, enough infomration and a easy way to understand it.
There were some points that I didn’t find easy to understand such as cardiac axis The doctor in some parts was explaining things that weren’t clear on the slides so I was confused
Muy completa. Buen repaso sobre la Miastenia (presentación clínica, test..)
Physiology for me was just something that, as Medicine student, I had to study... After Dr. Thad Wilson's courses, actually I'm enjoying it! Very good structure, the tone is calm, very good explanation, funny mnemonics and many useful info that I'm sure will be valuable for my proffesional future! Thank you, Dr. Wilson!!!
Rendition diction clear and pleasant. Even if you had no particular interest in this topic, just bumped into it, you may become interested because of its diction/style/clarity being so easy/pleasant to learn/hear.
Absolutely fantastic to explain the very basics of the cardiac cycle reflected in the ECG. THANK YOU!
The presenter is very qualified. The choice and the arrangement of the topics, and the delivery of the presentation were excellent
The lecture was apt, the lecturer demonstrated a great understanding of the topic discussed
This is a real great course for all doctors. I learn everyday in this lectures. It has become my habit now.
Dr. Holt is a very effective teacher and I learned so much from him.
So easy and set in an interesting way. Very well covered
It is very easy to understand the topic and well organized
my hour long lecture summarized in less than 10 min with easy explanation for retention... thank you!
An excellent approach to ECGs. Makes a difficult topic very simple to understand.
Very good concepts are explained in these lectures. Classification is explained well in the first lecture with a flow diagram.
I understood it well , I need to repeat it a lot of time
Very clear in explanation, good graphs and diagrams and nice concepts.
Dr Farrell is an excellent instructor who empowers her students with examples that help each pathology in psychiatry be more understandable. All of your instructors have been ideal and Dr Farrell is helping me prepare for my Psychiatry clerkship in another week. Thank you all for teaching that will help our future patients! With Kindest Regards. F Buck Willis, PhD, FACSM
The lecture series was great over all but I was wondering if there’s an anion gap lecture regarding the calculations needed to identify a widened gap as well as the delta-delta equations. And if so why isn’t it part of the acid-based series?
Really well done! It’s very helpful to recall and reinforce basic concepts.
I liked the visual images accompanying the description, as I’m very unfamiliar with soft tissue infections. I liked the use of a clinical case presentation, and the subsequent process of elimination. It would have been helpful if descriptive words used to characterize the skin lesions were further elaborated on, such as for example “maculopapular”
I really appreciate for Roy Strowd’s lecture. He stressed always on approach to a neuromuscular presentation. So it’s clear to take steps to investigate where is the problem. Is it neurological or muscular or neuromuscular junctions causes and so on.
He really covered all the important aspects of the disease
Loved the concise and crisp approach. Very informative lectures. Helps to get an idea about the topic in a small time
The content is concise, straightforward and video time is short. However, using a pointer would be helpful. Overall excellent
Very lucid explanation and case oriented discussion ....charts and differential diagnosis is excellent
Great information and so precise about every topic, I find this course very formative and hoping to learn more.
i was really love to see this lecture in my life! it is very helpfull.
Really love the videos by Proff Elliot, and I love that he explains that concepts are constantly changing but gave us the foundation to build on.
Prof Brown is just amazing at explaining concepts, I really loved his videos.
This course is outstanding and great supplemental information for my courses. It’s easy to follow and provides just enough details about each topic concept. A lot of high yield information. I’d highly recommend these courses to any FNP, PA, or Medical students!
Coronavirus. Relevant topic. Could not have been made available at a better time. Very good job 5 stars. I encourage everyone to listen to all the lectures in this track. Although, more and newer information is made available everyday, this course makes a great foundation for solid knowledge based. I like it very much. 5 Stars.
excellent lectures. Easily understable and very efficent for university exams
This is a great lecture. Shame about the previous reviews. If you didnt study maths in school, you may not have understanding of vectors. This is a shame.
I couldnt understand the pathology for so long. I am so glad for the clear diagrams and interesting talk.
Plz add some differentials for orogrnital ulcer. Overall lecture quality was excellent
Ver clear good graphics explained simply good questions best lectures

This is a very clear and helpful review of LEMS
I found the delivery of Prof Joseph Alpert awesome and lucid
the material had been given clear easy to understand .Helpful in clinical practice and updated ,which is super impoertant
Dr. Sussman does a wonderful job explaining a very convoluted topic!
Medicine, sacred mystery, goodness of God, blessed are the chosen to divulge the mystery. Gracias profesor M. Lazarus por ser uno de esos pocos E. Zambrano.
Every little bit of confusion that I had with approaching a radiograph was cleared up by this course!
Case studies helped with a better understanding and linking underpinning theory to clinical practice. Touched on all key aspects of the challenges of diabetes and its short and long term complications.

Excellent presentation Complete information So simple so easy to gain all what we need rapidly and sufficiently
He explain so easy and make it fun to learn ! For me it’s better to watch videoes than read, and I like that I could watch the basics for the midterms before I start read !;)
I had a great time learning! It was short and very concise lecture series but I haven't able to keep going, I can't afford to pay the premium. Makes me sad because it helped me a lot. :(
Simple. Precise. Very good. Don t waist any time. This topic is very high yield for any medical test.
Great content, well-explained and the lecture was easy to follow. Thanks!
Great content presented in a format that can be applied at the bedside. Thank you!
Very useful information and specially Dr Brown used UK guidelines was very useful and interesting
neat, precise and quick review of stroke diagnosis and treatment great explanations
i did like it because it is clear easy to understand .
It is good for a first pass , but to go more in depth it would be very useful to have more pathological images and pointing out the abnormalities or even what the normal structures are , as to familiarize the student with a 360 approach
Very clear data and clinical cases. Dr Strowd explanations are very easy to follow.
I have never had this explained so clearly. Thank you!
the way joseph Albert explains it is somewhat confusing. The second or third video threw me off.
Concise and chronological order appreciated. Fleshes out the details instead of alluding to another video that explains it.
Dr. Sussman is a premier presenter. She is enthusiastic about her specialty. I feel that she's speaking directly to me rather than lecturing to a camera. The information is critically important and up-to-date for both experienced clinicians and those preparing to pass their boards.
I really love the way this professor teach. Lectures are well organized , the voice is clear and the explanations are very precise.
Awesome explanations and powerful visual aids. Clear language and excellent communication
These videos are very clearly and it is all I need to know. I really appreciate them
Greatest teacher every where god blesses you thanks for all your effort
Professor Amy Sussman's course on nephrology in general, and this section in particular, is well-organized, clearly explained and made such a difficult topic easy to understand and a joy to study.
This course has an excellent content and brilliantly explained by a professor Joseph Alpert MD. Many thanks indeed.
Just amazing!!! Dr Raj is great teacher and really cool man!

Concepts are explained concisely and the review questions aid in consolidating the various topics covered
he didn´t specify where the desmosomes are exactly located
Beautiful explanation and lecture! It is a well-described and professional talk.
Very clear and structured lecture! I enjoyed the explanation of the subepithelial deposition on the diagram.
This lecture is very clear and simple. It is informative and well structured and the lecturer articulates well and is not boring at all. It is good because it highlights all the important facts to remember about thyroid cancer without going into too much details.
I do appreciate and respect the hematology lectures a great deal and I’ve learned so much from them. They lectures are successful at presenting the knowledge needed but sometimes due to the fact that I’m still in the process of learning, I would appreciate some extra attention to especially concept material with disease subtypes and so forth.
Dr Alpert is a great, exciting speaker that makes the material come alive!
Dr. Raj!!!! You are my idol!!!! I love everything you, do you run a residency program?
Clear and concise with appropriate images. I learned a lot. Thank you!
It's very concise and clear. Therefore very helpful. The quizzes are quite helpful.
It was nice to have the basic definitions of kidney terminology. Also the lecture was clear and detailed.

love this guy but I'm sure it's just stockholm syndrome
Again, another five star to appreciate Dr Alpert valuable work...
An expert, who knows how to explain and simplify the difficult matters. Five stars!
I cannot give less than five, Stephen! You merit it!
Quick and laser focused. Enjoyed short lectures. Presenter excellent. Very good review.
Very well summarized and complete. I was having trouble to learn with my school’s lectures and with the videos of Lecturio I understood it the first time.
This is the best way of learning; To go over a case, then break down what to look for in the question stem and give reasons why an answer is incorrect. Thank you so much for these rheumatology cases.
Este es mi primer curso y fue de mi agrado, auque talves me huviera fascinado mas aun si fueran unos minutos mas largos o mas ejemplos esplicativos pero la verdad es que no es para nada malo y si me ayuda a estudiar o incluso a motivarme
Lecturio is a best! It gives just the best that is humanly possible.
i loved how they made a very complex topic into something really easy to take with the most important facts, etc.
Very well explained, presented and delivered. I’m not a native speaker and these lessons were easy for me to understand. Thank you very much.
Dr. Strowd has a knack for making neurology sound very manageable. The way he walks us through epilepsy from A to Z makes it simple without belittling or underestimating the student’s ability to comprehend such a complex topic. I just love when doctors are able to simplify things enough for me to grasp while still feeling respected.
Simply the best and most comprehensive headache course you could possibly wish for. Everything you need to know for the exam and for practice.
I found it really helpful for my NP exam on derm. I like the case studies and differentials it really helps to frame it as a rule in rule out problems.
The videos are really helpful and made easy to understand.
I like it very much because it explains in detail . I will recommend it to my fellow medical friends . Thank you Lecturio
Perfect lecture, clear presentation efficient concise knowledge. He has great vocals and phonations .

Outstanding and beautiful good point explanation Easy to understand Main points are outlined
I liked very much this course. it's very helpful for us beginner in this career
nice explain and she explein the topic i a way that is easy to understand
Hello Dr Elliott, Yes this course is very complex and very interesting !!!! Especially pathogenesis part I think very important!!! As all treatment depends on it! Yes ,I do like this COVID 19 course ! I have taken so long to read those sessions as trying to compare from other sources if it had differences. That why is more interesting to study and memorable! I always love to study with differentials! Sorry about that that. As it is a new virus + with various subtypes , I am taking my time to study rather just reading ! I study to gain knowledge and skills not for a certificate Therefore I may take longer time And study all the details . This course is amazing I still think COVID-19 needs to be studied a very profoundly in order to have more effective and efficient treatment for the patients who experience this dangerous COVID-19 disease Especially I think post- COVID recovery’s very important as well. Many thanks for your great talk . Excellent explanation , and content is very informative . Dr .Gulbanu Akimgalievna
Nice overview of the different treatments. Presentation is helpful in learning and remembering.
Very good explanation and a well understood cause; Good graphic content and dictation.

Explained well how to take history for epilepsy to identify the type of seizures
It is fine, like it very much. Very informative and useful
The course was very comprehensive. Dr. Strowd repeatedly emphasizes important points which makes them stick! But most importantly, I FINALLY understand the cross-sectional anatomy of the brain stem!
a good update for a recent pandemic that has negatively affected so many communities
Definitely recommend to everyone, informative and concise, looking forward to more lectures by Dr Sean
It was a joy learning all the common skin conditions, I’m grateful.

Nicely explained the main cardio pathology. Do recommend this topic
It has helped me a lot, I hope I will be able to pass my exams :)
The information was specific and to the point. The power point went with the information presented. It was easy to follow and understand.
Very clear! Super easy to understand and made to not be complicated
This lecture is good because of in depth explanation of the signs and symptoms.
This lecture provides a good, general overview of deciding if a patient is a candidate for surgery. Though brief, it is much better explained than in review books.
This lecture provides a good overview of clinical signs and symptoms.
An Excellent format, concise and informative and entertaining, leaving you wanting more
I like the explanation of the pathogenesis and some clarification between allergic and non-allergic asthma.
Nice summary comparing and contrasting other differential diagnoses and walk-through of a typical case of COVID.
Very clear and precise. Order of chapterd was sometimes confusing(back and forth)
Not bad Not bad Not bad Not bad Not bad

I like listening to this lecturers' videos because they are very interesting, yet they instill information in a very clinical way. Yay!
I am going to watch it it again and again, because I learned a lot from him. He knows how to teach and he used a lot of practical examples to explain his lectures.

1- The accent of the lecturer is not comprehensive, as if he tried to emphasize on his accent. Instead of TALK, he said TOK is a simple example! I’m sure if he went to the USA, they will say:” Please repeat!” I myself understand a little the British accent, but he didn’t talk only for the British students or MDs. I had to look at the subtitles. I have not this problem with others. He didn’t use a case problem like a USMLE question to develop his lecture. He simply read what it was in front of him. If I compare the quality of Respiratory lectures with Rheumatology, for example, I can say that I didn’t learn anything.
If we compare his lectures with others’, we can find that as if there is a text in front of him and he read it simply. With all respect, his accent is not very comprehensive or I am not familiar with it. I have to read the subtitles to understand what he said. Secondly, there is not any exam question type or cases. If he explained the topics through some developing questions, I think it was better.
I wish he did cvs pathology, his approach so gud and integrated
It is helpful and updated And with presences of quiz it condence information.
I love these lectures by Dr Alpert, he delivers the content so clearly and really makes cardiology interesting and fun to learn. I rely a lot on his lectures to compliment our lectures and tie concepts together. I don't know what I would do without them.
Easy to follow without spending too much effort . Can watch videos in your downtime.
Hello I liked your lectures it was very useful for me. I'm going to continue watch another videos also. Thank you for shareing with me that videos. Best Regards Pakhria.

yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy cccccccc ccccccc ccc ccccc cccccccccc cccccccccc cc cc cc cc cc
Good .. but need to improve .like reason of all clinical features,
For me this lecture was very intelligible and interesting to watch, even tough it is not one of by favourite subject. I think the lecturer is charismatic and showed the important points in this subject - not too much detailed but not too superficial as well. I like his other lectures too. Thanks!
I dont know why this is rated poorly. This is excellent and explained well in terms of symptomology and diagnosis.
nice recap and highlight of important points to distinguish the different diseases that share characteristics
I like how the series of videos starts with a case study and the differentials are covered
Excellent speaker! Clear, thorough, and made difficult subjects easier to understand. I really enjoyed her videos.
brilliant introduction to NMJ. I am studying for MRCP exam and this helped me a lot.
Good explanation of the drugs side effects, also very complete
The content is amazing, the videos are short and high yield Things I'd change: 1. Add a refresh of physiology on the different disease explanations 2. Dosing protocols on the treatment videos 3. A more protocolized approach regarding diagnosis and treatment of diseases. For example: Diabetes, how do you diagnose it, how do you treat it (with the most common treatment modalities), special considerations of the treatment (insulin regime choosing and dosing) and lastly what paraclinical aids we can use to confirm or rule out the disease we think and its complications (where applicable: Ej: creatinine in diabetes to rule out kidney failure)
Liked Dr Sussman’s lectures - made it interesting and easy to remember Her passion for what she does comes through her lectures
very difficult topic explained in easy laid out way. Makes the topic very digestable.
I wwould like to have more explanaition and algorithm of treatment
Very good information and I’m learning well knowledge which is helpful for my learning
there is detailed information explained well and there is no any ads
Lots of very good information. I would have been nice to see a few more ECG traces to help out with the understanding
eazy to understand clear ,and not too long . very very very like it

THANK YOU FOR YOUR MNEUMONICS SIR I WILL NEVER FORGET MED SHIP AND 4SKINRASHNIA
Clear and conclusive, include all high-yield information needed for test
so useful and great. Thanks a bunch for your efforts !!!!
Amazing content and explanation. Lecturer has the ability to simplify very complex material which is great for exam preparation.
I have read some of Brunwald's book on Cardiovascular disease and Dubin's book on Rapid Interpretation of EKG's. Dr. Alpert's videos go beyond the usual high yield material similar to the great writers in medical educators mentioned above.
very well explained for the beginner and the advanced learner
AWESOME LECTURES!! LOVE THEM!, BEAUTIFUL AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND SCHEMATIC DESCRRIPTION
a very global and complete series about heart failure lectured by a very good professor
Love it! It helps a lot. Dr Stephen makes it very clear.
Me gustó mucho, mañana tengo una prueba sobre el tema y me ayudó a entenderlo
Very comprehensive and crisp!!! Clinical scenarios can make it more easier to understand!!!
Dr Jeremy Brown is a very good professor, he has a unique way to make you understand airway diseases. Since I am a foreigner i find it hard sometimes to understand him so i have to rewind sometimes. i would recommend this course to any medical student who wants to really understand airway diseases.
Very easily explained, great course content. Review videos are easy to access, in case the questions were not answered correctly.
Short, easy to understand well explained , thank you very much
I love Dr Alpert. He is so neat in his explanations and so kind in his answers. He would be one of the best professors in the earth. Thank you so much Lecturio for bringing him to us!
Very clear and useful! I especially like how she reemphasizes that some people in septic shock are compensated, so we must be careful and look for subtle clues of sepsis and septic shock.
I was struggling between Pauci and Anti Basement(Goodpasture) now my concept is very clear.
Been watching some of the Clinical Neurology playlists to review for my exam and this one has been my favorite so far, maybe so since it is linked to topics I believe am well-versed in according to my current level, such as micro and pharm. Thank You
It's well presented and relatively easy to understand. It has helped me understand various concepts
Logical and thorough explanation of the material. I like that he speak slowly and clearly.
Very well explained.all parts are well covered.way of explanation is very nice.
Concepts are very clearly explained, I'm enjoying learning cardiology with this professor
I like it very much, because it is in very simple, understable, also short topic wise discussion help is to maintaining continuity with study. we don't get bored to topics. Thanks for making such a app like this.
This is awesome. By the time you finish his 30 case based lectures, you would have covered exam topics in cardiology.
Love it, it addressed the 'best next step' questions. Really nice

Hi she was explaining that nephritic syndrome as well as other components of nephrology in a very clearly way and almost serious.
Concept clearly explained. The professor is very thorough in the description of acid base balance.
I really like this instructor. He distills the message into the most important information and makes it easy to remember!
Engaging and helps lock in the information with key phrasing. Great teacher!
it is perfict ,simple and complete. i enjoyed it and found it helpfull.
This is very well done. I love how he works through the differentials and shows exactly how to rule things in and out especially with real vignettes/labs. It's a lot more helpful to show it in terms of symptoms and real labs values.
Dr. Moss is a wonderful lecturer! He cadence and speed is perfect to allow students the ability to grasp information. I learned so much.
This Doctor is fantastic i love her approach of teaching
Like it very much like it very much like it very much
Likes it very much, like it very much, like it very much
Love it,love it,love it,love it love it
Very interactive and funny teachers love them all it’s like very interesting
Good overview of pulmonary vascular disease , i do not know why the rating is low
I would recommend these series of lectures to anyone interested in health care! Dr. Joseph Alpert is a great teacher, I feel very lucky for being able to listen to him.
Clearly presented, without redundant details. It helps a practising physician refresh their knowledge and organize it.
Hi His explanation seems to be very interesting especially about EKG.
this was a very interesting lecture. Very well explained. Thank you.
Dr. Alpert's lectures are excellent! He knows what us, students, need to learn and how to explain everything in an easy and understandable way. I am very grateful for being able to listen to him.
Makes something hard easier. It is a good explanation and the presentation represents the most important points.
Muy buen curso, aprendí demasiado y los elementos para poder diferenciar entre cada glomerulopatia.
An informative covering of cadiac disease with excellent instructor which deserve 5 stars and more.
He is my absolute favorite and has helped me TREMENDOUSLY. His lectures are clear and so insightful.
very simple and practical and easy to apply in your daily practice
Straight forward, clear and easily applicable! Basis of every ECG interpretation.
very good lecturer and high yield info. interesting and learning a lot!
i like but the fomr like the professor express can distract a little
I used this to brush up on ECG reading for our internal medicine rotation and it's really nice! I especially like how Dr. Alpert always made a point to correlate each strip with cardiac anatomy and the orientation of the cardiac leads.
The lectures are very well presented and practical. The case studies are depictions of real clinical interactions that we see on a regular basis. Although I may disagree on some progressions, it's nice that my voice has been acknowledged. With any medical program, there's always going to be a variety of viewpoints and it's important that we are able to recognize all possible interventions. Overall, I do like the Lecturio format. I'm currently taking the entire endocrinology course in preparation for my five day, 40-hour Harvard Medical School course in clinical endocrinology.
I love all the lectures of Dr Fisher. He seems passionate about his speciality and knows a lot! His courses are rich and enjoyable
Loved the teaching method and found really enlightening the approach method of the differencial diagnosis with the pros a cons. The teacher is quite charismatic aswell. Congratulations!
I use Emery’s Elements of Medical Genetics 15th edition as primary study material, which i recommend for anyone to use. I decided to take this course as a supplement and ended up confused and annoyed. Simple learning objectives of this course lectures are harder to understand due to poor explanation and as far as i can tell the professor seems stressed, disoriented and confused herself. Lectures need a rework. Despite that, the articles are pretty good and helpful, PowerPoint slides are useful to an extend.
The content is informative, not every one is able to lecture or teach for that matter, but these doctors do an excellent job. The videos are short and easy to watch which makes it easy to retain the information.
The use of cases really helps and is very memorable. Excellent teaching
The way the teaching was done here was so good. Really memorable, and not overcomplicated
The way the cases are worked through is really good. explaining each differential is something not many people do and works really well
All the important stuff covered without going too in-depth and overcomplicating it.
Really well explained. use of the chest X-rays where we pause and try to work it out is really good
I found this course to be highly relevant to anyone interested in becoming a physician and anyone looking to pass the USMLE. It improves student's understand of the different types of measures that must be followed to improve patient's health. The Lecturers were experts who explained the concept with basic expression and easy to understand videos with clear instructions.
Really well explained. Concise and informative. Cases help with the explanation.
I used to mix up all the details about nephritic and nephrotic syndromes before and this is the first time it all came together and made sense. The lecture is a good mix of pathology review and clinically important info and the aesthetically pleasing slides plus the cases help a lot with memorisation. Thank you!
basically 15min of my life thrown into garbage... I mean even lay people know this info..
Because lecture is nice, I like active teacher and dislike lazy Joseph and all management who give us this important opportunity
Easy to understand, well explained, very high yield. thank you
Vey good, short and simples lecture that touch the important needs we need to know
Expert, composite and complete presentation of the intricacies and treatments of the most common NMJ disorders. I want to learn more!
Nice topic and the speaker is good , he has the potential that all the listener is willing to hear what is he lecturing because his quality of voice and the quality of his teaching is an example of professional.
He could give more clinical examples so we can understand better, instead of being super blunt about the majority of things he says.
Really well explained. informative and detailed whilst also being concise
The way the cases are worked through is really good. everything is explained in detail without being overcomplicated.
The case was explained well and the reasoning for the management explained so it is much more memorable.
Excellent lecture that enables to quickly grasp pathological conditions needed for Med school
Dr. Alpert deserves more recognition for his well prepared presentations. I am still thrilled by his fast responses in the forum too.
good lecture explaining everything about: Anti-HIV Agents: Nucleoside Reverse Transcriptase Inhibitors (NsRTIs) – Antiviral Drugs
Good discussion with picture, it help me to understand.all topic discussion was good.
Very well prepared lections. The explanations are clean and nice without theatrical exaggerations.
Very informative and easy to understand , almost all important lectures are covered
Easy receiving the information and very good introducing subjects. I enjoy studying it
I love how Dr. Verma organizes her videos which have taught me almost all of the essential and fundamental knowledge that I have been trying to obtain via reading many radiology books.
Very general video, I feel a little offended because of the low quality of the description given by the lecturer.
You could always learn something new. I had a blast. Very entertaining, hours of fun.
While watching this lectures I got the concepts way clearer than in my past semester, I like it is simplified, no need to explain the needless details, just what’s precise. I would recommend this course and already have
I am not very fond of Endocrinology and I do not know why, because I am a physician scientist myself. But this Lecturer Dr. Lazarus is very good explaining things.
This is the caliber of teachers that you guys need for all of your courses. She is phenomenal. I’ve been through multiple post grad degrees, lots of schooling, and this professor is one of the best I’ve come across. She conveys the material very professionally and breaks down the topics in a highly understandable manner.
Really well structured and very helpful clinical presentations. I wish more Lecturio courses would be like this
Love the simple step by step approach and clear explanation of everything ECG. I learnt what to look for in an ECG and how to diagnose various abnormalities effectively.
Dr. Alpert is no doubt a great professor and explain things in a very academic way. However, I do not appreciate the misconceptions he has about medical practice abroad. He makes the sophomoric mistake of comparing the absent health system in the US to western Europe efficient and fair health system. On the other hand he implies with old data that Latin American systems are not good.
The lectures of GIT are very short and few, Respiratory and CVS are very good , And Other doctors explain everything more clearly and in detail but GIT Every lecture is about a minute or two And the doctor does not explain almost anything she only reads what is written in the lecture .
He answers the question right away , and explains everything amazingly
Great lecture! I loved how much emphasis Dr. Alpert made on EBM. Much need it!
Best teacher in lecturio , she help me alot , thank you
Very good, resumed and helpful. Thanks a lot for the Nice review
Definitely one of the best speakers I saw in Lecturio! Speaks clearly, concisely, well and the concepts are really the most important ones
Very good I like him a lot , I can understand him very easily
Was very clear and to the point, it is a good summary of most important pre-renal causes for AKI
Thank you, Dr. Your lecture was simple and easy to understand.
This best lecture of ever I here this I follow and feel satisfied with Lecturio thanks for helping me understanding
history lesson helps retention. and his energy keeps the audience engaged.
Everything explained thoroughly , it was very easy to understand , and the lecture was informational
great she is incredible, very articulate has speaks with meaningful words
I like it very much, everything is very well explained. Thank you!
Es clara la materia, esta bien explicada y los esquemas complementan muy bien lo que dice el ponente. Clara y concisa. Si recomendaría esta clase como introducción.
THANKS you, teacher. Those were Great lectures! I'm very happy with this course
it was very very very excellent and easy to understand
My cardiology scores have tremendously improved after watching Dr. Albert's presentations. I am going to start working in cardiology as a Physician Assistant and I feel very confident these presentations have helped prepare well to practice in Cardiology.
The title is quite misleading. I would recommend to split the part with neuroleptic malignant syndrome & atypical drugs for better functionality. However, the content is great
makes the topic way harder to understand even with the easiest topics.
This is an excellent and comprehensive lecture.Thank you Lecturio!
Most of it was good and understandable but towards the end, it became quite confusing to follow along.
Insightful and easy to understand. Easy to listen to. Definitely can recommand it without hesitation.
great lecture! Dr. Holt makes it so simple to understand. I would recommend this lecture for any medical student
Dr. Alpert teaches and explains the material very well. And his post tests questions are thoughtful.
Doctor Alpert teaches clearly and with an enthusiasm that makes learning easy and enjoyable.
I love your lectures, they are fascinating and help me memorize everything better
Hi These chapters contain sufficient nephrologic medical information. I think it’s quite estimable and estimable.
I found the lectures to be. Very helpful and it helped me develop a great attitude towards the ECG I would definitely recommend it to my colleagues I think Dr Joseph Alpert should speak slow ly in some of the sections to allow one grasp the concept
Me parece muy bueno utilizar casos clínicos para explicar la enfermedad, porque de esa forma se integra el conocimiento
because i like it.i like that the video is short at the same time so helpful and valuable .the explanation is so clear .
No words to explain...such a good app. I was mesmerized by seeing topics and the way the professors explain.....
he is the great professor! but he doesnt say all thing
Love this course so much. You make the cardiology much easier to understand. Thanks a lot Dr. Alpert.
These were excellent! Great practical information as well with excellent case examples.
It's very clear, and the videos are just the right amount of time to retain focus. It's a lot easier to study with short videos, through short periods of time at a time and I enjoy this division in several videos very much. The speaker has a clear pronunciation, a good voice pacing and uses appropriate language. He is able to engage our attention.
Love this course very much. Thanks a lot Lecturio. Thanks Dr. Alpert.
The contents are good but the slides don’t move with the explanation, and actually if someone is learning it for first time could be very difficult for them.
Thanks a lot. Great effort Dr. Alpert. All the cardiology lectures are very useful.
i understand it though, you just need to concentrate on what the prof is saying and correlate well with the diagram then youll understand
Really enjoyed working through the clinical vignettes and then walking through the thought process behind the answer choices.
Porque explica muy claramente el tema, mucho mejor que mis profesores. es una clase online muy bien estructurada y grabada recomiendo todos los videos
Excellent lecture and I really enjoy it and it is a useful resource for medical student like me. I have a high probability that I will recommend it to a friend.
Very clear explanation about transudates and exudates. Unfortunatelly, the subtitles in spanish are not very accurate.
Very good lecture and very good translated. (Mi native language is spanish) I didn't like so much the use of acronyms, but lt is a detail. The class has very good explanations and it's crystal clear
Lucid case presentation Excellent distinguishing features well explained with case elucidation
This review was better than an entire course I took at work regarding EKGs. Thank you!
As someone who loves neuro, cardiology is not my strong suite. These lectures have been monumental in my education. Thank you for these great explanations and examples of the heart sounds!
Clear elaboration of dopamine pathways , I understand them better after Dr. Helen's lecture
The topic it's well explained, clear and highly related to previous lectures.
These reviews are very helpful. I appreciate the pictures and description of the bacteria
Good understanding. Great classes, awesome speaker and teacher. Thanks Dr Lazarus
I really appreciate the way Dr Holt structures his courses. The clinical scenario are not only there to help understand the different pathology, but it also give key relevant information to help with the differential.
Being a graduated physician and work with several specialists made me have more appreciation for great lectures and professors. Thank you for converting a difficult but crucial subject to a joyful learning session.
Amazing, live saving; it made Sjorgren so easy and memorable
The tables are extremly helpful in memorizing alot of stuff in less time . Plus professor is excellent in explaining things very precisely and clearly. Hypothalamic disorders seemed never so easy .
The teacher was very precise and meaningful . Tables were really good
The lecture went a little fast for me, but it was OK. The problem I had was that the mobile app would interrupt the lecture with quizzes on the material before the instructor taught it. Is this intentional? I found it very frustrating.
Clear and precise. A difficult topic made simple. I found it helpful
For the first time I think I understand radiology better. The lovely Indian lady has clear English.
Thank you very much for easy and interesting interpretation of difficult topics
Excellent lecture. I particularly liked the remarks on GBS and contraindications.
Excellent overview of the different vaccines with a good visual aid as the schedule.
Dr Raj is amazing! Thank you! I understand the concepts clearly and it's a bonus that Dr Raj's lectures are always so much fun!
the lectures are well illustrated and the lecturer is very audibly clear.
I like her teaching style and the cases she used as examples. The lectures were explicit .
I would like to some elobrated explanation of imaging ultrasound pic
It helps me alot to memorize the things..Thanku so much for such an amazing work ..it was really helpfull for me
This lecture couldn´t be clearer! I understood everything completely even though I'm not even a native english speaker
ery good and didactic lecture. Would expect a little more discussion of pathophysiology
this was clear to understand, while being informative. just wished they went over CXR findings a bit more
great lectures by Dr. Helen Farell, it really helps me a lot
The way of teaching, powerpoint, even the way she talks is amazing. She explained points clearly, and I really love the pattern of beginning at a case first then goes to the topic, it really helps for understanding
She is very clear, but the video of the pathophysiology is very short and is the only video that I do not understand. Thank you Lecturio.
more helpful on my medical activity i'm interesting more on cardiology
Fantastic! I learnt a lot from the course. Will recommend it to others,
detailed and concise presentation. a lot of clinical cases and examples for practice
She is excellent teacher, makes it almost easy to have a overall view of the topic. Really great!
His teaching is comprehensive. Quite thorough. Very good coverage of the topic.
All of her lectures are awesome , she should make more lectures , wonderful teacher
Excellent lecture! Very clear and easy to understand. Explanation easy to follow.
Dr. Sussman is great. She made it feasible, for a beginner like me, to learn the foundations of very complicated diseases. Thank you very much.
Hi It was great because of good questions. I recommend to you to use more video's and animated slide's in your lectures. Thank you
Hi It was a good course but not complete because it has not enough questions in it's quiz. I wish I can watch the complete course. Thank you
gooooood nice very good amazing nice good very well good
I don’t know how you guys do it. Keep it up.
Refreshing my memories about ecg. To the point! I think it's good to watch this before self learning ecg by reading the book, hehe.
I can't rate five stars to all the classes due to the time, eventually I will. Thank you Dr. Virtual hugs from Mexico.
firstly the reasoning was very vague and not explained well with a quick physiology reference secondly hungry bone syndrome described as surgery for hypoparathyroidectomy . Hungry bone syndrome (HBS) refers to the rapid, profound, and prolonged hypocalcaemia associated with hypophosphataemia and hypomagnesaemia, and is exacerbated by suppressed parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels, which follows parathyroidectomy in patients with severe primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) and preoperative high bone turnover.
The lectures were precise and easy to understand. The important points were clearly stated to help one understand with no ambiguity.
Needs some updates, but great. Dr Alpert is amazing. Only thing is cardiology and others (like pulmonology) require constant update, yearly, on treatment, management, and so. But as I said, amazing.
Calm voice, interesting content, good questions and nice pictures! Thank you Dr Amy.
Fantastic lecture Dr. Amy presents the material in a clear and logical sequence
The lectures are very crisp.......1.not explained the classification of AML (fab and who).’’’and translocation’’’’........they are not detailed Hodgkin lymphoma about subtypes and specific findings.......among NHL they left hairycell leukaemia and T cell lymphomas are very very crisp....even anemia’s also ...no case based approach ....leukaemias prognostic factors of cml and AML ‘’’not explained ....no talk on ITP. NO DIFFERENCE B/w HUS AND TTP.....PRESENTATIONS......ABOUT HITT...IN GENERAL SO MANY TOPICS ARE LEFT
I liked the summary, it lacked some key information like what positive and what is negative and why, what is an unipolar and bipolar lead, etc. But it's fine, you'll probably need some basic electrophysiology knowlegde to not get distracted by why things are how they are.
Very good summary of the cardiac action potential, did not get into the little details, but I think that's fine considering this is not meant to be a masterclass on cardiac cell electrophysiology.
Really great lecturer. Have loved all her lectures so far
Lecturio I think lives up to its billing as ‘Medflix’. I really think it’s worth the money. Sometimes I find myself binging. However, I would love to see more animations added to facilitate comprehension and retention.
Nice session for medical students preparing for final year exams
Dr. Sussman is an excellent educator. She is well versed, knowledgeable, and methodical. I have no problems following her lectures and wish she did the entire nephrology series. My learning on nephrology has increased exponentially by listening to her lectures. She has a passion for teaching and wanting listeners to understand the process and concepts, instead of just rote memory.
The presentation was EXCELLENT and straight to the point. Of all the videos I have been busy with, this has been my absolute favourite! Thank you to this great doctor!
The lecturer's way of teaching is bland and his accent is pretty confusing.
classic clinical case regarding the disease- important features were well explained
This has been one of the best lecture series on lecturio. She's already become one of my favourite lecturers on this platform. Everything is well defined, structured and well explained. She'll take the time to delve into physiological mechanisms that are relevant to the topic to help with a better understanding. A high quality course, with an amazing lecturer.
I really aprecciate this video because he explained the treatment and action mechanisim
good and clear lectures, interesting and beneficial. I'd like to have moor videos about nephrology nearly. with ma regard
It helps me a lot to study the topic. Well covered! EXCELLENT!
Videos had very clear, easy to understand explanations. This is the first time I truly understood some topics.
Excellent review of CKD through case clinic and posterior discussion !
nice lecturer - quiet voice and topic covered very well, thanks
Excellent teacher , he is a very good teacher , explains all with perfect detail , i liked the image of a cross section of the bronchi and the mucociliary elevator
I liked the analogy of the gnomes in order to remember what are the causes of acid base disorders.
I think the material is extensive and yet concise. The by the side information very interesting.
Clear voice Excellent expression Excellent representation Pointwise description Evident graphics
Excellent, really like the Acid-Base box method and will definitely incorporate that into my exam technique and eventual future practice!
Well set out, well explained lecture giving high yield information on the subject matter.
Professor Alpert is clear, precise and makes the lessons very interesting, especially when mimicking heart sounds (helps me a lot!!!)
went through almost all the important points in very simple and understandable terms
the topic is very well structured I must say. Great lecturer!
I really appreciate most of the lextures by D Farrell. One thing is surprisingly missing Is : Schizoaffective disorders. The other thing is that i Didn’t hear in detail about « oppositional defiant Disorder » and nothing about« Disruptive mood dysregulation disorder ».
Excellent explanation, I was able to understand the topic thoroughly. Thank you Sir.
Well explained and easy to understand the concept. I'm on the right track and enjoying the course.
very helpful thank u Dr.Joseph Alpert . ..
To be sincere I have got all the answers to my questions in Cardiology.I have received information more than that I hoped for. Thank you.
The approach is wonderful. As expected from Dr. Holt. He is an excellent teacher
I always had trouble understanding dermatology. I tried to solve some questions but that never worked. I thought I will just memorize for the sake of passing but this course totally changed my perception about dermatology. The way he is approached it was excellent and I would highly recommend this course to my friends.
Dr Farrel presents the course perfectly. It’s precise and concise. Every essentials is inside. I would definitely recommend the lecture To my son who is in med school.
I am a new Nursing student and with Lecturio I am learning a lot of new topics and getting a good foundation for my program. Especially in this Covid crisis, Lecturio is God sent. Thank you
The lectures as it is are very good however I wish they are more in detail and drug specific
Professor is very clear, and questions are accurate. I am learning lots of basic stuff about antibiotics
Como puedo saber cuando fué la fecha de publicacion del video ? tenía esa duda
Loved it . High yield and to the point the lecturer was very clear and the quiz at the end of the lectures were very helpful
I think I could go deeper into the treatment since it is mentioned superficially.
me encantó la exposición super puntual con los datos, entendible!
It was very helpful for my Cardiac Diseases exam. Thank you
Good lecture. Well explained and with good illustration without much of text info in slides
Very nice presentation and lectures. Well planned. The way the lectures were introduced and follow a structured pattern based on differential diagnosis is really impressive.
Perfectly done thanks . Well explained concept . Thanks for taking time to teach and explain
Thought I wouldn't like it, but think Helen is a very good psychiatrist
Thank you. Basic that were never taught to us is very clear now.
This rating is not just for this specific lecture but for the ECG series. The lecturer is very passionate, he's an inspiration, a library as we would say in Africa culture. I would recommend to any medical student
Well explained and easier to understand. Wishing I had it earlier before my exams.
Very lovely introduction, really like the analogy for reading ECG and and art - as a pattern recognition! Also reiterated bullet points, very comprehensive to start with! Thanks c:
Dear Pravin Shukle, Thank you and thanks to Lecturio. I am writting from Turkey. Accorrding to the sistem here after 6years of medical school training we take an exam(TUS) in order to be able to continue specialization in diferent branch of medicine. Most of the questions in that exam were about points you emphasized on your lecture.
I really liked the case based approach, as well as the process of considering different differential diagnosis.
thank you for this lecture , so helpful! Enjoyed it all and looking to attend more
I understand many things with this video class, the difference between asma and COPD, the diagnosis and treatment, etc. It was nice.
Really like this professor. Talks very clearly, so (because this is all repetition for me), I can watch at 1.5 times speed. Questions are generally very clear and I love the suggestions of when to pause the videos for having a better look at the pictures.
Thanks for the lecture, but I have a question regarding gram + bacterias, isn't Neisseria Gonorrhea the flora that causes gonorrhea ? to my knowledge it's a diplococcus and it's gram-negative, does it means that penicillins are also like similar in action just like cephalosporins especially the third generational ones?
very lively. I love the method of explanation, never get bored of watching interesting and well educative materials like this, thanks to the tutors here and the whole Lecturio team.
Thanks to Prof. Albert. He patiently took his time to discuss the topic in such a way that, the learner gets to understand all what the topic entails.
ME GUSTÓ COMO EXPLICA EL TEMA, SIN EMBARGO ME HUBIERA AYUDADO SI AGREGARA MAS INFO Y DETALLES SOBRE ESTE TEMA , COMO FISIOPATOLOGIA .
Learning things effortlessly. Nicely designed and easy to use. Very happy with the information provided
I am an RN student, 2nd semester. This lecture is very informative. I like when it describing the opportunistic infection, the lecture provides info from the type of illness, s/s, type of diagnostic tests, and treatments.
Este curso ha sido de los mejores, creo que la Dra. tiene un amplio conocimiento del tema y lo explica de manera que es muy fácil entender
he is reading his lecture and has long pauses which make it difficult to maintain attention
This lecture help me a lot !! Very important information in this course
Excellent explanation, AKI is made very easy and at same time being very informative. Thank you very much Ma'am
Such a good teacher. He makes difficult things easy. Wonderful teacher.
Great lectures on these very interesting diseases. Very well structured.
simple to understand - better than the Indian textbook The Only EKG Book.
Dr. Alpert is an amazing teacher. The lectures are very well structured and he explains all concepts so clearly.
Really clear and systematic way of presenting information, I appreciate it alot
i like that when straight to the clinical, would be good add a little about oral tx, like pharmacochinetics and dinamics
Learning with Lecturio is very easy for me because it is simplified, organized and medically relevant. Thumbs up.
It is a good way to learn about Acid-base balance
The course is very clear and it make easier the study
I think it's very clear and precise. Also the lecture is very organized so you can remember everything that´s on the tables.
It was very very good......and just awesome Videos are short and precise and clinical scenario oriented
An excellent lectures Will organize I highly recommend to others ,I recommend other to take this course
The clinical vignettes are thorough and very high yield. The content is what we have all come to expect of Lecturio: Concise, detailed, and forces critical thinking about the pathophysiology of the disease, clinical presentation, and treatment.
Its just so awesome that im able to take this class from a Professor like you. Im from Argentina, and i have been waiting so much for a platform like Lecturio, im in love whit this page, i considere it a privilege, and whit the quality of information whit every single class
I really like your classes Dr Joseph, they are really specific and useful
I think these lectures need to be presented in better way, other lectures are much better. Thank u anyway
This is completely inadequate for the questions posed. The first question gives "you observed red gnomes outside the box on the left for both pH and HCO3" and asks for the condition. Verbatim from the lecture ‘’Respiratory alkalosis’’. Why? Cos there are two gnomes on one side." Yet the answer is metabolic acidosis.
It was vvvv nice thanks Nicely explained and easy to recall
This lecture is a very good one and its contents are precise. I will definitely recommend this lecture to anyone.
The cases are simple, maybe not really challenging. We could have a case that would be harder to think about. Short videos are good.
I always had problems understanding this topic and I always got confused, especially with the last big summarizing diagram. However, this whole lecture helped me to get through it, therefore I can not be thankful enough.
Visually rich and easy to understand. Dr. Holt's lectures keep one engaged by staying on the most relevant points and the narration style is very charismatic. Also, it is nice to have references to clinical scenarios and patients.
Great overview of common cardiac issues and treatments, positive learning experience!
Excellent. Ultra professional and specific items to learn and understand the patologies.
Very comprehensive material And the doctor Michael is amazing Thank you
Excellent teaching communicating principles and important details at perfect pace.
Thank you for mimicking heart sounds and related underlying disease process.
Awesome Lectures Dr. Alpert. Speed of talk and articulations excellent. Thank you!
Dr. Alpert explains very clearly and succinctly. Very efficient educator. Thank you choosing him as lecturer for Lecturio!
Quick n essentials...thanx alot...????????see u in other lectures ....it is very nice that you back bone with firstaid
Very clear explanation ‘bite size pieces’ pace of presentation correct
The explanations are very clear and followed step-by-step. Also there are a lot of cases and until the end of the lecture you see enough of the same pathology to have an idea. Love it!
Todo muy preciso, deja en claro los tipos, fue una muy buena introducción
I choose to rate this because of the information is very informative, simple and understandable, not bombarded with too much information and the videos are short
I understand ECG from different point of view and It is very good especially it is included question after topic. Lecturer explain topic very deeply, I am really satisfy this. I wanna be premium membership as soon as possible. I want to just more question.
Ur lectures r amazing. I liked it very much. I watched the ECG (5 free videos) and really much enjoyed it and now trying to see GIT related free videos
radiography is a complimentary part in the diagnostic field of many clinical pathology this means that beside vigorous clinical examination corrsponding to a high clinical skill standard, the presence of appropriate radiograph, MRI, CT scan.... are necessary
Straightforward and covers all bases without reading off the slides too much.
I like Dr. Helens lectures! Seems that’s she knows her specialty wonderfully and she explains everything very clearly.
Very good lectures and Would be more great with more examples
All rheumatology lectures are good and the pint,The way of presentation and information are great
All Rhumatology lectures are amazing, and to the point. The way he present, the information, all great.
It is really amazing lectures and to the point. Until now I listen to part of GI , nephrology, endo, psychiatry and obs gyn, and this one is the best
The way to was presented made It very simple and very easy to understand
excellent, informative & illustrative videos and quizzes whishing for more and more in other topics of cardiovascular medicine. thank you
The best approach to explain things with clinical cases. Thank you very much
Best class in protein synthesis inhibitors I have ever watched. Thank you!
Very well Explained, Very good faculty. All the required stuff in the lecture.
wonderful, thank you Doc I spent quality time during these lessons
I loved this class. The teacher explain easy each pathology, these examples were helpful.
Excellent explanation from Dr. Joseph Alpert! Easy to understand now the ECG work and what are the main characteristics to pay attention to.
need another resource for this topic as these lectures have confused me more
if the professor says she gets it confused when lecturing she should not be teaching it.
I gave this rating due to the fact that the lecturer reads from the slides and often gets sidetracked from actually explaining the material. This gives the impression that there is a very poor understanding of the material being taught as it simply does not flow naturally. The slides are somewhat descriptive and that makes this series passable.
this is the way exams and real patients occur and easy to understand how to apply the knowledge in real life and exams I recommend more of symptoms in other departments too like pediatrics gynecology and surgery
Prof. Alpert always manages to explain the subject in such a clear and simple way, it becomes easy to get and makes you remember everything in an orderly fashion.
Mr. Pickering is a highly professional lecturer. He explains complex definitions quite simply and understandably. It is a great pleasure for me to receive this knowledge from Mr. Pickering
It's simple really, his presentation, explanation, articulation, etc. of the material makes the ECG very clear and comprehendible. I can't wait to become a cardiologist one day and be able to understand this thoroughly.
Dr. Jung is an awesome lecturer! Very clear and I really appreciate the fact that she doesn't just read slides but makes an effort an effort to explain the material!
1). All the topics are useful for evaluate chest imaging step by step with good presentation. 2) Quiz is not difficult ,but just remind what we have learned from the presentation.. 3) Speaker is clearly explained in voice and speed of presentation.
I have greatly enjoyed watching Dr. Shukle’s lectures. They are short but with tons of info that makes the subject so much easier to understand. It cleared up so many things for me. Thank you Dr. Shukle!
Covered the topics most frequently asked in exam along with basics in the most simplest way. Thank you..
Very clearly defines terms with great clinical examples (delusion, hallucination, illusion). I feel like most people talk about these terms and assume most people can tell the difference even though they are very similar. It was nice to sit down and actually learn the major differences.
Thank you! a great preview into a subject that we didn't get to cover well in class.
I really liked this lecture a lot and I wanted to say it because of a rude coment that I saw on the comment section
It is new kind of topic presentation and very organized explanation, so I strongly recommended for other students
I have really learned alot from lecture unfortunately due to shortage of time i could'nt complete bt thank you so much
:) a short but all the essentials...that was what we needed....way to go
The Lecturer presents something and goes suddenly into branches and details like the student should know everything, If that was the case, I wouldn't pay for Lecturio. The Lecturer is good and he is knowledgable as it seems, but he isn't really giving me the chance to greatly learn, its just like a normal YouTube video. I paid for Lecturio to hear someone who is more organized, and takes up a notch everytime, like so many good PhDs in Pathology for example, I felt this wasn't an organized lecture at all, but rather throwing bunch of information to the student like bullets.
before I read the book but didn't get the concept. This lecture gave me the understanding of this high yield topic.
I liked this section; however, it could be strengthened by adding more dermatological content.
Most important aspect of Joseph's sir lecture is wide coverage
This conference is Clear and concise, the information is really useful
Went over the coagulation in very simple way. The only thing is you need to see it more than once to remember the cascade
Lectures are short and awesome so I like it very much.
very in depth, clearly knows his material, displayed in logical fashion
As always, very helpful. Great examples. Enhanced my understanding on the topic without information inundation.
I had already studied this topic and I realised that the content is good enough to confront an exam. This kind of videos can’t replace the knowledge learned by a scientific article, but the simpleness of this videos plus the quality of the content is good enough for a M.D
I don't know where you've been all my life. It's incredible all your class, masterly, until I saw this course I understood a lot of things. I'm very grateful for that. And It's such a honor to recive a course from a doctor from Harvard.
NICELY PUT A BIT OF DIAGRAMS WOULD HAVE ADDED MORE VALUE
The valve course was very helpful. Concise but still very thorough in covering pathology, clinical presentations, and treatment courses. Great presentation, Dr. Alpert!
It could have been a little bit more in depth. Otherwise it is good for understanding the very basic things.
very good. Amazing. very clear explanation for a subject hard in medicine. Very good professor
I think these videos are good enough for us to learn.
Great informative lectures. Everything is well structured. Thank you very much!
Useful for all medical students from novices just starting to learn how to interpret ECGs to final year students in most rotations (e.g. ER). Dr. Alpert is a great instructor, one of my favourite on Lecturio. Once again, Lecturio provides a high quality course that I consider more useful than the classes I got in actual medical school. I would also enjoy a second, more advanced course on ECG interpretation. It could cover emergent care ECG findings (e.g. should you call the cath lab, should you start heparin, should you give x or y drug, etc.), ECG findings from chronic or acute pulmonary diseases (e.g. cor pulmonale, PE, etc.) and less common findings (e.g. ST elevation from Brugada Syndrome). The more vignettes and ECGs to interpret, the better it would be! Thank you.
mixed information, make me lost.i need to read another reference to understand this confusion
Thank you Doc. You help a lot to understand and take pleasure in infections diseases. Greetings from Colombia.
lack of information, very general information not deep to close to usmle step2
This course is very interesting and helping! Thank you very much!
La explicación fue muy fácil de entender. Me a aclarado as dudas que tenía.
Dr. Alpert is one of my top favorite professors on here. He’s enthusiastic without being too much and simplifies EKG reading in an easy to digest way (specifically, he helped me tremendously with axises).
Thank you very much Very useful. Easy to understand and learn.
Excellent! This is great. I love you dr Josep Alpert, lol
I like how the lecturer teaches. He makes it easy to understand the structure of the heart and lesions The images show very clearly the problems he describes in his lectures.
Informative, well explained and easy to understand Lecturio is simply the best!
number 1 best doc i can give him 5 star so easy like it very much
?wesome lectures, everything I need to prepare for the exams and use in my clinical practice!
I recomend this lecture to medical students on their early career.
Thank you for the class was interesting and easy to understand
very clear, thanks.i t is easy to understand with this kind of lectures
Considero que estuvo muy bien, abarco los conceptos básicos de manera sencilla, gracias Dr. Saludos desde México. I think it was very good, I cover the basics in a simple way, thanks Dr. Greetings from Mexico.
I like the presenter's style of explaining ; both clear and to the point
Todo estuvo genial todo excelente y muy bien explicado..felicidadesojala tuvieran las presentaciones en español...yo lo recomendaría a todos mis compañeros
Very well expressed, details are perfect for what we need to know. Explanation regarding why we see what we see is excellent.
it was okay better videos else where on you tube
muchas gracias, se entendió muy bien todo es claro y práctico y comprensible.
Great explanations and easy to understand and follow lectures. It has been a pleasure to learn from this teacher.
Excellent presentation, He made it clear which is the cornerstone of management, advantages and disadvantages of management. Greetings from Mexico
Easy to follow videos. Interesting examples and informative explanations. Thanks!
The Best Antimicrobial Pharmacology ever seen. IT is explained so well. I love IT.
The teacher is a highly experienced doctor and the way he correlates the lecture with his clinical knowledge is amazing.
Excellent ! I finally understand the topic after forgetting it many times ! Much better than First Aid !
Dr. Alpert's videos really helped me with my studies. The explanations were clear and easy to follow. Thanks.
revising and new insights to old subject for an old timer like myself from a developing country like Papua New Guinea in the Pacific Thanks a lot A. Kulunga
All high-yield facts are listed in the summary. Help me condensing my thoughts.
John Fisher es uno de los mejores expositores en la plataforma. Felicidades!!! Solo me hubiera gustado escuchar un poco mas respecto a la endocarditis por S. Viridans
disappointing, shallow, read off, almost not talking about the treatment
Dr. Alpert is a very good presenter, but a little rushed and stiff, clearly not a medium he is comfortable with. Again, look for higher production value, I can get talking head slide shows from my school. Think 2D or 3D animation. This is great for the heart because it moves it does things. I have Netter, use it all the time. Show me tha SA-AV conduction path in 2D rotations, static and while the heart is beating. Make the POV an RBC and ride the currents through the heart, the lungs. Also, great for the congenital malformations. Show me a tet heart in motion, with flow lines , then show me that on U/S or ECG. And show me a patient with the condition. Step 2 isn't about the science factoids, it is about the clinical art, that means patients.
the lecture was very thorough explained in detail understood the lecture and saved me a lot of time
Il like of cos its tome efficent I think improvement I suggest more lectures in type or numbers to do better
The lectures provide the required information in suitable portions with good explanations. I can always pause the presentations to look deeper into selected aspects. The quizzes supplement the lectures nicely as do the articles.
Amazing vocal representation of heart murmur sound! Thoroughly impressed. Easy to pay attention to voice. One of my favourite lecturers!
Many time i do not understand the pathology of heart failure, especially on compensatory mechanisms
The course is really good if you have the basics or a review.
Amazing course. It really makes you understand acid-base balance.
Gives you the basis and covers the necessary topics for a good understanding .
This was a good lecture- high yield, well explained & well structured
Its a really nice summary of what do any doctor needs to know to be prepare in the mission of infront the pathology
Well done introduction to chest radiography. basic positions advantages were well covered.
Excellent lecture. Clear explanation moves step by step with many examples.
This particular class video is not very helpful at all. I feel like genomic imprinting can be explained more efficiently and more clearly than what is portrayed in the video.
Really solid course taking you through the basics of acid base balance and disturbances as well as a great method for figuring out clinical cases with ease. Bravo Dr Wilson for this fantastic set of lectures
I really liked that it gives you the information you need and the way the lecturer explains is very clear and easy way.
thank you so mush it was helpful thank you so mush it was helpful
thank you so mush it was helpful .thank you so mush it was helpful
I Like the way he explained this subjet, to the point, short and sweet
Nicely explained. The Prof. Has exceptional abilities to explain complex concepts
very good and excellent lecture.i like it.very good presentation
This video provides a wonderful breakdown of the pros and cons of different treatment options, I especially enjoyed the explanation of different types of benzos. Thank you!
Clean and clear. Simple explanations. He knows the subject for sure.
Very first time that I have understood completely acid base balance/ pathology. Beautifully explained!
The explanations went direct to the point. Yes, I woul recpmment this lecture.
Dr Jeremy make it very simple and very clear for the students.
I really like it, was the perfect words and way to use them
The mechanism just summarises all the information into one picture
Super specific and clare. Loved it! She explains every detail on the images
Good lecture. dont understand why someone gave it only a one
I'm still not done, yet, very clear and easy to digest I'm liking it!
clear logical excellent use of visual and examples to embed the information about types of compensatory mechanisms
Focuses on the highlights and omits the extraneous details. Felt as though this has helped me master HIV a bit better
Good delivery of content. Lecture incorporated latest definitions of Sepsis and Septic shock
totally misleading in explaining the classification of different types of cardiomyopathies .
good lecture, helped to refresh my knowledge.thank you very much
superb mini lecture excellent organization clear and articulate stressed the importance of H and N
Excellent lecture easy to learning ability . I would recommend this to all of Men that are sexually active .
This lecture was very helpful, thank you so much. Great work
This was an excellent video! It was easy to understand and the professor did not overcomplicate what he was teaching.
It is a pleasure listening to such an experienced and passionate professor. Thank you! I just wish there was also a part talking about non-bacterial pathogens causing gastroenteritis (viral and parasitic in particular). Thanks again.
nice course, almost complete and informative. Liked the practice and case studies very much. they make you better put things in a context. i would love to have more of them. Plus, would love to help out in finding a mnemonic and strategies memorizing relevant characteristics and specifications to drugs
Never Understood this concept so easily until Dr. Wilson explained it on this forum.
Never understood this much better than today! Thanks a lot for for doing this.
Clear points and much easier while they are summing up the mail idea of the lecture
The presentation was well organized and the different visual representations helped me in understanding what Dr. Hetal meant.
Excelente introducción. Deja muy claro que es un trastorno afectivo bipolar. Felicitaciones
She is speak very good. I like this lecture very much.
Very vividly described the sounds of murmurs, which helping me remember it in an interesting way, love it :-)
Very easy, straight up to the point and very helpful
.....one two you three hour five by siix seven eight nine. Ten
enjoyed the lecture, I would love one on the legalities of pharm and the laws for prescribing
God bless u Sir .. you are a great teacher..........refklj bhacskvFX,N CXKBLAV;Wdls C
This actually was an amazing lecture. Made me understand a lot of issues around Gentamycin.
He is a great teacher made cardiac arrhythmias so easy! As a nursing student, i did not realize how important it was to have an in-depth understanding of human anatomy including the heart.
Its a pretty usefull tool to learn about nHL if you don´t remember a thing about it. Solid and only the essential aspects.
Genetics generally is a very confusing part, I think she made it quite interesting and I grabbed a whole lot
Very nice lectures! Focuses on the need-to-know things that have clinical relevance.
Excellent description of psychotic disorders that is very clearly explained .
He is a good educator.voice is so clear and not too fast or too slow.Best wishes sir.
Excelente muchas gracias me gusto pude encontrar lo que buscaba.
It is a simplified and organized lecture, I will definitely recommend it to my group mates.
Thank you very much This time I really understand some of the cardiac diseases I loved the way you explained the ecg Almost all are perfect I don't know how to appreciate
Dr. Wilson, you are my hero, you made this concept of acid base balance so easy for the first time in my life. Thank you so much!!
Dear Hetal Verma, Thanks for presenting good lecture I like it very much
Brilliant lectures, really helped to consolidate my learning. The associated test questions are a pain in the ass though, please supply a reference range with the question... we use different ranges (units) over this side of the pond :0)
There were some points in the lecture were the lecture was in audible. I read along and there were just dots in the space that i didn't understand what was being said. Over all it was very helpful
I recomiendes these vídeos because de review is wonderfull the radiologic anatomy is easy whit this method
I really like this lecture, was to the point and i think PLAB oriented as well. all major topics where covered
It explains the most important aspects of acid-base disorders and gives good examples for us to understand the concepts. I personally liked his explanations very much.
All lectures are brief and to the point . The lecturer uses examples to help reinforce important points about the drugs. He uses humour to keep the lecture interesting and engaging. I would recommend this to everyone as their go -to pharmacology tutorial course.
Its hard to pay attention on her lectures because she always pauses to read her notes.
I loved this course by Dr. Alpert. Very clear, I finally understand most cardio diseases. I agree also with most other collegues stating that perhaps would be useful to have responses to questions.
Doctor Farrell did an exceptional job presenting the material in detail and is sincere about her teaching role. Outstanding!
I was able to understand the topic well. Plus questions are provided to evaluate my learning. It was very good.
its clear, its quick for do the explanation, and i recommend it
Very clear concise and professional. I like this brand of teaching.
Really great lecture, but the speed is bit hard to keep up with. Found myself pausing a lot, however the quality was excellent
La información de la conferencia es muy practica y concisa , me revela nuevas cosas e inclusive me motiva a seguir investigando mas de fondo el tema. Gracias por su gran aporte Dr. John Fisher.
the acid base balance section was great. clear, precise and the acid base box just made it all click. Fantastic!
I don't need Lecturio. I only need Dr Jung's brain to thrive on the test.
The way of teaching is boring and I felt I got lost with him
Explained everything in simple terms and I finally understand based on previous lectures and this one why we would use such drugs and when. Maybe more details into the mechanism (extra lecture) on such medications. I wished there were explanations on the questions. I'm not quite sure why aspirin would not be used if it could treat coagulating factors.
Love it, complete, simple and reliable. Very competent teacher and nice slides
Just want to say that this lecturer is gold. He speaks clearly, does not refer to items not present on the slide (thus confusing the learner), and excellent at teaching. Really enjoying all your lectures Dr. Shukle.
I find the instruction and examples beneficial. Dr. Alpert is clear and does not complicate a difficult subject.
He is a super brilliant Professor, Ich empfehle jeden Arzt und medizine-studenten zu sehen
Dr. Brown’s presentations are clear, cincise, and memorable. I am usually a critical reviewer. I’m also an online learning junkie, and Dr. Brown is one of the best. I respect all of my med school professors, but I am proud to say that I learned about lung cancer from Dr. Jeremy Brown.
Dr. Shukle has a great tone and lays emphasis on what's considered high yield for exam. I like examination oriented lecturers who constantly open your eyes to those things that are frequently tested.
great lecturer with an incredible pitch and clarity but this subject rather fees boring and i tend to get the post lecture quizzes wrong but its all good. I need to read elsewhere but all the same keep up the good work.
I really like it, but sadly it is not enough for my exam. (Semmelweis University, Hungary, Europe)
Short, succinct and straight to the point. The high yield stuff. The need to know. Saved me countless hours of mind numbing reading, most of which I'd probably forget anyway! Love it.
I like it because it is short and sharp and more focused . Also it is more easy to understand.
Dr Brown delivers the content in a very effective way, easy to remember and also the information is up to date in accordance with recent Guidelines...
I think he explains the topic in a very detailed and helpful way.
Cool. Great examples, Should have showed how the equilibrium of the equation changes once there's acid base disturbance, and how does the compensation is predicted. For me it's much easier than the graphs.
The lectures are very useful and valuable. The explanation is very clear.
Please let's know current treatment. As per guidelines which is better. Any trial which one to fallow. We need more good pathophysiology
In my opinion, she's talking a bit too slow and sounds unnatural as though she's reading a textbook. Still, the lecture is ok.
It has the basic information taught in school. And it's focused on what's necessary for the USMLE. I suppose I wish there were more in-depth information for many of the diseases, or very recent advancements. However, this would be out of focus of the purpose of Lecturio
VERY GOOD LECTURE AD SDFG DFRD SDESSA SEDSF DFD SDFFG
Really easy to understand it with lecturio And easy system thank you
An excellent teacher. Learnt more from this lecture than any other.
Good content, I like this course, but this particular class could be a bit clearer
He is reading the lecture and not elaborating much. Makes pauses that makes me sleepy and he is does not make it exiting to learn.
very concise and thorough explanations, good diagrams and charts. Thank you Thank you!!!
Nice presentation. Easy to understand. Dr Verma is a superb presentor.
wonderful presentations with lot of informations that will every doctors
It was extremely good. I understand it very easily and it will very helpful to me
I studied the lectures for NBME Microbiology as a supplement to the other material. It was very helpful and I strongly recommend these lectures by Dr. Shukle.
Dr Alpert is very wise and knows how to teach with his vast experience. I'm very visual and all of the lectures in Lecturio are like that. I use Lecturio for a fast review and gives me the confidence to answer questions to my professors and shine like a star. It is amazing how much you can learn in a little time. Dr Alpert shows a lot of pictures and graphs to enhance your knowledge and confidence. Excellent job Dr Alpert!
I feel there was too much superfluous info that made the series longer than it could have been. Otherwise quite okay
conceptual... awesome...appreciated...i liked it very much...my concepts are cleared..thanks
I never would've thought such a complex respiratory concept would be simplified by a bunch of colored garden gnomes. Thanks Dr. Wilson!
Dr. Fisher is very thorough in explaining certain details but also very direct to point out important information.
It is well presented and informative. I like that it is concise and emphasizes on what we really need to know.
I really like the way she explains the subject so calm with many clinical examples. I definitely recommend it.
A very good course, quite thorough! Since this course is also recommended for MBBS students (typically a British degree), it may be worth including some of the NICE guidelines when it comes to treatment as that is what our med school exams are based on. Additionally, the questions in this course aren't very challenging and honestly a little weak - not really at exam level more like a "let's check if you listening quiz". Overall, a very helpful review though.
I watched most of the STD lectures. They are well explained and I really appreciate that. THANK YOU
Lecturio is a great supplement to other educational resources. The videos are high quality. Dr. Alpert does a great job presenting the information (nice pace, speaks well), the videos are accessible from anywhere, & I would recommend them as a great supplemental medical source. I'm actually a pharmacist who was looking to get a more detailed medical picture on disease states & therapeutic management. I'm lucky to have stumbled on to Lecturio. It allows me to see the whole picture the way an M.D. looks at it and it's easier to retain information when you see it vs. reading it. Highly recommend it for all healthcare professionals.
The lectures are clearly and usefully,if there's more details,it will be better.
Lecturio is one of the BEST online medical education website providing authentic resources for a FULL spectrum of medical specialties. The lecturers at Lecturo have full command on their subjects and make it very easy to understand even the difficult and complicated issues. Dr. Maqsood Ali MBBS, MRCGP, DTCD, FCCP
Thank you for the lecture. very good and helpful. I recommend it.
The lectures are interesting. I enjoyed listening to them. They are comprehensive and straightforward.
This guy is just a great teacher, everything he explains is clear!
it's amazing the example with the gnoms thank you !! easy to learn
All her lectures are superb. The presentation methodology is excellent. It is clear, focused and very professional. I wish to continuously listen to the lectures. In nutshell the lectures are fabulous.
The presentation was superb. It was clear, to the point and professional. I loved it and would definitely share with my friends...
I learn more from what I see than what i read. I will recommend this to my colleagues.
the test sometimes is not related to the presented lecture
Need area of study in ref to Family a nurse a Practitioner for state exam
Honestly, it is a godsend. The videos are clear, concise and fun! Dr. Raj is passionate and amazing! Also I watched many others videoes and all are fantastic! I wish I got to know about this earlier, it would have helped me immensely. It has lectures from MCAT to USMLE 2 so all the courses are covered, never again I'll be stuck with not understanding and never again will reading the book become so time-consuming. The bookmatching aplication that it has is genius and also just makes my life much easier. I am using this program for my PANCE and it facilitates my learning to be more effective! Thank you all so much for putting this together! Highly recommended.
very good lecture from experienced cardiologist. Simple explanation and easy to understand
Could really include some of the image diagnoses, seeing as you talk about them. Other than that good lecture.
The breakdown of the material is well explained in simple terms.
Can you please consider including the doses and half life's of *all* the drugs
It's too advanced, for beginners. This is the only video that matches Robbins and Cotrans for hemostasis, but you just added new videos today.
Not quite advanced enough for MDs. Nor is it in-depth enough.
Dr Vega it's easy to follow really like the way he points out some important aspect but I find it so little I want more thank you.I definitely recommend it.
very good slides and explanations! Nice voice to listen to
I really could understand this lecture easily. Even the mid time of lecture gives questions are more helpful for interacting with it.
Great Job, I really enjoyed the lectures! very easy to follow!
1. Dr Verma is very knowledgeable, professional and desses very well. 2. Her presentations are very ilustrative, concise, substantial and in clear American English. 3. Very easy to understand, you don’t get bored and want to learn more. 4. Every lecture has quizzes that help you to reinforce your knowledge and will help you remember all the lecture for a long time. 5. I learned so much in so little time! Thank you so much Lecturio and Dr Verma!
Really like the way Dr Alpert explains everything with a lot example and concept to apply in the real life.
Radiology has never been so easy to understand!!!! thank you very much
The lectures cover all aspects of each specific disease in a well-organized fashion. Concise and clear explanations .Understandable English language.Excellent lectures for basic and clinical correlations. Most of the questions are clinical vignettes which are informative too.No distractions that is no loss of concentration through the lecture.Although The big picture with comparison between the different diseases worth a separate lecture.
I love to watch her lectures. She is so great. Her voice, her syle are so professional. I recommend this course to all Med students!
The lecture in a very clear way explains the crucial mechanisms of Hypertension and helps to understand and remember forever these complex mechanisms
Actually at the beginning,it was very hard for me to follow Dr. Raj and it was very distracting, but now I find pathology lectures as the highest yield ones.I should stay alert during the lecture otherwise I'd listen to it again and again to digest the amazing connections among various pathologies.
ECGs are still ambiguous. there should atleast be a pointer on the screen to indicate what and where he is talking about. I am lost in his coordinates. Its like teaching map skills without a map legend
Good explanation of topic and therapy and management. Understandable information of drugs used.
The videos are short which fit into my busy schedule and they provide rich content which is focused on high yield information. This information is necessary to not only do well on exams but to be successful in the profession!
The use of the acid-base box made this topic so easy Thanks
Wow, this is so informative! I never expected to learn the relevance and all the info presented in an engaging and comprehensive manner. I only wish that the interface for taking notes could be made a bit more accessible though to learners. Other than that, I enjoyed the lecture very much.
Great explanation great job thank you so much for your efforts
amazing review, clear concise and informative, better than any lecture ive sat in
The steps for diagnosis and reason behind it are well explained, thank you. I will definitely recommend my other friends to have a look.
Finally understood the anion gap!! Thank you! The chart with the green red and blue midgets I found very funny and creative and even if I took this course several months ago, I still remember perfectly the chart because of them!
Well presented, systematic, clear and concise. I would recommend it to others
hello Lecturio Im from Philippines Im so happy that I came to find this very knowledgeable site where I can learn sruffs related to my course which is Pharmacy.
I like it very much because the teacher described clearly and easily to understand. this lecture is actually good for everyone who wanna learn about the basic ECG of dysrhythmia which used to be hard to understand for me but now...????????????????
Clear explanation. Made easy to remember. I would recommend to who ever would like to learn medicine.
On the slide about respiratory compensation for metabolic acidosis, the compensation slope with decrease Pco2 level has a PCO2 value of 60 which should be 20. Becauase in respiratory Compensation for MA PCO2 slightly decreases That is just a typo, but can been confusing The lecture itself is very good
like it very much thank you Pravin Shukle for this course
Really thorough lectures. Helpful pathophysiology and lots of helpful pictures. I wish every other lecture from other speakers could be like this! Thanks!
I loved the lecture so much! But sir, isn't there something called as fifth generation cephalosporins? And please please pleaaaase add more questions to each chapter. Only 3 questions per chapter is not enough. Please consider this sir.
Very clear and concise material!!! easy to understand and remember with great association with the clinical part.Really helpful for everyone who didn't want to waste their time with boring teacher in the classroom.
who doesn't love a great british accent?! I wish everyone had a british accent. Also very knowledgable. Thanks so much for your contribution as well as all of the other contributors. I am thoroughly pleased.
I loved the whole course! I finally could understand a topic that is so frustrating for me to understand and also remember in time! Dr Tad is an awesome lecturer! I lo ve the way he explains everything
The thing that would make it GREAT (versus just very good) would be using effects on the PowerPoint or video to outline things on the imaging. It's done a FEW times, but mainly just has a circle around an area or mouse hovering which works okay, but there's multiple times where even if there's a circle around it, I literally have no idea what I'm supposed to be recognizing. I can't make it out at all, even if replaying and pausing and staring. It would greatly accelerate things, in my opinion (and doable bc it's done a few times...either outlining or highlighting)
very awsome presentationwith alot of anatomy and explanation. need to sit in a classroom. very awsomepresentarionof Thoraxic Radiology.
Especially as an intro course this was excellent. Dr Verma has a great tonality to her voice and it makes it very easy to listen to her The video has some areas of concern where we can't actually see what she is pointing out about but after 30++ years of surgery I understood what she was suggesting. Rookie students will have some difficulty but this is not intended to replace medical school so excellent work Dr Dave
The simple way to explain a boring topic, great job Dr, Brian
Thanks I wish their were more lectures like radiology -- for the interest
I like very much because is very well explained and very organised.. It contains all necessary and important information about anti-psychotics
The material as presented is easy to follow and comprehend
Thorough, organized, not only important for exams but also very much applicable on daily basis in patient care.
Dr Alpert, a well respected figure in cardiogy, narrates this course in an enjoyable, highly professional way. The 30 to 40 minutes sessions are, to my opinion, much more academic then some of the 2-3 min based lectures. I do want to point out that only by chance i have found the course as it lacks paradoxically from the clinical curriculum. That said, i would love to hear more of his talks and know more of this critical discipline. Kind regards. Omri
Very very very good teacher Nice topics Well govered I like it so much
Easy to learn using the box. I always struggled with this, even on my board exam. This box and explanation made it much easier for me as a visual learner.
Very clear content, very concise and easy to understand. Covers a lot of topics
I found this course to be very helpful to organize my knowledge about this topic. It also clarified to me some concepts that I had not fully understood in lectures.
Though it was good. Be patient w/ Imprinting the slides in Prader Willi/Angelman give a good visual of what it is.
I liked the clarity with which the topic was dealt with
The lecturer is really good in explaining the concepts and has really great clarity. It feels so good to listen to him and understand the underlying pharmacological principles
The lectures does not go in depth about each types of disease
I'd would have like to know where western blots fit in the diagnostic pathway. I think in Australia after positive confirmation of p24 go on to perform westernblots. Also what about the impact the window period has and the new for follow up testing? Finally it would have been good to discuss what is considered to be as treatment failure with HAART.
Dr Fisher is my favourite lecturer so far of the internal medicine talks. The discussions are detailed and I don't feel key points are omitted. He is an old school lecture who communicates succinctly and effectively!
This is a very good course with focus on the most important material. Furthermore he keeps drawing lines to other diseases and physiology giving a good understanding of the greater picture. Only thing I miss in this lecture is recordings of the different sounds you'll hear on auscultation instead of just mentioning what you'll hear. Great lecture
Good way of classifying the causes but missed out on defining the pressure (>5 mmHg) and potential treatment options such as propranolol, TIPS etc.... Also what about the potential complications, which would have been perfect to discuss here ie variceal bleeds
Absolutely my favorite lecture so far! It was really informative, yet left me craving more. The way you explained it was easy to understand (I am a pre-nursing student). Thank you and great job!
Good lecturer, though compared to common youtube lectures, most of the material is covered too superficially to really retain much, although the gnome chart was helpful for myself. Future lectures could give just a bit more detail to help the bigger picture ideas stick.
Both questions and speech are excellent. The constant change between small details and the broad topic simplifies (and gives at least for me awareness of the affected organs in PE).
Dr Raj is the best teacher in the world, thank you sir!
GOOD lecture, it has the most important key points. i like it very much
This is in my opinion the perfect way of building up lectures: Starting out with introduction to all different groups. Followed by details in all groups and ending with questions, so that you are sure you can use the knowledge you have just gained.
blue ,red gnomes ,suoer ,really good lecture, clarified, simplified, nice
Short and informative and clear and easy-to-digest and reconsolidation of information takes a shorter time and stays for a longer time compared to huge lectures
very interesting lecture especially with all the details about sounds and secondary signs mentioned.
much more questions needed for every video, more then few in the end of every thema
The acid base box helped me alot and the lecturer is brilliant
GREETINGS; I chose this rating 'coz there is always scope for perfection .What i liked about this course was JEREMY Sir's style of teaching n his core understanding of the subject n the way he presented it.
Crisp and clear presentation. Easy to follow. Well organized bullet points.
Dr. Wilson does an excellent job in breaking down concepts of acid-base balance in the body and making it plain. He also provides some additional tricks/tools that you may not get in your regular lectures, but will definitely help on an exam. These lectures are top notch, just excellent!
The course didn't deliver the main message I was searching for. I hoped to find a more concise and direct material for each topic. The Genetic Course did not help at all for what I was searching. I was hoping for high-yield topics and a more direct delivery of the material. We have too little time.
Great lecturer! Easy to understand and the visuals help a lot.
Great overviews with very concise explanations!! Dr. Alpert's lecture is very easy to be understood. Thanks much! Hope the application become more affordable soon.
THE SIMPLE AND PRACTICAL GUIDE I WOULD SUGGEST THESE COURSES TO ALL MEDICAL DOCTORS
Very good explnation ! very easy to understand. I like Acide-Base toolbox. Many thanks :)
Some topics like ECG could be covered in much more depth. Not really at medical school exam depth
Great approach to the material and logical steps to learning.
Accurate, slow enough to understand, and he gives concrete examples that clarify each concept. Keep it coming.
Excellent course! Lots of pertinent information explained simply , thanks Prof. Alpert
I love studying cardiology. I have plans to be a cardio Nurse. Professor. Joseph Alpert is an excellent teacher
thank you prof.alpert for this nice lictures i had so much fun learning from it
