It is a very important matter. Profesor teached very clearly and simple. Focused in the patient and statistics. Congratulations.
Some good incite was provided but too much political propaganda overshadowed the incite.
The videos were concise and informative I really enjoyed watching the videos
Excellent review of topic, covers essential points and gives key factors of treatment
Dr Carlo Raj always makes me interested in listening to the lectures at all time. He is always Clear. thank You Dr. Raj
Short, key videos. They touch important points without being overwhelming
Fast streaming, very responsive site. Many high quality notes. Reminder questions after the videos. If I had this at the university...

i found it concise and informative that allows me to waste less time going through the textbook.
Very good presentation, with colorful visualization, and explanation. The lecturer was specific.
Hello , Am satisfied because its informative and summarized in praictical way But am wondering in general about all of the contents particularly family medicine if updated ??? Regards
Great lecture, which was very informative, and enlightening. Easy to digest. Thanks!
i really like family medecine, all the videos are so nice and instructives . i can recommande this course to my colleagues
Excellent review of Family Medicine with review questions. I viewed it over the course of one day. The content is easy to follow and the presenter is extremely knowledgeable. Appropriate for nurse practitioners although the content was geared toward physicians
Not spending much on this one because I only work in the clinic.
Dr. Vega.... The best and enjoy every minute of it.
I really like the professor/Doctor who is doing the lectures. Cute and funny with a lot of great info. I especially liked his foot modeling. He is right. I also like how he advises to work with patients and I bet they love him too.
I missed lectures about hematologic cases, more about infectious diseases and urogenital cases.
It’s made simple and practical. I would recommend it to anyone
Presents an interesting counterargument on the usefulness of the general physical exam and review of systems.
He is a great teacher and shows the baseline level of investigation and treatment but also shows when one needs to jump to a higher level with acute problems.
Dr Vega has an amazing breadth of knowledge and he makes these concepts easy to learn! I went to med school 20 years ago and he shows the new treatment strategies beside the older, proven protocols. DocWillis.org
I like listening to this lecturers' videos because they are very interesting, yet they instill information in a very clinical way. Yay!
I liked his joke! He's really knowledge and own clinical sense of epidemiology, presentation, etc. are inspiring!
The lecturer is very eloquent and pleasant. He also points to facts which may be confusing and harder to memorize, making it easier in remembering. He gives great examples to stress the importance of the information in his lectures.
Everything is fine, but u need to add explanation for the questions at the end of each section, not just answers
I love this part of the lectures easy info and great knowledge
The whole thing is great and like the teacherthe way how he make it easy
Great explications with conceived informations mainly to the point and info
Dr. Vega is a great instructor. Everything directly relates to practice.
excellent list about the factors that increase the risk of haemorrhagic stroke. Good explanation.
Simply amazing.. everything explained clearly based on clinical scenarios. Thank you
It's has really been great and productive except I had to go check Neuroanatomy because I am not yet well conversant with Neuroanatomy. I don't know how I can really grasp it! Anyway I really recommend it to anyone in love with science, particularly medical knowledge. Thanks to the team that made the lectures interesting! More importantly, thanks for the 7 days access, I could not afford to pay. I humbled and indebted by the kind hearts!
Very detailed and covered all vital areas example Do and tx modalaties
concise, high yield, and easy to understand. Love the format it feels like having an in person education!
Excellent explanation. I would recommend to my classmates, colleagues and junior medical students.
Very easy to understand and follow. Liking it so far!
I loved the way Dr. Vega presented his lecture, he was thorough, he didn't rush and he really explained his lecture thoroughly.
I found this course to be highly relevant to anyone interested in becoming a physician and anyone looking to pass the USMLE. It improves student's understand of the different types of measures that must be followed to improve patient's health. The Lecturers were experts who explained the concept with basic expression and easy to understand videos with clear instructions.
It’s free It’s helpful for starting a review Ease of use Very informative and concise
Not very clear Attending having language barrier Felt like he was reading it off and didn’t have good grasp.
Perfect , i would like to do family doctor thanks to you
I understand stroke syndromes for the first time without feeling that it was a very complex concept
Not clear. Not pointing at images. To many updates and glitches.
I’ve learned more from these videos than I did in nurse practitioner school!! They truly are a God send! Thank you and keep up the awesome work!
It's a great and precise lecture, it has helpful facts like the 1/3 rule. Thank you very much.
Awesome video, I just learned about Implicit bias in my sociology class!
Interesting, easy digestible lecture. Essence of useful and important information. Thanks for your work!
The teacher seems passionate and sounds knowledgeable He teaches in an understandable manner.
Barely any information presented, very disappointing. I wish there was more explanation and more information about the treatment. A lot of things just arent getting mentioned
It could have been more detailed and a bit more tied in with the basic neuro.
easy to follow and very clear, doctor easy to understand
Lots of facts and information missing, goals for therapy not mentioned
Me gustaría que sea más práctico no tan teórico. Que trate presentación clínica, elementos de alarma de cada enfermedad y tratamiento con dosis. Espero que sirva el comentario
This lecture is concise, patient-oriented, and well-sequenced with appropriate graphics.
I’d like too see more images incorporated in this course to allow visual learning!
VERY CONCISE PRESENTATION VERY GOOD APPROACH TO ANSWERING QUESTIONS VERY GOOD INSIGHT ON DIFFERENT PEARLS
it is a good a good teacher that explain and transmit you the information using the easiest way possible i liked it very much
This is a great review!!! I have been on leave of absence for several years and this is just the thing I need to get me up to date! Thank you.
I like it, but I think he need to explain more about CVA and anatomical relation . Some times I find it difficult to understand the accent.
Not bad He is very fast speaker , so his English for native speaker .
I watched it to reinforce and know a little bit more about stroke besides the information that I already read in books or articles, because in lecturio I got more facts that I don't find anywhere else. And I would recommend it to my friends in med school since you can watch the videos or answer the quiz before you read about some topic or after, so you feel sure about what you know.
Rashes are very common in the outpatient setting, I've seen a lot in the urgent care. Thank you very much for summarizing, all that information.
This everyday clinical cases may be the most important lesson for new doctors.
Learning how to treat a very typical easy case is very helpful to students. We learn so many diseases we fear it could be something rare or that we are always missing something serious.
Excellent presentation, He made it clear which is the cornerstone of management, advantages and disadvantages of management. Greetings from Mexico
excellent way of presentation and the presenter is good in conveying the subject in a simple way
Lecture on this topic was clear and easy to follow. Terminology was and the appropriate to promote understanding and retention.
This is a great topic which is well explained by Dr. Charles Vega.
hello i was really good engoy makes me happy when i amsw. abd memorise
BUT THEY NEED TO FIX THE SUBTITLES! THEY ARE NOT IN CONCERT AT ALL WITH WHAT HE IS SAYING.
The lecture is clear and concise. Helpful before my rotation to family medicine.
I finally undertood this disease which is actually nice because I couldn't associate at all with the changes in T3 and T4.
Thank you for this brilliant presentation Dr. Vega - truly helpful, to the point, and inspiring.
Very clear and concise definitions of stroke vs TIA. I appreciate that Dr. Raj underlines the importance of TIA treatment as a risk factor for a stroke.
La traducción, no es tan buena; pero ha sido un tiempo bien invertido por su explicación.
Very good informative. To the point. Based on real experiments.
me dio la idea general de como enfocar el diagnostico de ACV
This is a really good overview of the previous discussions. The small mistake about radio-iodine uptake is Hashitoxicosis should be fixed, but the rest is pretty great.
The lecture was far too brief and just skimmed over things too quickely without adequate depth of explanation
is a good lecture. the lecturer is more practical english is very clear
Good scenarios, it is typical case you see in clinics. Plus the explanations given is easy to digest and understand.
Excellent instructor! Informative and keeps it interesting. Would have liked a little more specific pharmacology but the lectures were really really good!
not upto the mark lecturer laughing inappropriately and information not eplained properly
Interesting! Thank you a lot! Important issues and good speaker! Beautiful presentation and fresh statistics
I liked it very much as an introduction to CVA and to bring it all together. I watched the entire series before studying with textbooks to fill in the blanks. Carlo Raj is making sure I know what's important. If you expected to be finished with CVA after watching a few videos you will be disappointed no matter what you choose to watch.
Excellent presentations!!!- Dr Vega delivers the information in a natural way that makes all so easy to remember- Dr Mercado
Im using this review by Dr Vega for my 10 year old board recertification---excellent
Simple yet really informative. Good to have this vid here.
Good presenter medical content could be more detailed. I would have appreciated more in-depth talk on anatomy, medications and complications
DR Carlo Raj is a great educator.very nice speech, clear concept of every topic.seems like I have a good private tutor and no need of books after watching his lecture.
It was very comprehensive and easy. All the aspects of shoulder exam were covered
An excellent run through of stroke and tia that incorporates pathophysiology biochemistry clinical presentation and mx ...... great teaching thanks
I still like Dr. Raj professionalism and high yield content. Very useful
A very good, enjoyable and clear explanation of the topics by doctor Vega .
i have read the article ... it is very well explained i really ...keep up the great work
Slow but comprehensive but not completely enticing. I dont think that this is sufficient for the boards.
Very good so far. I would like however more more emphasis on orthopedics.
Clear, succinct, and evidence based. Topics are most relevant to family care demographic.
Dr Vega it's easy to follow really like the way he points out some important aspect but I find it so little I want more thank you.I definitely recommend it.
He is very clear and specific .Is important to know anatomy and pathology to understand his lecure an be able to respond thearlier questions
Great overview, slides and questions that cover frequent topics encountered in clinic and emergency department.
I like the lecture but tend to give highlights, good if concepts are explained in details and visual teaching aids included.
Very informative and concise.. with application of info on real case analysis
This is a very good course, helps to introduce the student to family health medicine.
His voice is quite sweet and his presentation is professional. The content is relevant. I would recommend this course for all the med students.
Would be better if also included: Hallux valgus, varus, rigidus.
Not detailed enough in concepts. Mostly comprised lists of pathologies/syndromes. less emphasis on conceptual development
I think this lecture lack of details and certain points needed as introduction
So many example !!!pretty similar to the real life of medecine as well for exam.Excellent professor.
With a lot practical example.,where everything appear so easy to understand it and remember it.
like it very much thank you Charles Vega for this course
First i would like to thank you for interesting cases ,which reflects clinical experience and that what i like about it. Regards
It provided a good foundation to learn more about family medicine.
I found the review to be concise for my overall studying for my board exam. Reinforced by questions and clinical pearls which drove the main points home.
It contains very good subjects. It is not only suitable for example!s but also can help graduates to revise the topics that are necessary to deal with.
It contains important topics, for further study we can read references. It is a good lecture that can show the essential topics.
The presentation was good, organized, complete and easy to understand.
Outstanding overview of acute conditions. Very enjoyable listening to Dr. Vega.
very clear explanation and easy to understand great examples and easy to follow
Outstanding. Very enjoyable lectures. Dr. Vega is the type of physician everyone should have.
A high-yield overview and good summary of common acute care family medicine presentations. Not incredibly difficult, and could benefit from potentially more in-depth therapeutics discussions.
These videos are very efficient and useful for step 2 and so many other medical exams too.... Want to have some more videos from other clinical subjects ..
Not sure if there will further talks on haemorrhagic stroke but significant omissions evident. For example target for BP lowering, discussion of management of complications incl vasopasm, raised ICP, seziure prevention. Work up of patient wasn't clear ie the use of lumbar punctures in high clinical suspicions but ct equivocal
I enjoyed the series on ischaemic stroke but it would have been great to discuss in more depth the secondary management of stroke in particular blood pressure targets and agents with the most supportive evidence for use (e.g ACE-I). I also note that there was an omission about the best way to manage BP in the acutely hypertensive patient post stroke. Despite theses as always good taster of the topic. I appreciate the challenge of work that goes into producing these contents
Good table but a discussion of subsequent investigations to further characterise the nodule is warranted. For example following up a cold nodule with U/S guided FNA . The algorithm wasn't took clear for example starting with thyroid function test, followed by iodine uptake and further imaging/biopsy
The lecture was concise and to the point. Dr Carlo's Style of lecturing always provides the right amount of emphasis, and his use of anecdotes help in visualising the patient. Any Iecture by Dr. Carlo Raj Is always highly recommended.
