Hemostasis: Basic Principles with Carlo Raj

The lower reviews than normal kept me from watching Dr. Raj, he is stellar.

I love Dr. Raj's style of explanation. Excellent as always.

Hard to understand; kinda disappointed and I dont want to listen anymore

not good like all other teachers here and the explanations shud be simple

I decided to rate this lecture as a 1 because of the confusing diagram. If the diagram would have been broken down it might have been better to learn from. But having the entire diagram of extrinsic and intrinsic pathways completely filled out at once made it incredibly difficult to follow along. I felt like it was unclear and jumped around a bit.

heparin...heparin heparin...thats what u wanted... ;)...thanx 4 all the knowledge we need on heparin...and great great quiz questions.....

doesn't explain coagulation cascade properly in particular the complexes like the extrinsic, intrinsic- meant I couldn't not use this alone for my biochem topic of coagulation

The image in this lecture is not great to comprehend as its a little too messy. I like how the protein K factors were IDfiable, but the discussion regarding it mentioned warfarin too much... lets focus on the cascades here and the process, and save the drug and protein K processing for the other lecture on those specific subjects.

I understand the explanation because he explains it slow and clear, also with very good clinical scenarios.

The professor is knowledgeable and able to explain in detail.

The information is not fully accurate. e.g. Fibrinogen is not a weak fibrin, it is the unactivated form.

I found the subtitle and the video is not connected at all. Because his accent is much harder to understand, we need subtitles

Dr. Raj is great everything seem easy with him so many complex subjects and make him easy to understand and also he adds a lot of jokes to make learning so enjoyable

ACCENT IS NOT CLEAR WHY YOU DO NOT PLACE A SUBTITLE FOR THIS LECTURE ?

Dr Raj is fantastic. It kind of feels like he is yelling at you some times but it is actually VERY effective. I never forget the things he repeats and emphasizes. I absolutely love all of his lectures

Dr. Raj is very enthusiastic of the topic he is teaching about as well as he keeps asking recall questions during the lecture so that the information remains stuck into your head . His humor makes the viewer love watching or learning from this lecture.

Dr. Raj makes Hemodynamics fun to learn. He manages to take all the basics and blend them into a beautiful story.

He's good. But subtitle please. Compared to other lecturer Dr Raj's accent is harder to listen

This lecture was perfect. I really liked that he repeated the really important information over and over and would ask you to recall information as well. He spoke at a good pace and was really good with giving tips here and there to help with memorization

Brilliant teaching method, a joy to learn here. Unusual to be asked questions in lecture to make sure we are paying proper attention. I like it much.

There were no quiz questions. Spoke quickly. Good information though.
