Dr. Rhonda Lawes is a distinguished nursing education leader who serves as Chief Nursing Officer at Lecturio. With her PhD in Educational Psychology from Oklahoma State University (2023) focused on academic resilience, self-efficacy, and academic mindset, Dr. Lawes brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and educational psychology to nursing education.

Throughout her 35+ year career spanning clinical practice, academic leadership, and educational content development, Dr. Lawes has created over 1,400 educational videos for nursing students worldwide. Her extensive teaching experience includes serving as Assistant Professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Nursing and current role as Adjunct Professor at Oral Roberts University.
