Medical practitioners must develop a nuanced understanding of parasitic skin conditions, recognizing the unique presentation, diagnostic challenges, and treatment approaches specific to diverse patient populations. The course provides critical insights into a range of parasitic infestations, from scabies and various forms of lice to cutaneous larva migrans, emphasizing the importance of culturally competent and comprehensive dermatological care.
