Hematopathology includes the topics red blood and white blood cell pathology. For now, you could for example start with red blood cell pathology and improve your knowledge about anemias. Dr. Carlo Raj will explain the different types of anemia, such as microcytic, normocytic, and hemolytic anemia. Further content will be available soon.
Upon completion of this course you will be able to easily answer all questions on hematopathology, which is very important since it is one of the central topics in the USMLE Step 1.
Before taking this course, you should already have a strong foundation in the basic sciences such as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, and pharmacology. MD Carlo Raj will not only familiarize you with the concepts but, in doing so, will support you in building a long-term understanding of hematopathology. As a result, you will master the boards and become a better physician.
This sir is really freakin cool! He's got the concepts clear in his lectures. Love you sir :)
Funny. Gives you the "meat" of the concept. Not long winded. Very knowledgeable.
