Management of Women in Primary Care content will guide learners through relevant assessments, screenings, diagnostic techniques, clinical manifestations, and management options for various pathophysiological conditions affecting women in the primary care setting. Content focuses on differentiation of expected physical and psychological findings from pathophysiologic changes to manage commonly seen pelvic disease conditions, prenatal, antenatal, and postpartum care.

To maximize learning from this course, students should have basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology, pathophysiology, developmental milestones, pharmacodynamics, and pharmacokinetics.

Veronica Gillispie, MD, FACOG

Dr. Veronica Gillispie is the Associate Professor, Senior Site Lead and Section Head of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ochsner Health Center in Louisiana, USA.
She obtained her Medical Degree from Meharry Medical College in 2004. Currently, she is Director of Quality for Women’s Services for the Ochsner Health System, and Medical Director of the Minimally Invasive Center for the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids.
Due to her achievements, she earned the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics (APGO) Excellence in Teaching Award.
Within Lecturio, Dr. Gillispie teaches courses on Obstetrics.

Lynae Brayboy, MD

Dr. Lynae Brayboy is an Assistant Professor of Molecular Biology, Cell Biology and Biochemistry at Brown University, in Rhode Island, USA.
She obtained her MD from Temple University School of Medicine in Pennsylvania. Currently, she is double-board certified in OB/GYN, as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and is also Visiting (Reproductive) Scientist at the Charité Berlin.
Due to her achievements, she has earned multiple teaching awards.

Just reading the slides. Poor lecturing ability had to study this from another source. And lecturer is constantly mentioning whether the topic is on usmle or not.
