This is my type of explanation. I definitely won't forget.
no information went into my brain - I may as well used a youtube video.
This does not make the topic any easier to understand. I feel like I am missing some videos and yet this is the 4th video in the pediatric series and I watched the other 3. The only lecturer you guys have that makes things easy to understand is Rhonda Laws. Also, it does not work to take the medical videos and throw them into the nursing section.
It is perfect .. Dr. Brian Alverson has a simple way to deliver informations. The course realy help me to achieve my goals. Thank you

I went through these videos as I was revising for. My pediatrics rotation exams and it really helped me a lot.
Tetralogy Fallot becomes an easily understandable condition with the lecture of Doctor Brian Alverson. I can now explain tetralogy of Fallot by myself with ease without learning it by heart
Amazing lectures. Only complaint I would have is that some topics are missing but otherwise the explaining is very clear and concise. It is very helpful !
I like this material Professor was very nice Good lectures
I love this Doctor rendition: pleasant voice, rhythm, attitude, accent, everything counts. Highly professional. I love it.
Dr Anderson is a great teacher and helps one build the knowledge platform while showing the needed, key or "take home" points! Thanks! DocWillis.org
How you summerise important aspects Concise Informative Like it a lot
Awesome lecture as always! I've been more into my Paediatrics course right now thanks to Dr. Brian, I can understand really fast and easily the concepts and then review more in depth material like books and articles. I love the notes new feature, the slides in PDF and the articles posted here! I really enjoy going through these topics!
Everything was ok, so clear and with The most important you have to know
I really liked the explanation for the different types of heart block!
Last few seconds of video doesn't help because there's already an update.
I liked the explanation for the Tetraology of Fallot and that important points were added or emphasized.
Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,Great,GreatzGreat,Great
He makes everything so easy!!!!! Dr. Alverson is one of the reasons I considered submitting to Lecturio. Absolutely brilliant.
I really love it.. I just wish it have the indications and timing of the repair.
Brilliant. Once again the view from afar gives a clearer understanding of the whole topic. What I did not understand are the indication for Beta-blockers, Digoxin and Flecainide. Thank you!
I understand the comment of the previous student. However, I think the goal of these lectures is to give the appropriate knowledge to use as a resident. It's not really important to know more details about it. When a patient has a tachycardia, it's important to know if it's physiologic or pathologic and the cause of it. So the lecture helps to determine the physical origin which helps to point to the cause. Thank you!
These are the best explanations regarding bradycardia that I heard of. I would have liked to hear more about other drugs that could cause bradycardia though. That being said, I think that now I cannot forget the different blocks. So thank you very much! Also cool that the case of neonatal bradycardia is talked about.
Excellent lecture as usual. I would have liked an explanation on why the pain is relieved when the patient is leaning forward in pericarditis. I liked the emphasis on the overlap between myocarditis and pericarditis. Thank you!
Excellent lecture, I think it's a group of disease which is not often spoken about.
Excellent lecture as usual. I would have liked to see the epidemiology (and mortality) but the info concerning the ethology and clinical presentation is enough to raise the suspicion of myocarditis in a sick child.
Excellent lecture as usual. I particularly appreciated to have the epidemiology and the clinical differences between the different organisms.
This lecture made once again a complex topic seems a simpler one. I understand the teacher removes as many numbers as possible and I appreciate it. However, I would have like for this chapter a bit more statistics regarding prevalence. Thank you!
I think it's an excellent lecture. However, I do agree with another member, I would have liked to see for these diseases the prevalence number of the diseases. Otherwise I think the relevant information to think about the disease is in the lecture.
I know I'm keeping saying "excellent lectures". That's the way I feel I about them. Thank you!
Excellent lecture as usual. I did not know the frequency in the general population was so high. Thank you!
Excellent lecture as usual. The teacher's high-level perspective and conceptualisation helps a lot for the mental representation and the understanding of the phenomenon.
Great lecture! As usual. This lecture helped me a lot to improve my understanding of the congenital heart problems in general. The explanations on the surgeries are top notch and on the treatment as well. Thank you!
Reviewed in easy way interesting and short section with added questions
Excellent lecture as usual. It makes a complicated topic much easier. Thanks!
Excellent lecture as usual. Complex topic made easy, thanks a lot!
Excellent lecture, good overview of the different CHD, thank you very much!

Helped clarify my understanding and simplified concepts without affecting quality of content.
I enjoy Dr. Alverson’s teaching style. Easy to comprehend. I have watched it several times through NP school. I am trying to find the “hand method of remembering the cyanotic heart defects, but can’t fine the video again. One of my favorite professors here. Thank you!!
thank you so mush it was helpful thank you so mush it was helpful
Great break down of each of the different cardiac conditions and how to differentiate between them!
simplified and easily explained; easy to understand. thank you very much
Engaging. Good clinical correlation from his own experience in practice. Good explanation of physiology and tie in with pathology.
good lecture, helped to refresh my knowledge.thank you very much
too short vert underutilized lacks content..how to see longer videos
Confusing, difficult to understand (too many synonymous names)- its difficult to comprehend what its meant with orthodromic etc.
These videos get in the point, summarize what are the important things to know in each topic for the test, and help me not to be saturated with all the information in the book.
This is a very well planned out lecture on some well developed material. The doctor explained it well and even broke some of it down into a pneumonic. Very clever and well done!
Very good lecture! It flows nicely, and really helps you understand the process. It makes learning easy and interesting
Very easy to understand, high yield points and such a great teacher. Congrats ! =D
It was so well presented. The difficult made so simple and clear. Its like a wow factor I must say. Excellent skill.

Great job, clear and nice presentation. I found it very helpful for me to understand pediatric.
I loved that You explained every part of the clinical and physical examinations and gave examples of why is important and what can you diagnose with that, for me it's always easier to learn if I can connect things.
