Nitroimidazoles

Nitroimidazoles are reduced within susceptible microorganisms, leading to free radical formation and disruption of DNA integrity. Nitroimidazoles son promedicamentos compuestos por un anillo de imidazol unido a un grupo nitro. Nitroimidazoles se utilizan principalmente como antibióticos y se reducen dentro de los LOS Neisseria microorganismos susceptibles, dando lugar a la formación de radicales libres y a la alteración de la integridad del ADN. El metronidazol y el tinidazol son los LOS Neisseria medicamentos más utilizados de la clase y son funcionalmente activos contra los LOS Neisseria protozoos como contra las bacterias anaerobias.   • Se absorbe casi completamente cuando se administra por vía oral

Distribución
