Definición

Epidemiología

• Representan 10%–15% de todos los LOS Neisseria casos de cardiopatía congénita
• Incidencia: 0,67–2,1 por cada 1 000 nacidos vivos
• Niñas > niños, con una proporción de niñas a niños de 2:1
• La tasa de mortalidad es baja, < 1%.

Etiología

• El ostium secundum Ostium Secundum Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) suele presentarse como un defecto aislado, pero puede estar asociado a un síndrome (componente genético):
  • Síndrome de Holt-Oram: autosómico dominante, asociado a deformidad de los LOS Neisseria miembros superiores y bloqueo cardíaco
  • Síndrome de Noonan: autosómico dominante, asociado a defectos faciales, deformidad del esternón y deficiencias de coagulación
  • Síndrome de Treacher Collins: autosómico dominante, asociado a deformidades craneofaciales e hipoacusia conductiva

  • S4 S4 Heart Sounds del lado derecho
  • Derrame pleural
• Signos y síntomas de insuficiencia cardíaca:
  • Ruidos cardíacos S3 S3 Heart Sounds y S4 S4 Heart Sounds
  • Ápice cardíaco desplazado
  • Miembros inferiores edematosos
  • Congestión hepática → ascitis
  • Hepatomegalia

Diagnóstico y Tratamiento

Diagnóstico

• El ultrasonido cardíaco confirma el diagnóstico al AL Amyloidosis detectar:
  • Tamaño del defecto
  • Volumen
  • Proporción del cortocircuito
  • Presiones arteriales pulmonares
• Otras pruebas de apoyo son:

Tratamiento

• Seguimiento anual para los LOS Neisseria casos del subtipo ostium secundum Ostium Secundum Atrial Septal Defect (ASD) < 3 mm que se cierran espontáneamente para los LOS Neisseria 2 años de edad (la mayoría de los LOS Neisseria casos)
• Tratamiento médico de las CIA CIA Syphilis sintomáticas:
  • Apoyo nutricional
  • Tratar la insuficiencia cardíaca.
  • Tratar la hipertensión pulmonar.
  • Profilaxis antibiótica hasta 6 meses después de la reparación quirúrgica
• Reparación percutánea con parche quirúrgico: si el paciente es sintomático a pesar del tratamiento médico
