    00:04 I'm Dr.Parvin Shukle.

    00:05 We're going to cover Antifungal agents in our lecture today.

    00:09 We have several different drug classes within the anti-effectives in fungal treatment.

    00:15 We have agents that act on membrane permeability.

    00:18 We have agents that act on microtubule function.

    00:22 We have agents that act on the beta glucans.

    00:25 And we have agents that act right of the level of the nucleic acids.

    00:28 Here's an example of a cell wall.

    00:32 We're going to take a look at the structure of the cell wall and we're going to apply it to how the medications work.
