    00:00 Okay, the third groups are the ones that calm everything back down, right? That is water and bicarbonate.

    00:08 You need water and bicarbonate in your GI tract to help neutralize that stomach acid.

    00:13 It is powerful stuff.

    00:15 You need stomach acid when the appropriate spots but after that it can really do some damage.

    00:21 So the water and biphosphate will help us with digestion and absorption for the substances that need an alkaline environment.

    00:30 Bicarbonate is considered an alkaline or a base or trying to neutralize the acid for those types of nutrients that need to be in a more basic or alkaline environment.
