    00:01 So, in a nutshell, what is SIDS? Well, SIDS is an unexplained death of an infant < 1 year old.

    00:07 There are infant risk factors and maternal risk factors.

    00:10 And when you combine these with the sleep environmental risk factors, this increases the likelihood of SIDS.

    00:15 It's always a diagnosis of exclusion, and prevention is key.
