    00:11 Bile is stored and concentrated in the gallbladder.

    00:14 Bile is essential to emulsify fats in the small intestine.

    00:18 Cholecystokinin stimulates the contraction of the gallbladder and the relaxation of the sphincter of oddi when food is ingested.
