00:05 I wish I had talked about the concept of xenophobia earlier because I want you to focus mostly on the humanitarian ethos and the humanitarian principles.

00:15 But it's important that we bring xenophobia up because it's not something that we talk about a lot or hear a lot, but it's fearing or disliking people who are considerably different from us.

00:25 So people from other nations or countries, oftentimes there is a fear because again, it goes back to that unknown and some people consider the means of protecting their own identity and ways of life.

00:39 But you can't be xenophobic and also be culturally intelligent and also have a humanitarian type and empathetic compassionate type personality or be empathetic or compassionate toward people and apply the humanitarian principles and practice that impartiality of the humanitarian ethos.
