00:05 Putting a button on this. Why is knowing cultural values important to you? Well, there are a few reasons. One is you want to have awareness of what your personal values preferences are and why is that. Because knowing that I have my way of doing and being maybe different than someone else's then it stops me from judging them and it stops some conflict that may happen because they're doing something differently. So, my way is not wrong, the other person's way is not wrong. Alright. That is different. How do we work together is what that leads us to. So, it helps you to develop your ability to work collaboratively with people who have different personal values preferences than yours. So think about it even in terms of agreeing or disagreeing, differences in opinion. We can think about that from the same perspective and I don't want to change you but how do I work with you. So if you like doing it this way, I like doing it this way. 01:03 How do we meet in the middle without compromising what our personal preferences are?
