    00:03 Cholecystitis involves inflammation of the gallbladder.

    00:07 Biliary colic is also known as a gallbladder attack.

    00:11 Now, biliary colic is caused by painful, severe spasms of the duct when gallstones get stuck or even when they're moving through the hepatobiliary system or the ducts.

    00:22 If the bile obstruction is significant, the patient may experience amber and foul-smelling urine, gray or light-colored stool, or jaundiced skin and sclera.

    00:33 Additional blood test and diagnostic tests are ordered to confirm the diagnosis of cholecystitis.
