    00:07 To perform a short arm splint, you will need the following supplies: Some kind of basin or tub which can hold an appropriate amount of water such as this one but you will need to supply your own.

    00:21 Also you will need a pair of scissors or trauma shears, a pair of gloves, a piece of stockinette, in this case 3-inch stockinette, a 3M Scotchcast with 3x12 size, and 2 ace wraps one 2-inch and one 3-inch.
