    00:00 Alright, we got through all the positions of the passenger. So let's review. In a nutshell, a well-flexed fetal head or attitude will make it easier for the fetus to navigate the pelvis.

    00:15 So that's the most desirable position. On the other hand if we have an extended attitude, it's going to take up a lot of space in the pelvis and make it much more difficult to achieve a vaginal delivery. A footling breech, this is where the feet are sticking down, is the most dangerous fetal position because it increases the risk of a prolapsed cord or the cord coming through first and being constricted.
