00:06 Moving forward into next steps. Remember I talked about a transformation so I'm really excited about this part because we've designed a way for you to take that first next step with us on your transformational journey. Keeping in mind that this is a journey, it's contextual and so that you won't always stay in the same space, but use this as a way to identify your personal potential biases and how your personal values preferences can impact and influence your interactions with other people. So on your handout, we've listed 10 sets of values preferences. As we work through each group, put a star on the personal value that best describes you and know that this is not self-criticism. Right? It's constructive feedback that you can use as you advance on your personal journey and knowing that this is not for you to judge yourself in a negative way, we think about it in transformation.

01:00 And then I would also invite you to use that, periodically go back to it and see where you've transitioned and how much you've grown and just know that this, again, is a lifelong journey.
