00:01 What we’re looking at here would be, well, a bone marrow that is completely empty.

    00:05 Hello, anybody home? Nobody.

    00:09 No response.

00:09 So this is a bone marrow that has been completely, completely deprived of your hematopoietic stem cells.

00:16 So what kind of things may cause this? Drugs, chemicals, infection.

00:20 There is going to be decrease in everything.

00:24 What do you mean everything? Think of myeloid lineage, so decrease in RBCs, pancytopenia, decrease in WBCs, granulocytes and company, decrease in platelets.
