00:00 So before it was an FNP, probably the thing I wanted to know the most was, how long is it going to take me from feeling like I do now to where I can go to work and feel comfortable again, because I've gotten very comfortable in my job as a nurse.

00:11 And that was the thing I was most afraid to lose was like, I feel like I'm good at my job, and I know what I'm doing.

00:16 And I don't want to go back to a place of I'm starting all over, and you will go back to that place, but it probably only took a year, which surprised me. I felt like it was going to take, you know, it probably took two years for me to confidently go into work everyday as a nurse and feel like I can do essentially whatever comes across my plate.

00:33 And I think at the one year mark as an NP, I wasn't dreading going into work.

00:37 I was going and feeling like I actually know what I'm doing.

00:40 I have confidence in this.

00:41 And so that's what I would have wanted to know then that it's not going to be forever it might feel like it is and it's hard to go back to being new, but it's going to take six months to a year and then you're going to feel a lot better about it.

00:53 You don't have to stress as much.
