00:12 So as long as we realize that and keep that teamwork attitude, then I've had great relationships with physicians and residents.

00:22 And additionally, when you're working with bedside nurses, to really be able to understand that more explanation, if you're doing something can be helpful and so they really value some of the teaching at the bedside and really understanding why your management plan is being put into place.

00:40 And that also helps really foster that teamwork.
