    00:01 The skills that I learned as an RN that transferred over as a nurse practitioner, I think the biggest one for me, I'm sure there's several, but the one that comes to mind first is bedside manner.

    00:12 It's very important to connect with your patients, especially in psych.

    00:18 Some of the issues that they're struggling with is very private, so they have to feel comfortable with you.

    00:23 So you just really have to focus and really try your best just to be nonjudgmental.
