Bias is defined as the systematic tendency to magnify or reduce the significance of a particular group or outcome in the analysis of a data set. In clinical research, bias can be a manifestation of different variables, including technical factors (e.g., poor study design) and personal prejudices that skew inclusion/exclusion criteria.
In this course, the student will be introduced to the different types of bias and how these are manifested in clinical research.
For optimal understanding, the student is required to have preliminary knowledge of epidemiology. Since some concepts may be very abstract to some, it’s encouraged to rewatch some video lectures until the concepts are fully grasped.

The only criticism I have is that my preference would be for longer and fewer videos. I know that many students today prefer the shorter format, but as someone who is older, that's not my preference. Otherwise, the teaching has been clear and concise.
No entiendo mucho es hard to understand.......I don't know what to say ..
It simply and in a nice way explained the Statistical Biases with examples.
I have never enjoyed Research basics like discussed here. Thanks Dr Deonandan!
