    00:01 So I hope from this talk about viruses in some depth, that you'll be able to understand and recognize how we cultivate and assay viruses. You should know that there are seven different types of viral genomes and their structures, that's not too many. I always tell my students just memorize them all and that makes learning virology a lot easier. And finally you should appreciate what information is or is not encoded in viral genomes in this enormous range of sizes from the smallest to the largest genome.
