Your tasks
- Enhance customer experience by providing exceptional support for our B2U clients
- Hold product demonstrations and handle customer requests
- Be responsible for the onboarding process of new customers
- Implement measures to foster customer relationships by collecting feedback and developing strategies for excellent key account management
- Record and regularly update our customer database
- Collaborate closely with our product development and sales departments
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven technical skills, familiarity with online products preferred
- Outstanding communication, project management and problem solving skills
- Ability to quickly identify and understand customer needs and develop customized solutions
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent attention to detail
- Sales experience is a plus
- Native English language skills
