Customer Success Manager (m,f,d)

Your tasks

  • Enhance customer experience by providing exceptional support for our B2U clients
  • Hold product demonstrations and handle customer requests
  • Be responsible for the onboarding process of new customers
  • Implement measures to foster customer relationships by collecting feedback and developing strategies for excellent key account management
  • Record and regularly update our customer database
  • Collaborate closely with our product development and sales departments

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proven technical skills, familiarity with online products preferred
  • Outstanding communication, project management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to quickly identify and understand customer needs and develop customized solutions
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Well organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Native English language skills
